Matthias and Angel were the techs that helped us and they were absolutely fantastic. They were super professional, super warm and friendly, and also very good at explaining everything to us. We have an older home and Need some work done, and we cannot be happier with our choice. Highly highly recommend!!!!

First called Next Level Pros for a small repair & was super impressed by both Angel and Mathias. Genuinely nice humans who are good at their profession. We knew we had the ‘old electrical fuse box’ as we’ve lived here nearly 20 years & hadn’t upgraded to this century’s expectations. We called around for comparisons but both the quote & comfort level of working with these same two electricians made it an easy decision. Their work was completed timely and without any issues. We have peace of mind knowing we are finally compliant. Already planning for another project to work with this company again.

I highly recommend this company! We called Next Level Pros when the electricity on half our house went out. Kylene was able to schedule us the same day. Thayne was super friendly and got the power going in less than an hour. He even came back to fix a related issue and was super efficient and courteous. We are likely going to have to replace the plugs in our older home, so feel confident in calling Next Level to handle a bigger project. They do great work and are upfront and honest, so consider them for any electrical work in your home. Six out of five stars!!

Tim and Miguel did a great job - they took my relatively small project seriously when another electrician wouldn't call me back and they have won a customer for life! Tim advised a way to get the project done affordably while still meeting code, and when the inspector came I asked his opinion on the work - he said "This guy really knows what he's doing". Communication, timeliness, professionalism were all on point. Thanks guys!
