Joe and his team are amazing. Joe met with us and went over the options of our patio and other concrete work at our home.
ACI did a great job on our patio and the faux boulder retaining wall that looks amazing.
We also had Joe do our concrete countertops for our kitchen and bath and they turned out sweet.
I recommend Joe and his crew for anything. The attention to detail sets them apart from any contractor that we have had do work for us.

Joe and his team did an outstanding job for us. They finished our driveway on time and at the cost we were quoted. They are a professional and knowledgeable company. We received quality workmanship. Our driveway is beautiful and built to last with proper compaction and rebar support. We had a great experience and would highly recommended ACI Construction Services.

OVER THE TOP! I used Thumbtack to find a contractor for our vision of a stamped concrete patio. We had several contractors come out. Joe was the ONLY one that came out with an organized plan on what they would do. His estimate was very detailed. His pricing was competitive, but price is not everything. Based on his experience and detailed plan I chose Joe /ACI over the rest. The patio is beautiful and we love it. I asked Joe for some additional supplies and his guy dropped them off after the job was complete. Excellent customer service. I strongly recommend ACI, Joe is the man! Future projects I am calling Joe Patterson @ ACI.

They were supposed to come out three different times to give me an estimate on repairing my ceiling. Never called or showed all three times. Came up with a excuse all three times we tried to talk to them. One of them was the owner who was supposed to come out. Unreliable and not dependable. Use someone else.

Closet remodel. So happy I choose Littleton Construction. Stress free from start to finish. End result was spectacular. I will be back for future projects. 5 Stars!!

Toby and his crew added a front porch on to my house. It was a monster project with a tricky roofline and they completed it on time and on budget. Communication was excellent, and I highly recommend them.

After dealing with many sub-par contractors over the years in the Denver metro area, I found Littleton Construction to be the best residential contractor out there. From the initial consult, to the contract, from the start of construction right down to the final walk-through, Littleton Construction was the most professional, honest and punctual contractor I have ever hired. The kitchen remodel was done ahead of schedule! When the contractor said the subs would be there, they were there on time and ready to work. They cleaned up after themselves - a big plus! - and were courteous and professional. One thing I have learned over the years of remodeling and additions is to hire a professional and the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with is Littleton Construction.

When we began thinking about our remodel project, we were very nervous about almost all aspects of the project because we had no previous experience working with Littleton Construction. We ended up choosing Littleton Construction, and I am so happy we did.

You promise a lot in the literature you provide, on your website and through personal discussion. It seemed like a lot to live up to, and that you were setting yourself up to overpromise and under deliver, which is very common in the construction industry. This seemed particularly true in our case, given the extensive work we wanted to do in a very limited period of time. We were remodeling our kitchen, all three bathrooms, finishing our basement, installing new hardwood floors and tearing out our fireplace and re-doing it, all in the span of two months. However, everything you say in your literature, on your website and verbally, is completely true.

You and all of your subcontractors were completely professional and punctual. Even our neighbors noticed the commitment you and your subs showed, by showing up early, staying late, even working weekends when necessary to keep the job on track and on schedule. When issues arose outside the scope of the project, you were quick to bring them to our attention and propose multiple solutions. Once a solution was decided, you and your crew took quick action to remedy the issues and keep everything moving.

The construction industry has a pretty bad reputation for being unreliable and dishonest. You and your crews are the opposite, you are very reliable and very honest. There were numerous occasions where you had the opportunity to not be honest and we probably never would have known. But your integrity came through, even at your own expense sometimes.

We are so happy with the work you did, and can’t believe the amazing results of what turned out to be pretty much a total remodel of our home. The quantity and quality of work you produced in a two month time period is difficult to believe, but we see it every day now that the work is finished. We will certainly recommend you to anyone who asks because what you offer and deliver is extremely rare. Excellent communication, quality work and utmost integrity.

I have personally had work done by Littleton Construction and I have referred them to my friends and family for over 10 years. They possess the knowledge and desire to do the job right the first time and within budget. The straightforward communication I got during the process was a big plus . My windows and deck are still serving me beautifully after over 10 years.

Littleton Construction recently completed a full basement apartment refresh in our 1940's home. From start to finish they were incredibly professional, personable, punctual, and did everything to the highest degree of quality. They were focused on keeping to the timeline and started promptly at 8:00am every day (even finished a few days early). It was so enjoyable to follow their progress each day. They were very attentive to all of our needs and made sure we were happy every step of the way. We cannot say enough good things about Littleton Construction! Highly recommend!
