Littleton Construction was been fantastic. After discussing our construction needs he was up front about the pricing and the time to have it completed. My wife and I had multiple quotes. Littleton Construction wasn’t the cheapest however they were competitive. I’ve always said you do get what you pay for. We were thrilled with the results and the quality of the job was top notch. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends. Thanks again Littleton Construction for the outstanding work, we’ll be calling you again.

Toby Frank and his team at Littleton Construction recently completely a remodel of our home. I describe the project as a 90% gut job. They did a great job and we are very happy with our new home. Pictures below are just from the kitchen.

Littleton Construction did an outstanding job on my patio. The communication between management and myself was wonderful keeping me up to date on progress. The workmen were friendly and cleaned each day. Additional items were done for me because they were there, and I didn't have to call someone else to it. I am very happy with the finished patio; the neighbors also like the finished patio.

This is from a father in Minnesota who needed a "Good Reliable" company to replace 2 patio doors in his son's condo in Littleton Colorado. I contacted Littleton Construction after looking at a number of contractors in the area and am so glad I did, Toby was just the guy I was looking for. Worked with Littleton Construction on a project recently and was genuinely impressed with how they operate. Communication was consistent the entire way through. I highly recommend David and Stone Creek Construction! David and his crew completed a main floor remodel for us involving taking down walls, adding new hardwood and refinishing existing hardwood, popcorn ceiling removal, painting, and a new bannister for the stairs. The work is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with it!
David was organized and clearly communicated throughout the entire process. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the entire crew was very considerate of our home. The workmanship was exceptional and we will 100% be working with David again for all of our future projects!
