This review is long overdue! I finally have a moment to sit down and share my amazing experience with Charlie Riley and Lifetime Construction.
I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent roof installation. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Their team was highly experienced in working with insurance companies. As someone who is not familiar with this process, I greatly appreciated how they walked me through each step, allowing me to leverage my homeowner's insurance policy and save significantly on costs.
Once everything was approved, the team expertly removed the old shingles and installed high-quality shingles that will provide protection for years to come. I was particularly impressed with their punctuality and attention to detail. Each morning, they arrived on time, and each evening, they carefully walked the property to pick up any leftover debris and nails.
Installing a new roof can be noisy, but they worked quickly and efficiently, completing the installation on my 4,200 square foot ranch-style home in under six days.

In November 2023, I contracted with Lifetime Construction, LLC, along with four neighbors, to replace our roofs after the June 22, 2023 tornado in Highlands Ranch. Work began around November 27, 2023, and passed inspection on December 6, 2023.

Shortly after, I noticed issues with the roof project. On November 30, 2023, I discovered a large, unreported hole in my Trex deck. A contractor from Lifetime tried to conceal the damage with mismatched wood, claiming Trex couldn't be matched. Only after repeated requests did they agree to replace the damaged section with new Trex. During this process, the deck skirting was removed; when I asked that it be replaced, I was told it was outside the project scope.

On June 3, 2025, I found warped flooring and a ceiling water spot--issues I hadn't seen in over 20 years of ownership. The company's president, Mr. Charlie Reiley, blamed the gutters. However, my gutters are clean, show only minor roofing sediment, and function properly. Still, Mr. Reiley insisted I install more downspouts and clean them more often.

I hired my own contractor, who opened walls and added an access panel. On June 24, 2025, following rain, we confirmed active leakage. Evidence showed water entering over a foot above and away from the gutters. Despite this, Mr. Reiley continued to fault gutter performance over roofing work.

I have compiled substantial documentation, including:

· Photos and videos of water intrusion unrelated to gutters
· Opinions from 2 roofers,
- 2 general contractors,
- an insurance professional

I am currently facing serious ongoing damages, including but not limited to:

· An actively leaking roof
· Mold growth
· Warped wood flooring needing full replacement
· Damaged walls requiring repair
· Additional related structural and property damage

Mr. Reiley is difficult to work with and unwilling to do a proper inspection. He has been notified 3 times and come out to my home, provided no documentation to prove his point. He has offered to come out a 4th time with the county inpector, however I will be taking a differnt route than dealing with Mr. Reiley.

This is the construction company for all your roofing needs. Brian and Jace are two of the best guys I’ve worked with to replace my roof. So many words to describe them: Professional, honest, honorable, friendly to name just a few. They say what they mean and mean what they say. Quality work at a fair price. What more could you ask for? These two should be your go-to roofing guys.

They’re doing an amazing job on the roof at The Ft. Morgan Credit Union. This is your go to company for any residential properties to handle the claim process and roof replacement after and meeting and speaking with Jen.

I worked with lifetime construction from Littleton Colorado and their representative Jason Sanchez was excellent work with. I worked with my insurance got things started got work completely quickly. Their roofing crew was excellent and did a great job with the roofing, the cleanup and the timeliness. The roofing crew put in a long day and finished my project in one day, thank them greatly good job. I would certainly use this company in the future again they worked with my insurance and we had everything settled with a month time.

Brian and Lifetime were a joy to work with. They carefully reviewed our damage from a hailstorm and worked with our insurance company to cover all damage from the storm. They repeatedly contacted the insurance company and served our needs to cover all repairs. Repairs were done quickly and completely. Greatly appreciate the time and effort they put in making sure our home was repaired and looking like new.

Lifetime Construction replaced the roof on my house and barn following hail damage. They were great to work with helping guide me through the insurance process and arranging for the removal and reinstallation of my solar. They stayed in touch throughout the process making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. If you are in need of roof work, I highly recommend Lifetime Construction.

Jenni Amato called to schedule a roof inspection and advised me my house was hit by hail this year. I already had another company complete my project but wish I would have went with lifetime as I did not have a favorable experience and would have appreciated her communication and knowledgeable experience throughout the claim process and repair. I travel a lot and am happy she will be monitoring my property for any future storms. God forbid I have to go through the claim process again as dealing with insurance companies is the worst. However, in the event I do Jenni will be my first call.

After a major hailstorm, we worked with Lifetime Construction to repair our roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Brian and Jace were absolutely outstanding.

They patiently walked me through every step of the process, making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect. They also worked directly with my insurance company, going above and beyond to ensure I got the most out of my claim—not just for the roof, but also for related damage to our porch heater, perimeter fencing, and stucco. That level of thoroughness and advocacy for clients is rare and deeply appreciated.

The roofing crew was equally impressive. They were professional, respectful of our property, and worked incredibly hard. Each day they took great care to protect the surroundings of our home and left the site spotless with a very thorough cleanup.

Lifetime Construction has been replacing and repairing roofs in Colorado for a long time. Yet they’re still small enough to provide truly personalized service. That combination—deep experience with dedicated customer care—makes them stand out from the rest.

Lifetime Construction is an exceptional company to work with. Shane Evans was our project manager. We started at our business property. We had several buildings that needed roof replacements (hail damage). Shane worked with our insurance company. We had commercial metal roofing installed on 4 structures (Class-4 certification) with snow bars and Class-4 shingles on another structure. All have a 20-year warranty. They also installed the gutters and downspouts. This made the project seamless as we did not have to wait for two separate companies. The company was fast, efficient and cleaned up well. Lifetime (and Shane) did such a great job that we had them replace the roof shingles (gutter/downspouts) on our personal property too (also sustained hail damage). Shane (and Fred) oversaw that project as well. He is knowledgeable and accessible. If I had any questions, he would either call or text back right away. My wife and I are so impressed with this company and with Shane. We highly recommend Lifetime Construction.

Finding A+ business establishments in today's market is very challenging. Lifetime Construction is superior and an absolute pleasure to work with! From the early stages of communication, outstanding attention to detail, transitioning through the insurance claim and approval process, updates on product delivery and team scheduling for completion, the end result turned out fantastic! I am so grateful to have found Brian Shultz at Lifetime Construction through a referral from my realtor. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am by Brian. During one of the hardest periods in my life trying to care for an elderly parent, we found ourselves facing an unexpected, urgent need for roof and gutter replacement. ACI Construction Services were very professional and honest. Had them install a new concrete patio in one of my rentals and than had them remodel the interior of 2 others. Fine job. Will be using them again
