I don’t even know where to begin, the young gentleman Julian should be the company example. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind in general. Any questions I had, he had an answer to and kept a positive attitude the entire time. He helped me to understand the services that were being offered and altogether helped me to find a reliable company. Thank you, Julian.

Augusta cut my tiny backyard last year without any issues. They refused to renew for this year because they claimed it was too difficult to get their small mower through the narrow opening on the side of my house. Another service mowed and aerated this morning without any problem.

Good riddance, Augusta.

Used service for spring cleanup. The crew I had did an excellent job I had lilac bushes that hadn’t been trimmed in a very long time and they did a beautiful job of trimming them down. I also have pine trees that have a lot of needles and cones and they cleaned it up very nicely!

Just started lawn service last week. So far everything is great. The crew does a nice job and the prices are reasonable.

Augusta lawn care sent me a text soliciting for my business. I had some landscaping that I need completed. They came out and reviewed what needed to be done. He said he'd have an estimate within three days. I never heard from him again. I received another text a couple of days ago soliciting for my business once again. when I explained that I never received the estimate from the first time, and because of that, I wouldn't be using them. They responded. "thank you for your response we will update our records"

There was no follow up, there was no apology or explanation for not sending me an estimate as was promised, and they obviously don't update the records.

I requested removal of 2 out of control honeysuckle bushes. From start to finish, quote was timely , reasonable and work was done in a very professional manner.

Conner and Jost were great! Polite and very conscientious. They made sure I was
satisfied with all the work performed.

Augusta lawn service has been terrific- would recommend highly!

Highly recommend! We booked Augusta Lawn Care for trimming and removal of bushes in our yard. Scheduling was easy and the crew was friendly, fast and hard-working. They did a great job!

First multiple inch snowfall today and Augusta crew arrived late morning. First time I hired Augusta for snow removal and they did a fantastic job! So happy with my choice and I know I'll count on them all winter.

Thomas and his team did an excellent job covering up the jagged rocks in my backyard with gorilla hair mulch to make it safer for my dog.

Within one hour of submitting a quote request on the website, Thomas was already at my house doing an assessment (he happened to be in the area). I found the whole business to be very communicative as I received email updates, text messages from Thomas, and phone calls to get everything set up and squared away before their busy season hits.

The job itself was done very efficiently and cleanly. Everything went as planned and the team seemed very organized. My dog is very thankful not be ripping open his toenails on craggly rocks anymore and the mulch is very thick and soft for him. Thank you guys!

Update: One year later, and happy to report another successful job well done on landscaping our front yard with weed removal, weed paper, and adding new river rock. Thomas was once again extremely accomodating in working with us to make sure the new rock matched our existing rock and that we were 100% satisfied. His technician José worked tirelessly and got it all done in one day and did an excellent and clean job. Nothing was left out or missed, or left untidy. Will definitely continue to use these guys for our landscaping projects!

Augusta Lawn Care has been mowing our lawn and clearing snow from our walkway and driveway for almost a year now and doing a very good job. Today, they trimmed plants, bushes and weeded and cleaned the entire yard. It looks awesome. I highly recommend them.

Our lawn guy arrived promptly and got straight to work! Mowed, edged, and blew off hard surfaces. He effiecently worked around kids toys and cars and was so polite & professional. Thank you for spiffying our place up!

We had a project that they will able to get done in just over a day and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Thomas did a great job staying in constant communication and making sure that all our needs were met and then some. It’s hard finding a company now a days that actual does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, and Augusta lawn care definitely exceeded our expectations!
