We hired Jake to spruce up our yard before listing our home for sale. He stained the fence, power washed the fence and walks, trimmed the bushes, replaced some sod where needed, and handled general cleanup. Everything looked great when he was done. We were happy with the service, and his pricing was reasonable.

Came and gave us an initial estimate then scheduled a time for a detailed plan and quote and he never showed up. Contacted the owner and he scheduled a time for the next day and then NEVER showed up.

scheduled a service the morning and they didn't show up on time text them 2 hours after they were supposed to be here and they said they forgot they had an appointment with the vet so said they would be here in an hour and a half. 2 hours later I had to text them again to find out they are just leaving the vet. When I told them we would have to reschedule they said they were 5 minutes away but OK with an attitude. I I'm dumb and I paid in advance now so now that I'm trying to cancel the service she is not responding to my texts or answering my calls. she's taken my money and is no longer communicating with me.

These are the most UNPROFESSIONAL lawn people I've ever seen in my life! The guy used a riding mower on a 15'x 20' patch of DORMIT grass. I watched him go around in circles for 15 minutes as he created the biggest dirt cloud. Meanwhile 2 other guys have industrial size blowers creating a powered grass and dirt tornado. They blow debris all over the cars and houses in a 400 foot radius.

The mower guy even went over to a patch of bark chips and did the same thing. Why on earth do you need to mow bark chips? It is only March 13th and the grass has not even grown in yet! I'm definitely going to talk to my neighbor about canceling the service.

I highly recommend Thomas for your lawn care service. He is very responsive to answer and address any questions and/or concerns. The quality of work is excellent and reasonably priced. He often goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. He is proactive as opposed to reactive and keeps your lawn looking great.

I am not one to leave reviews, but my frustration with this service is something I feel like needs to be voiced. We moved into a home in April and the yard had been a bit neglected, a good amount of thistle and bindweed throughout the yard. We figured hiring a service to manage this would be ideal. They sent two young guys who missed tons of thistle and almost all the bindweed, to the point that my mother told me to call and complain. They sent a guy to spray for weeds the following day (who had not seen the yard before), and he must not have sprayed the back part of our yard at all because it’s been a forest of thistle every month. I’ve just been out again to weed the yard and it’s taken me three hours to try to clear. Very disappointed, especially given what we paid.

Shoutout to Thomas for meeting me and my girlfriend Emily at our property at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions! Augusta put down gorilla hair mulch in our backyard and the project was done well and done promptly. We also got on the aeration schedule and appreciate the very reasonable pricing. I scheduled for lawn care service and had somebody come and mow my lawn and it took them 15 minutes. I paid for some more to blow edge and mow my property and you can’t even tell somebody to cut my grass and there is glass cutting all over my sidewalks.

Connor takes care of my lawn and does a beautiful job. The edging is meticulously trimmed and the grass is lush and green. My neighbors are complimenting on how nice it looks.

I had a lot of stuff in my backyard that I needed help cleaning up, Augusta worked with me and made everything easy to quote. Now that they've come and done the work I couldn't be happier. My yard happened to be a not so fun job but the two gentleman that came didn't just put in the effort, they worked really hard all day. It was easy to tell they cared about what they were doing, anything I had to say, and they were extremely polite as well. I feel like everything I asked for was communicated well which made the process really easy. Thanks to Thomas, Jerrick and Tyler for all their hard work. After a bad experience with landscaping Augusta was a pleasure to deal with.

Thomas and his team at Augusta Lawn Care have done an amazing job of not only keeping our lawn in great shape but also doing all kinds of yard and landscaping tasks we have neither the time nor skills to attend to. They've kept our garden looking spotless all year long, mulched beds, raked leaves, and just generally kept things looking beautiful. Their year-round service is a great value!

We had Augusta come re-mulch our complicated property. Santiago did an amazing job making our place look wonderful. We are very happy with the results.
