HVAC reviews in Littleton, Colorado

I live near this facility at Belleview and Santa Fe, and I see their trucks/vans all the time. Based on my observations, I think they train their techs to be as rude and aggressive drivers as possible. I’ve seen them do a lot of unsafe and inconsiderate things, considering they’re driving a billboard for their company. I’d recommend any company over Long based off that alone

These guys used to be outstanding but as of lately it’s hard to get ahold of people to order parts, they don’t call back, often the parts person is angry and unhelpful. They seem to have lost the need for customer care! I miss Jake, he was always helpful and friendly.

No matter who your account rep is in parts, equipment or service the customer service is horrible. They fail every time at providing quotes, tracking, callbacks, email responses, and just pleasant conversation's. The culture of the company must be toxic for Long associate's to treat it's customers this way.

I'm sorry to say that after 10 years of providing feedback with no improvements, I strongly advise everyone who has a need to look for other options that don't involve Long.

If your employees are going to be inattentive drivers, they should at least not flash their lights and attempt to cut off those who are driving properly. The person driving this vehicle proceeded straight from a clearly marked right turn lane and then flashed his lights at me when he was clearly in the wrong. If I could post a video in addition to the still, I gladly would.

A/C stopped working. Assessed problem quickly, repaired fast! I will use these guys again.

Very quick and affordable. Tim has years of knowledge and experience and will get the job done correctly and thoroughly where others have not. He uses quality materials and I love supporting a family man! He is a small business that has been in business for over 20 years. I highly recommend him!

Tim the technician is awesome. He quickly and affordably fixed our heat in January at night on short notice. Then in July serviced and improved our AC. Reasonable rates and excellent service. No need to keep looking call them. I would not recommend them if I was not confident they are worthy of it.

Eric came out on time, diagnosed what the problem was and was able to fix the issue very quickly and professionally.He took his time to walk us through the process and answer all of our questions.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Spectacular experience! Great company! Super responsive on the phone and by text. Technician was out to the house within 3 hours of my calling. He replaced the capacitor on my compressor to get the system working again. Explained all of the issues and pricing to me very transparently. Kudos!

When our furnace failed to work, Howards Heating And Cooling responded immediately & came out to fix the problem with in a very small amount of time then gave me pointers for future reference. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Very personable, as well.

Eric was great, he is very professional, very polite young man. He troubleshoot my unit and found the problem in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend him to work on anyone's heat pump AC unit. Next time I have a problem I hope I get him again. Howards heating and cooling folks were professional from start to finish. Tech came here to show us their products and what HVAC is right for our house. He is informative and knowledgeable. When installation came, Shawn and Michael were explaining to me everything while installing the HVAC. They cleaned up when done. I highly recommend them.

We requested the same day service and they came out real fast and did an estimate and did was sensitive to our situation.
