I found Hot Water now on the Rinnai website and I’m glad I reached out to them. David inspected our old unit that conked out. We ended up replacing it and Mike did a great job. They were both knowledgeable and professional. I wills be reaching out to them for maintenance going forward and wish they were around when we got the first unit. Thank you to the both of you!

Isaiah came out and serviced our tankless water heater and did an amazing job. He was very thorough and detailed and took the time to explain everything he was doing.

Sincere was great and stayed late to help me figure out my hvac system. I definitely appreciated it and he explained it in a way that made more sense to me. His manager was helpful as well to help me figure out the best deal for my space.

Edit: After installation, our furnace has been short cycling (running for 5-10 minutes, turning off for a few minutes, and turning back on again). He has attempted to come back and fix it twice now, and it is still broken. Both times he has said it was fixed. Will update review/rating as this progresses.

Edit: Blake has spent a lot of his own time to find out the root of problems on our new furnace. He has fixed all issues and gave us some very useful suggestions. We really appreciate his effort and excellent customer service.

Hot Water Now (Warm Welcome) installed a brand new heat pump to replace our dead furnace. They really knew their stuff. It's hard to find people in Denver that understand heat pumps. The guys work really hard as well. It's an old house, so it took longer than they expected (but less time than I expected). Blake especially kept going. He was here one night until after 9 and past 10 on the other. Elias, the general manager, was in there with the guys doing the work as well. All in all impressive customer interactions as well as technically knowledgeable people from the top down.

We enrolled in the one-year service package and appreciated that the technicians called ahead and arrived on time. However, there were several aspects of the experience that left us disappointed.

The technicians did not consistently wear boot covers when walking between their vehicle and our home. More concerning, the service visits often felt more like sales calls focused on identifying additional billable work rather than performing routine maintenance included in the package. The quotes provided for recommended items were also extremely high.

For example, instead of simply replacing an out-of-spec motor capacitor, an inexpensive part costing around $5, as part of scheduled maintenance, we were quoted nearly $500 for what appeared to be a two-minute replacement. We experienced similar upselling on minor items, such as a slightly dusty fan.

Overall, we felt more like sales leads than valued service customers.

Michael, from Hot Water Now, came and did a yearly assessment and servicing of my Rinnai hot water heater. He did an awesome,, professional job and also gave me a non-pressured recommendation for required upgrades. I genuinely appreciate this company, Hot Water Now, as they informed me that it was time for the service and also told me about a new money-saving program they are offering. I signed up for that and really appreciate the quality service and support Hot Water Now offers.

Excellent job - Huston was courteous and professional, and gave up his weekend to get us out of an emergency situation with no hot water. He was especially tenacious and patient in dealing with odd fittings and things that broke when trying to fit with in this older home's plumbing. His professionalism and kind manner are what drove me to trust this company for the install. I've signed a service agreement with them as well, as I will trust them to do our routine inspections. Thank you for the good work and personal time sacrifice.

Blake did amazing work on my tankless water heater. Had an issue for awhile and and multiple people out with no resolution. Blake and Warm Welcome are awesome. Highly recommend!!
