Levi from Priority came out yesterday and fixed three major issues we have been having. He was so great to work with, efficient, explained everything so I could understand and took his time to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend them.

Service AC unit by Kaleb. He was efficient and very helpful in explaining the service done. I also had on two occasions Joe come to my house. Once to service my sump pump and once for an issue with my kitchen sink. He was extremely knowledgeable and one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. He quickly diagnosed both problems and had the issues resolved in no time. I am very impressed with the service and employees working for Priority.

Kaleb was polite, knowledgeable, and on time . He immediately was able to diagnose the problem with the compressor on my AC unit. He also was nice enough to come in and check the inside blower to make sure it was working well. I'd recommend this company because they got here the quickest in the middle of the summertime rush. I'm sure with a less than 48 hours turn around.

The technician was thoughtful as he first introduced himself and put covers on his shoes to protect our floors. He took his time to examine our plumbing issue. He answered my questions and skillfully fixed our water heater. I was so thankful he could fix it as I knew a new one was pricey. I appreciated that he steered me towards the most cost effective option. I felt very comfortable and confident with him and his work. Very good job! Thank you! I will definitely ask for him again!

I was able to get same day appointment and James was awesome!! Diagnosed my issue and outlined what we need to fix it! He was on time, super friendly, and professional! We signed up for annual maintenance after he told me this was an available service. Couldn’t be happier!

We used Priority Plumbing & Heating for the first time yesterday. Their response time was excellent! Haas was an outstanding plumber, and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We will use them again !

Levi Perpetua with Priority Plumbing was awesome! He came out initially to fix our nearly 30 year old toilet, but we ended up replacing it instead after he pointed out some cracks in the tank.
Levi was prompt, thorough, and efficient - and very personable and polite! He clearly explained everything that needed to be done and walked us through what he was doing.
I would absolutely request him again in the future for all of our plumbing needs! Thanks, Levi! -
After some major issues with original work, Sean and Teddy came out and agreed the work was subpar. Teddy came out and spent almost an entire day to correct their prior repairs and everything is running smoothly now. Appreciate everyone from the owner down stepping up to make things right.

When something like your water heater dies out of nowhere it can be an awful feeling. I called around and got a few quotes. Luckily I found Priority Plumbing. They had an appointment THAT MORNING where a person was able to come out. Jose was awesome. He gave me a competitive quote and guaranteed he would get the job done right. And right he was. Jose did an awesome job pulling out the old tank and getting a new one installed for me within a couple of hours. I appreciate his flexibility and his professionalism. Priority has solid employee on their hands. Thanks to the quick response and Jose’s awesome work I will definitely recommend Priority to any of my friends needing plumbing work in the future.

I try not to write too many bad reviews, but this company is absolutely awful. I originally called because of a sewer backup in my home. The plumber who showed up over an hour after I was told they would, said the toilet was the cause of the sewer backup. I paid over $900 for a toilet to be replaced which was outrageously priced. Turns out this wasn't the cause of the sewer backup and this caused a second sewer backup days later that flooded half of the main level of my home and poured sewage water all over the tile, carpet and into the basement. When I called all I could get was an AI robot who said that someone would call me because it was an emergency. No one ever called me back and I had to call again in the morning where I was told no one would come out until the next day. Nearly 36 hours after the house flooded. I don't know what kind of emergency can wait 36 hours, but not when your house is flooding. I have to hire someone else to do the work and now I have to pay for all the damage to my flooring as well. Whatever you do, save yourself the money and dont use this company.

***Updated review: Priority was extremely professional when working on a resolution to my issue***
Grossly incompetent plumbers. I had a leaking faucet which simply needed a new cartridge. Priority sent two different plumbers, and also a manager, with 9 (yes, NINE) trips, totally about 18 hrs of my time interrupted, and they couldn’t fix the cartridge.
Not only was I overcharged for work they couldn’t fix, but they attempted to charge an additional massive charge to “find another resolution” to the problem. During the multiple trips to fix the leak, their plumber caused additional plumbing issues throughout my house.
At that point, I called another plumbing company, who replaced the cartridge and fixed the issue in 2 hours.
I gave Ben Napier, the plumbing manager, and opportunity to refund the cost of the cartridge replacement and he didn’t bother to respond. -
Just had a very pleasing experience with Kaleb and Brian who came to take a look at my system and also went above and beyond to make sure I had cooling for the weekend. Thank you guys I would strongly recommend them. They even cleaned up after which not a lot of people do.

Kaleb came out to our house to check on our Furnace after we just moved in. We were worried because we were Not getting any heat distributed in the house right before it snowed. He came out same day and fixed it for us. He did a great job!
-
Kaleb was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to speak with my wife And recommended that we use a larger filter size to better accommodate the space for the filter. He couldn’t have been better.
-
Sean with Priority was awesome. Not only did he come quickly and fix the issue of no heat in our home, he took the time to walk me through what the issues were and how to look for them. Great experience 10/10.
-
Josh and John were amazing. They instatalled a new hot water heater at my job and the pressure change caused a poorly soldered joint to burst, Josh was able to fix it quickly and cleanly. We really appreciate them.

**Edit to company response 5/30/24 I am partial homeowner, I took ownership in 2021 through the existing mortgage, so please add more detail.
My mother also the owner and policy holder - whom you guys have avoided and who is at a communication disadvantage due to english being her second language, I have had to step in.
We, the client of HomeServe a Home Warranty company - would never had to pay for your services. Exactly why we pay for home warranty and have full coverage for our mainline.
The issues I have as a homeowner and an unfortunate customer of Priority and Plumbing due to them being contracted by HomeServe:
- Said they would fix our sprinkler lines and electrical in Nov 2023 they destroyed.
- Got avoided by this company for 6 months UNTIL it was discovered they didn't replace 4ft of the original pipe that had SEVERE root intrusion (the entire reason we got our mainline replaced.)
- 05/01/2024 Sean Farris said they would fix the sprinklers and make this right and has continued to avoid us.
This company absolutely did not go above and beyond. Priority Plumbing and Heating HAD to come back to fix a problem they were legally contracted to fix in Nov 2023 and did NOT complete.
Above and beyond for what, adding some soil?
The stress and financial burden this has caused has been significant.
Original post 5/29/24 **Another bad Sean Farris (VP/ Owner) review on a mainline replacement (Estimated $18,000+ Insurance job.) On November 9, 2023 Priority Plumbing and Heating Littleton was hired to replace and install a new mainline on our property by my home warranty company (HomeServe.) They acted in several negligent ways, did not complete the job they were paid to perform, destroyed my front yard, sprinkler lines and electrical.
When we raised the concerns to Sean - Sean Farris, told us to kick rocks and that our concerns were not his issue. We were persistent and knew this job was not done correctly. He continues to give us the run around for 6 months, he was conveniently always in a "meeting." After paying a 3rd party to scope out and make note of all the things Priority Plumbing and Heating did wrong, they told me it would be $18k+ to fix their mistakes. I had a demand letter written up to get them to pay attention to the issues that I had complained about for 6 months.
Things they did wrong:
- Did not backfill our soil causing a sinking trench.
- Cut all of our sprinkler lines/ electrical and buried them.
- Failed to replace our mainline in its entirely, left with severe root intrusion.
- Failed to clean up - left old clay pipe strung along our front yard.
- Clean out caps were below ground level, improperly glued and secured.
Fast forward May 2024 - Priority Plumbing and heating said they would replace the rest of the line that they failed to replace the first time, clean up the trash they left, back fill our soil that was sinking into a trench, and get someone to fix our sprinkler lines/ electrical.
Once Sean and his crew came to fix their original issues - his crew member showed us that our mainline was leaking sewage into our front yard for six months from. Sean never mentioned anything to us other than everything looks great.
Now its a month later - Sean Farris wont return my phone calls about getting our sprinkler lines/ electrical fixed, he continues to be in "meetings"
Seans' motto is - we were paid to replace the line and thats it. If we break it, its not our issue.
Spent over $4,000 to get my sprinkler lines and electrical fixed + had to pay to get my line scoped by a third party. Spent 6 months trying to get them to fix their mistakes. Avoid at all costs this has been a horrible situation and horrible company to deal with.
I believe the only reason they came back was because HomeServe was made aware Priority Plumbing and Heating did not perform the job in its entirety that they were paid to do. IF not for that, I would still have sewage leaking into my yard, a sinking trench etc.
AVOID at all costs and do your research. -
I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Quintana on a job with a mutual client. He was very easy to work with, highly communicative, and a consummate professional! Thank you for setting the standard, Priority Home Services!!

5 Stars, what can I say? Clyde showed within an hour, had everything he needed to make the repair on the broken water pipe, and was done in less than 2 hours. Happy with the work and Clyde’s professionalism! Thank you!!!

When I called Priority Plumbing, I spoke with a lady by the name of Candice. She was wonderful, so kind, asked many quesions surrounding my issue to help direct what the next steps ought to be. Jahziel came out to our home and he was fabulous!
We had a sewer issue and because he thought outside of the box Jahziel was able to determine the problem. No other plumbing comany could figure it out. I was so thankful.
He came with a smile on his face, very polite and took the time to explain what had happened. His service was top knotch!
I really appreciated both Candice and Jahziel. Excellent customer service!
Thank you so much

Levi and Eric were knights in shinning armor. They were both respectful and very knowledgeable. They took the time to show us the issue, discuss options and kept everything in the truth. We will need the work fixed and will recommend them specifically.
