I would recommend Priority Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs based on our experience. The Priority technician, Josh, discussed all of our options with us when our 14 year old conventional tank needed about $2,000 in repairs. Josh was extremely polite and prepared when he arrived for our appointment to install a new tankless water heater . Installation was done very professionally with no issues. He cleaned up his work area and stayed until we had functioning heated water again!

Best quality, best prices, technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Swapped my hot water tank in a few hours. Took lots of time to make sure there were no leaks (Single family house in Crystal Valley/Castle Rock). These guys were awesome. Stay away from the Applewood guys who were $4K higher for the exact same service)

We had a technician named Zane come out to our property regarding a leak we were experiencing. Zane not only resolved the issue at hand but also provided us with some really useful advice about our shoddy plumbing situation. He was courteous, kind to our toddler, and quick to the point.

My husband heard a noise coming from the furnace, and it was late morning, however, Wendy was able to schedule an appointment in the afternoon. The technician, Justin, arrived on time. He did a thorough check of our old furnace and determined the noise was from air duct contracting and expanding. He had a solution and would send out a technician to do the fix. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also informative about the company’s ability to install new furnace and AC and sent me an estimate.

Had a scheduling conflict where the system captured the wrong info. In any case, they called and made it right. Would recommend.

When I had a plumbing emergency early on a weekday morning, I was scrambling to find someone to address it right away. From the start, Priority Plumbing & Heating was wonderful. Their call-in service was kind and helpful in the midst of my stressful situation. They were able to fit me that very morning. And Levi Perpetua, the expert technician who took the service call, was great.

Levi was thorough in his assessment of the problem. He took the time to carefully explain things to me fixed the plumbing problem well. He also let me know how to take precautionary measures from now on. A pleasure to work with!

Levi was our technician; he was great to work with. He came a couple of times to make sure things were done. He even snaked our drain in the rain

Isaac was our tech. He was prompt, personable and quickly cleared our drain. He explained the larger problem and gave us lots of options to correct it. This was the best plumbing company we have ever worked with. I highly recommend them.

We live in an older Colorado Springs neighborhood whose homes are all 90+ years old. Our exterior sewer line suddenly developed problems. Priority Plumbing responded within one hour...on a Saturday afternoon. The technician, Paul worked tirelessly trying one strategy after another. He felt the issue needed further diagnosing to complete. He returned with Grant who oversaw the entire operation. Grant and his people were laser focused on getting our sewer repair finished in a timely manner. He coordinated the digging and repair functions expertly and in a very timely manner, which my wife and I greatly appreciated. These guys are dedicated, knowledgeable professionals...who did a remarkable job. But more impressing was the obvious fact that Grant, Paul, Sam and the entire crew absolutely cared about us, the customers. They worked tirelessly until the job was completed and our service restarted. I am happy to give my highest endorsement to Grant, Paul, Sam and the entire Priority Plumbing Team. Well done everyone everyone!!!

Joseph Wegner was my plumber. He was awesome. Great service for sure!!!! Helped me fix an ejector pump issue at a great price. Highly recommend!!!!

I had Priority out to my house today for a main line blockage.
Zane was very nice and easy to talk to and very respectful.
He did the job quickly, was friendly and cleaned up well after snaking my drain. It was a great Experience!

This company hit me up randomly for a 50% off A/C tune-up on a text message, not sure how they got my number, but I agreed. They called to schedule and it would be 2-3 weeks out, and that was fine. Day of the service, they called to reschedule because an employee called in sick, I get that. We rescheduled another 2-3 weeks out.

Day before, they called to reschedule for the same reason, I explained what was happening and we rescheduled for the following day. Less than an hour later, they called to reschedule that appointment, because an employee was going to be out. It was the same girl and she had no idea we had talked 20 minutes earlier.

Moving on to a different company, who employs more responsible employees that show up for work. I'm guessing they had a bigger more expensive project come up and mine wasn't worth their time.

Utility street work caused my outside line to clog. Priority did a good job finding the problem, but also showing me that the top part of one of my basement sewer lines had corroded. They quickly fixed the problem and replaced the line at a reasonable price. I recommend this company.

Kaleb was outstanding. He got my heat up and running quickly! I highly recommend them.

Full disclosure this review originally was not good, but after some initial issues their customer service really shined through.

Working with Grant in the office, and Brano who did the plumbing work, restored my faith that there are still people out there that stand by their service and their brand and that quality work and service matter.

I highly recommend them.

Zane came out this morning to fix my completely backed up kitchen sink, and I am 1000% happy with the service! He explained everything, showed me photos, and cleaned nicely after he was done. I will absolutely be referring Priority to EVERYONE, and will continue to use myself. Not to mention, their receptionist is so nice! All around, an excellent experience. Thank you guys!!!

Priority Plumbing did a great job! Shawn came by first to access and was very kind and professional. The tech Isaac arrived and replaced the hot water heater. Isaac was informative, knowledgeable and kept me posted on time line. Isaac did a great job completing the work and cleaning up. Thank you !

Levi was great, showed up on time, friendly, and reasonably priced. He even went above and beyond and fixed my garbage disposal while he was hooking up my dishwasher. Will use them again.

We had a minor issue with our kitchen sink and Josh Knapp came to fix it. He was VERY friendly and helpful and offered to take a look at all the other drains in our house to make sure they weren't having the same issue. He gave us a solution for the problem, it wasn't something we HAD to do so he wasn't pushy at all to get us to do it. He waited patiently while I contacted my husband to tell him what was going on and when we decided to fix it, he ran to the store to grab the part and was back and had it fixed up in no time. I would highly recommend Priority plumbing and Josh, in particular!

Update: after giving the company another call, they were very friendly and offered a full refund without any hassle or run-around. Happy with the resolution.

This company fixed our AC and a week later it broke again. Scheduled another appointment, and they cancelled 2 hours prior and claimed not be able to reschedule for another week. (My house was 90 degrees at this point). Clearly trying to avoid the 30 day guarantee because they scheduled next-day in the past. I had to go with another company.

We had an incredible experience with Paul R.! He came to fix our toilet and exceeded all expectations. Paul was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable from start to finish. He explained the issue clearly and walked us through the repair process, making us feel confident about his work. Not only did he get the job done efficiently and quickly, but he also maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout.
