I have been using Hot Water Now for years and they are consistently amazing. Every single representative of this company has been professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers and what they need. They don’t try to find things wrong and charge you unnecessary for things that don’t need to be done. I really enjoy the fact that they service both my hot water heater and A/C unit and their membership program has saved me a ton of money so far! These guys are 5 stars all the way!

Over the weekend, our tankless hot water heater went out. I did a search on local service companies and Warm Welcome Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came up. It was a Saturday morning and I left a message with the answering service. Within 10 minutes, Elias called. He was incredibly responsive and empathetic to our situation. I told him that we could wait until Monday to get service.

Our technician, Huston, showed up around 9 AM on Monday. He walked me through where my tankless heater was failing and what he could do about it. He showed me every step of the way why the unit had failed in the first place. He was super patient and educated me so I understood the likelihood of the unit failing again.

Huston was professional and immediately trustworthy. I ended up buying a membership from Huston so I can have one place to do my furnace, air conditioning, and tankless water heater serviced every year.

Very personalized service and a company that I would recommend to anyone!

Huge shout out to Warm Welcome Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing (fka Hot Water Now) for helping us replace an older tankless hot water heater in the tightest turnaround ever to help us get it done in time to close on our home sale. Elias got us set up with a new one (and with a city inspection just two days later), while Huston worked in the evening to get it installed. Huston was a pleasure - even that late in the day - and did incredible work. We would highly recommend!
