I have an old house, and last winter it would get down into the 50s even when the furnace was working nonstop. I didnt know what I needed, but I knew I needed something! Annalynn came over and checked everything out. She advised me to get some new ductwork, especially on the returns.
This winter was so much better! It never got that cold inside, and our heating bills came down a lot. I recommend her work very highly! Responsive, knows her stuff, cares about her customers. Give her a call!

I went with Ladies1st for the first time in 2020. And have been a loyal customer since. AnnaLynn, the company owner saved me from making a very expensive mistake. 2 other top rated, well known competitors both tried to upsell me on purchasing a new unit. "leak testing & repairs will cost thousands" they said. Ladies1stHVAC found a bad (leaking) shrader valve and had my AC back in working condition in 1 visit for the cost of show up and refrigerant re-charge.

I have since used ladies 1st for the following work, and have been satisfied every visit.
-Permitted & Relocated my HVAC to enable my basement remodel
-Added rough in duct work for my basement re-model
-trouble shoot faulty air conditioner, found a bad condensate pump where the float wasn't telling the pump to run so it was shutting my AC off.

All work has been priced very well. I feel like AnnaLynn is very knowledgeable, responsive and is clearly very experienced.

My residential furnace had not been serviced in several years. I received good advice on replacing the filter and the furnace was thoroughly cleaned. In addition, I didn't realize the humidifier was not functioning. The filter was cleaned and the unit replaced. This was all done for a very reasonable cost. I felt I received reasonable alternatives and a clear explanation of the work to be done. I will definitely use Country Comfort again.

We've used AnnaLynn's services for our home and two rental properties for 10 years. She's installed and maintained our swamp cooler, replaced and repaired furnaces and A/C units, all at a reasonable price. She's punctual and professional, and just an all around nice person! AnnaLynn was great! Quickly came out and got me a quote for replacing my furnace, even with some unexpected issues with the furnace dealer not having the right one, she was able to get me one that fit the house.

During the week leading up to Thanksgiving 2019, our furnace stopped working. To make matters worse it was during the first real snow storm of the season which dropped temperatures drastically and left nearly a foot of snow on the ground.

I contacted Country Comfort. We exchanged messages and They were able to give me an estimate for repair my older furnace. They also were able to come very quickly to perform a full inspection despite travel advisories.
The service provided was excellent. The technician explained what was going on using terms a novice like me could understand. As part of the explanation was detailing what my future options for my older system would be.

AnnaLynn was able to come out a week after I called her. The service was prompt and quick. She beat out competitors in price and she was able to install a full new furnace and A/C in no time. She even expanded my upstairs intake to better circulate air in my house. We had a broken pipe in our crawl base which tech Tate from Priority Plumbing was able to fixed it in a timely manner. Tate didn’t just fixed our leaking pipe, but he also point out some things that are highly recommended to be fixed in the near future. I thought he was very knowledgeable and would highly recommended him for your plumbing jobs...

The service I received from Priority Plumbing and Heating was outstanding. From my first initial inquiry call onward, everyone I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional. Especially the technician, Zhayn, who could not have been nicer or more polite. And he is clearly very skilled, because he got my water heater working again, quickly and without issue. Great experience with this company!!
We had water backing up out of the floor in our furnace room. We called Priority Plumbing and Heating to help resolve the issue. A plumber came out on Friday, and he tried clearing the main line that went from the house to the sewer. All seemed well. However, on Sunday night we had the same issue with water backing up into the furnace room again. After calling this same company on Monday morning, they sent out a different tech (Levi Perpetua). He came out, determined that the line was still clogged, and used his 100 foot snake to clear the line. With a camera he also confirmed it was no longer clogged. We were only charged on the first visit due to their warranty policy. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Richie arrived earlier than expected and dove right into figuring out what our issue was, which is ultimately something major we’re going to have to deal with. They’ll be sending us some estimates, and his boss who had to come out even reassured us that they offer 0% financing which is huge help in a situation like this! I would definitely recommend Priority plumbing to my friend and family, and will more than likely be using them for the major repairs needing to be done.

Zane Scott came to fix a slow draining shower, quoted a snaking fee and then realized the snaking wasn't needed and just charged me the service fee. Very friendly with high integrity. I really appreciate his friendliness, professionalism and integrity.

Tony J at priority plumbing and heating went above and beyond to take care of me. After months of dealing with subpar plumbers and the HOA I finally got Tony J at priory plumbing to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. His customer service skills were also excellent. He was completely transparent with me on pricing and came up with a reasonable price for the work he did. He was also very fast and efficient. I will not waste my time calling a different company ever again and I would recommend you do the same, if you want the job done right the first time.

Our furnace went out the night before thanksgiving and they were quick to get to us Friday morning and we had the whole new system installed by early Tuesday!
