Dan from Nature Guard Heating & Air was very professional and very helpful. After calling them, they came out right away to assess the issue. I was then able to schedule with him to get the work done. The repairs were done effectively. I will call him again. Excellent!!

First we thought they were quality professionals to help us with our furnace issues. They told us other companies would try to sell us a new furnace and even though they didn't like the brand of ours, they wouldn't ever recommend a new furnace for us since its only 6 years old. They charged us for a sensor cleaning for $250 and claimed they fixed the issue with our furnace. The next morning we were still having issues and we called to let them know and they said we all of the sudden needed a furnace….

We called a different company out for a second opinion as they suggested and it had nothing to do with the sensor being dirty. First off, the other company showed us that this company cleaned it with the wrong tools after we told them it was cleaned with a paper towel and sponge and they didn’t do it properly at all. More importantly, we discovered had an air flow issue and its pretty disturbing that after a couple visits, their professionals couldn’t notice this. Now our furnace is running just fine and we tried calling for a refund for the cleaning and no one will return our calls. We were happy to pay for the service call but once we learned how poor of a job was done and how unprofessional the manager was handling it all, we are very disappointed in this service. Be careful using them!!!

Nature Guard Heating & Air technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, kind and friendly. They are very precise and thorough. They explained to us everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. They also cleaned up after themselves and their charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

I would recommend this company for all heating and air conditioning services from purchase and installation to routine maintenance. I receive a call every 6 months to schedule maintenance and the service technicians are always courteous and have identification badges for your safety.

Techs arrived and went to work. They worked together very well. They were here to install a new HVAC system. After completing the install, they cleaned the work areas before they went over the operation of the furnace, AC, and thermostat. Would highly recommend Nature guard heating AND AIR.

Our AC stop working a couple yesterday. I called Nature Guard Heating & Air and they sent Dan came to check it today and fixed it. He recommended us to sign up the maintenance program and waive the service fee and dint push us. Good service and super fast. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

Dan was very helpful in responding to our questions and concerns. They gave us a very reasonable quote for complete Trane AC and furnace replacement with a labor warranty of 10 years. The installation team were very professional during the installation and got it done in a very timely manner. We highly recommend them to friends and relatives.

We received bids from a number of local businesses. The bid from Nature Guard Heating AND Air was significantly lower than the others. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and accommodating. When I proposed at the last minute that we install the new AC unit in a different area than where the old one was, the owner and I FaceTimed and he assisted us in getting everything sorted out. It was a 10/10 experience. It comes highly recommended!

So very rude, there's much more professional companies out there. Just google HVAC and pick anyone else, so many more better companies out there!
