The tech doing the initial consult walked me through all of the diagnostic testing for my old furnace, showed me the readings and explained what everything means and why it’s important, and provided clear options and prices to remedy.

Ultimately I decided to have them replace my old furnace with a new unit. The multi stage fan on the new unit makes a huge difference as all of the rooms in my house are equally heated.

The business office was great to work with as well. Very pleased and highly recommend ROX.

What a fabulous experience working with Rox! Kelly was awesome and answered my frequent questions including nights and weekends. My sales rep was great at explaining the options and Rox was the only one of my three estimates that understood and offered heat pumps. I had one company quote me over with phone without even seeing my HVAC system! The installation was flawless. I highly recommend Rox!

Their estimator, Nova, was great! She answered all of many questions I had, but never pressured me to make a decision. John installed my furnace/AC unit. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable, gave me a rundown on my new furnace and AC and showed me how to use and program my new thermostat. Our furnace suddenly stopped working today. ROX Heating & Air had excellent feedback on our community Facebook page so I decided to call them. The whole team was outstanding - from the very friendly and extremely helpful customer service representative, Kaci, to the expert technician, Rafael. Kaci was able work out the schedule to get me same day service. This is unheard of from my experience in the Denver area. I am very grateful! Our technician, Rafael, actually welcomed me to sit next to him as he diagnosed my furnace. Incredible expertise! At some point soon I will need a new furnace and I know where I’ll be going to have this project done. They definitely made a loyal customer today!

Dexter came right on time and he answered all my questions so patiently and professionally. He did a careful, thorough cleaning. Rox prices were so much lower than several other companies I called. I will call Rox from now on.

We had several contractors look at our system and offer help. Two companies out of three were able to diagnose our issues, but Rafael was the only one who took the time to show us and explain exactly what was wrong, why it was doing it it was doing, and what our options were so we could make an intelligent decision to repair or replace.

In the end, we ended up replacing the AC and furnace, which isn’t very fun, but at least we understand why that really was the best option. I didn’t feel pressured at all. He just laid out the facts.

John did a great job on the installation and , just like Rafael, took the time to explain what they did, why the did it, and how everything worked. There was one little thing they neglected to do, and they agreed to take care of that on a second visit. I got no pushback at all.

Overall, quite happy. It’s nice to have contractors that take their time to explain things so I feel like i made a decision having all the information I needed.

Dexter and Garrison from Rox Heating & Air were top notch! From setting up the appointment, arriving on time with a text message when they were on the way, to the work and care that they put into the job was exceptional. ROX Heating & Air are a great company to work with. Raphael was very honest and professional with his estimate. We had to get both our AC and furnace replaced and he gave us several options. Bert and his team did the install today and they were quick and efficient. We will use ROX in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I very rarely write reviews but Rox Heating and Air deserves it. I have a older brick home (1957) and it had the original furnace . My old furnace was not efficient at all as well as my walls and attic have little to no insulation. After receiving several quotes Rox made my final list. Then I got Covid and was down for over a month. Kelly from Rox was the only one who kept in contact with me. After we negotiated to what I believed was a fair price for the AC/Furnace pkg they scheduled install. I had the pleasure of dealing directly with Jason {Owner) on everything with install. After install which came out fantastic we had a serious cold spell and I let Jason know that I believed the furnace Btu's was maybe a little to small. I am not one to complain and didn't want to make that call. Jason came out immediately to address the situation. I had to tell him multiple times to stop apologizing. He instantly told me they were going to come out that day with a larger unit and replace it at no extra charge as well as throw in some stuff for me that he did not have to do. My upgraded units are now installed and I could not be any happier. I am sure there are other companies that would do the same thing as Jason did. I was impressed with the customer service I was receiving before install and after this experience I am positive I made the right choice. I have another attached room that does not have ducted heat and they are coming out to add that for me. On a scale from 1-10 it is an easy 10 for me. We had decided to replace our furnace and AC as they were pretty old. After a few estimates we decided on Rox as they had good reviews and also installed Lennox brand. Our old system was Lennox and we wanted to stay with that brand. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and patient. I had tons of questions for Nova (she did the estimate) and she was also very responsive to my calls. The office staff was pleasant. Kelly was great to work with regarding financing. The techs that came out to install, Devon and Daniel, were efficient and took time to explain everything we wanted to know. I would recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation.

I decided I would do a competitive bid between vendors and decided to go with Rox Heating for my new heater. I chose them because they provided significant cost savings, worked very hard to get my business, and we’re courteous and professional throughout the process. A heater is a very big investment, and I wanted to make sure I went with the right company to not only install it, but to maintain it as well. I would recommend them to others.

The ROX Heating & Air tech, Rafael was punctual and professional. He was patient with our 20 year ol' heater unit and was even more patient with 62 year ol’ me asking questions, not able to answer his questions! But he found the problem and solved it.
I know that I will have to buy a new heater eventually and I will definitely buy it from ROX Heating & Air. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a heater or AC. It’s not just the equipment you buy it’s the service that comes with it!!!
