I called ROX Heating and Air for a second opinion on an issue with my air conditioner, and I’m so glad I did. A technician named Garrison came out, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and diagnosed the problem far better than the first company I had out. While I still have to incur a cost, I feel 100% confident moving forward with ROX Heating and Air.

Garrison did a wonderful job coming out to help us deal with a broken furnace. He took a lot of time explaining things to us and fixing out theissue. I highly recommend Rox heating and air.

Been dealing with Rox for a few years now and they are fantastic to work with. A few years ago they put in my furnace. This past month they put in a new A/C with heat pump. Raphael walked me through all the details and John was the lead on the install. Both were easy to work with, very helpful, very clean, very thorough. Loved them. Highly recommend!

Update: Garrison from rox came by as part of fall maintenance to make sure everything on my new heat pump and AC and furnace are all working and he made some adjustments and spent ample time testing everything and answering my questions thoroughly. He was the one who originally set up my system for me with my furnace a few years ago and I love his thoroughness. Great guy to work with who clearly knows his stuff and enjoys his work. Highly recommend

In August, our 17 year old furnace expired and we found ourselves in the market for a new HVAC system. After meeting with 3 of the major HVAC companies in the area we selected ROX to install our new system which included replacement of our 26 year old air-conditioner. Our decision to choose ROX started with our salesperson, Nova, who was knowledgeable about her products and did a good job answering our questions and showing us why a Lennox cold-climate heat pump paired with a new Lennox high-efficiency furnace made sense. Once our decision was made, Kelly took over and did a terrific job scheduling the installation, start-up, permitting and county inspections. She was very prompt responding to our questions and was wonderful keeping us up-to-date on their progress along the way. And last, but far from least, were the two excellent technicians, Garrison and Bert, who got the system started up and running well while patiently and professionally answering all of my questions about our new heat pump. Our system has been running great for the past 4+ months and we couldn't be happier with the products and services we received from the entire ROX team. we had minisplits put in our house in littleton, which didn't have ac before and used an old heating system. because of how our house is set up, minisplits were perfect for getting both air conditioning and heat together. it's also nice that each room can have its own temperature setting. the crew stayed on schedule, worked hard, and made sure to clean up after they finished. everyone was really friendly and set up the units just how we wanted. when one unit wasn’t working right after the installation, the team came back quickly and fixed it. overall, if you want your ac repair or install done well and on time, you can count on these folks to do a great job for a good price.
