Bought "200" ft of 2-2-2-4...and got 188 ft. Didn't find out that it was short until I pulled it through 70ft of conduit. Was forced to buy an additional length at Home Depot after hours...and create a junction box only 2 feet from the main breaker box...with another $45 in materials. I experienced very unfriendly customer service from an older, tall gentleman...who advised me that they did not accept returns on any merchandise under any circumstances even if the boxes of merchandise are unopened and the return was within 24 hours. I would have bought another $800 worth of 3-phase electric panels and main breakers...but I needed to be sure the boxes would fit side by side at the install site...and obviously didn't want to risk it being the wrong width and not being able to return one of them...so I had to make the purchase online at Amazon (for half price even with one day delivery). I guess this business doesn't care about generating or retaining new customers. I really wanted to support a small, local business...but it's clear why the big box retailers and online stores are winning out--they treat their customers with some respect. ZERO out of 5 stars. Would not recommend.
