I called in the morning, they were here to relocate my light the same afternoon. Fantastic work, highly recommend these guys, they are very fair and do it right the first time.

After having a former assistant authorize work without my permission, these people felt the need to come to my house and harass me. She called 41 times in 2 days and left threatening as well as harassing voicemails. Tonight on February 10 2017 she showed up my house. Rather than go through the legal channels, she felt showing up would be best. What kind of moronical, unprofessional garbage is that.

After a recent storm, I found that part of my house had lost power. I was certain that this was going to be a huge electrical nightmare. Thankfully, I called An Electrician. I spoke with a wonderful person who talked me through checking a few things AND VOILA - power is restored. I’ve worked with other places that would have sent someone simply to check those things and then charged me a great deal of money for that trip. So, this was such a pleasant and relieving experience to work with An Electrician. I’ve now put them on my list as “My Electrician” to call whenever something goes wrong.

I was happy to work with An Electrician based on their competitive price and their availability. Unfortunately when they showed up they didn’t have the supplies needed to do the job even though it was a simple switch to GFCI outlets. We had to go to the store ourselves. They “offered us a discount” for the parts but then charged us $150 more for the labor. There weren’t any unforeseen issues that required additional work, just inexplicably charged us more than quoted, and now will not refund me the difference, return or answer my calls, or respond to my texts (which they had been prompt about before.)

This guy is a real professional. From our first encounter, I trusted his work and work ethic. He finished our job earlier than promised and his fees were very reasonable. Be very confident in hiring him.

He replaced the outdated lighting in our kitchen. He had to order and go get new fixtures. All of it was done quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Jay has basically re-wired our entire (ancient) house. We feel so lucky to have found him. He’s really affordable and will bend over backwards for his customers!

Jay arrived on time and was happy to answer my questions and look at other electrical things in my new (but old) house. He did his work completely, cleaned up after himself, and was quick both times he’s done repairs. As a single woman, I can say I felt safe having him in the house too.
