John and Dominick expertly solved the wiring problems associated with the installation of a ceiling fan. They were prompt, professional, polite, and efficient. John is amazing at what he does, great service and follow up and knows his craft. He's also very reliable and an overall standup person. We've used him for many of our properties and will continue using them in the future.

Very poor service all around. John came to our home to diagnose a problem, which he insufficiently did, and proceeded to report to our warranty company that the service had been completed (our wiring issue was not fixed at all). He never returned to complete the job, and ignored 4 phone calls/messages placed between my husband and me over the course of 2 weeks. We are now 5 weeks since the initial request was issued and are no closer to having our issue repaired. John was paid, and did not finish the job. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend.

Lord Electrical is an excellent company. From my first contact with them they were professional and personable. I called in for an estimate and they got back to my promptly to make an appointment. Steve the estimator arrived on time and spent the necessary time assessing my project. Steve said someone from the office would contact me and follow up. The next day KC called me to review a few details about my project and emailed me a detailed work proposal the next day. In the present robust and frenzied climate of the building and remodeling atmosphere in Colorado it impressed me that Lord was so responsive and interested in my modest electrical project. I recommend you contact them for your electrical work for prompt professional service.
