I am over the moon with the response from An Electrician. Jay was professional, courteous, and fast. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my appliance outlet and made cost effective recommendations for repairs and then executed those repairs with alacrity. I highly recommend him.

Incredible electrician. We had small electrical issue, called and scheduled a next day appointment which was incredible. Came out and resolved our issues in about an hour!! Extremely fair pricing along with quality work.

I had an excellent experience! From the onset, the operator went above and beyond by attempting to troubleshoot over the phone, aiming to save me both time and money. The electrician arrived on time and was polite, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

We had an issue with a light in the stairway to the basement and another issue with the garage. We called "An Electrician" (based on Google reviews) on Thursday, with a hope to have someone out on the following Monday. To our surprise we were scheduled an appointment for the next day (Friday) at 5:00PM, and the lady scheduling the appointment said they could come out later if that would make it more convenient for us. That was impressive to me as most people are wanting to knock off for the weekend and here "An Electrician" are willing to work with our schedule.

When Jay got here, he was very efficient in tracking down the problem (he correctly guessed at the start that the two issues were related) and went right to work to fix the issue. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he also took the time to explain what he thought had happened to cause the issue in the first place. The way he was talking to me was like we were old friends, and not like I was just another customer.

Jay was also very conscientious of his surroundings, and instead of stripping wire and letting things go flying around, he asked for a trashcan to put remains in to keep the are clean from the start. I've dealt with other electricians in the past that didn't take the time to keep the area clean, and then they just made a half-hearted attempt to clean things up after they were done.

Jay has found a customer for life, and I will be calling him if we have any issues in the future.

We live in an old house and were understandingly concerned when the lights started to flicker. Jay showed up at our house in the evening and stayed until the problem was taken care of. His price was really reasonable. We would definitely call him again!

I worked with Jay and Christine for an easy household fix in my breaker box and to consult on next steps for future projects. They were easy to schedule with and Jay was professional and efficient with his time (and therefore hourly rate). I was tempted not to write a review because I don’t want them to become too busy, but in an era with hard-to-work-with professionals, this company deserves a shout out.

Quoted 2 hours but ended up taking 6. Charged $700 but did not include the switches. He also said he would put all of our bathroom on one switch in our circuit box but did not do it. He did not label any of the wires for me so when it came time to hook up switches I needed him to come back... he charged another $95 for a ten minute job to hook up the switches. Super nice people but disappointed in the discrepancy of the quote vs what was charged.

Jay wired my basement for use as a workshop with 18 outlets and installed 12 light fixtures. Fantastic work at a fair price. A true professional and friendly person. It was a pleasure to do business with An Electrician and I highly recommend their service.

Jay came over to install and run wiring to a ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling. He did a great job at a reasonable price. Will not hesitate to contact him again. Thanks Jay!

I needed my breaker panel replaced. I got quotes from several electricians and An Electrician was by far the most fair price. Jay showed up and did the job on a freezing day, dealt with the city and all our permitting needs and was very easy to work with. I will definitely be using these guys again!

Jay is great. He helped to solve and repair a difficult electrical problem at my house. He was timely, coordinated with our local utility, and went out of his way to make it happen. I thought his price was fair also.

We recently moved to Longmont and knew in advance that we had an unlabeled breaker box and two malfunctioning outlets in the kitchen. Jay is a busy guy and we waited a bit to get on the schedule, but we’re glad we did. He was very professional, thorough and reasonable. An Electrician Co is easy to work with. Jay is comfortable with the challenges of old homes, with flexible solutions to offer. Fast, courteous, and with reasonable prices. Also, when our outdoor faucet failed and filled our window well while he was here, he helped my spouse find the main water shutoff.

Jay did a great job to fix a problem I had in our kitchen. He is very conscientious and thorough. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and is very quick. Reasonably priced compared to other electricians. All in all, I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I wouldn't trust anyone else other than Jay. I've called him out twice, and plan to call him again for additional work. What's great about him is that unlike some professionals you call, he's never belittling, and he's super friendly. Reasonably priced while doing projects the correct way while still being efficient and attentive to all the details.

Jay did a fantastic job. We had another electrician come to repair our issue and gave us a very high quote. Also told us that we would have to remove our deck to get the wire repaired. We called Jay and he was able to repair the wire for half the price and leave the deck in place. Thank you Jay. This will be our only electrician from now on.

Came out when I needed urgent help. He has explained everything to me in a way I can understand and is fixing my issue. When others told me I was basically out of luck for a few weeks, he has treated it like an emergency and I appreciate him for it. He's saving me out here. Prices appear very reasonable. Will definitely be using him again and would recommend him if you have issues. He's friendly, professional, very competent and hard working

It is a true 'find' to be able to call a local electrician who goes over and above to exceed your job requirements. Jay went out of his way to respond promptly to my electrical needs (shorted out exterior light popping the circuit breaker). The job was done quickly, professionally for an honest rate. He's even a nice guy. I highly recommend.

Jay was an absolute delight to work with. He was knowledgeable and worked diligently to finish the project. After he finished the work he provided me an invoice and allowed me to send a check from my online bill pay portal. However, after I set up his bill to be paid I received a phone call asserting that I owed an additional 95 dollars because he miscalculated the hours worked. I would absolutely use Jay again for any of my needs. However, moving forward I would recommend having invoices signed as final bill so the amounts don't change.
