Had a landscape job done by Jordan and his guys and I highly recommend their service. Personal attention to detail from estimate through job done. They also didn’t mind small tweaks to the plan along the way to make it all look just right. Two other landscape companies wouldn’t give me the time of day for the job, because it was a smaller project, but Schwabees took care of us.

They started out good. Very communicative and responsive. The first half of the job is good. After that they seemed to be just in a big hurry to get done. They took out plants that we had agreed would stay, and they did a very shoddy job on the second half. Planter boxes were not placed level when installed and they have to be redone. The second area I had them address overall just looks half-done. If they were running over budget I would have preferred we discussed it to see if we could fix the issue with a little increase. I would definitely have used a landscape designer and been very specific on everything if I used them.

We love Schwabees! They always do a great job and always listen to what you want as a client. Recently they did landscaping in the front yard and it turned out great. Attached are some photos.

Didn't follow the plans. They put plants in the wrong spots, were supposed to make sure the drip lines were near the plants, they are not plants getting no water. Broke a sprinkler head, tried to say it was already broken and they fixed it, but had already had someone check my system to get it going for the season, it's still broken.

Jordan and his team have recently completed a deck project and patio paver project as part of a multi-phase residential project that includes landscaping, hardscaping and construction. This requires breadth of expertise that can be difficult to find in a single contractor that you might find only in larger companies.
However, Jordan's client interaction is both personable and personalized. He listens to clients, is both patient and flexible in coming up with a solution that fits any budget and vision. The crew is very experienced and delivers high quality results across both simple and complex projects.

When we bought our home, it had a decrepit deck that was literally falling apart. We called around for a few estimates, and other companies were either unresponsive or outrageously priced. Then our neighbors had their deck redone by Schwabee’s, and the work was solid. After we called they provided an estimate within days and even accommodated adjustments to our initial request with no issue. And the final product is amazing, I truly couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend, they’re friendly, professional, work quickly, and do an amazing job.

Replaced two fenceposts on split rail fence. The work was done well and quickly and the posts used were very good quality.

I hired Jordan and Schwabees to build us a deck they have done a phenomenal job. I highly recommended them as they are hard working bunch of guys..very knowledgeable,professional,and friendly..plus they really do a good job..

Excellent FAST service getting my trees removed and my water feature pipe fixed! Crew was awesome and very friendly, and I really appreciated the extra effort they made in the cleanup stage. Highly recommended!

Teo and his crew at Innovative Landscaping and Welding were extremely prompt, transparent, and professional. They removed an old spruce tree stump and laid down new soil and sod. About 1000 square feet. I would highly recommend using Innovative Landscaping and Welding for any of your landscaping needs!

Theo and the team at Innovative Landscape have been absolutely incredible to work with.
