Have used Flores Landviews' services at least three times and know of neighbors who have, on numerous occasions. I would tell anyone this is a well-run business led by people who care. They are competent, conscientious, efficient, and they generally charge less than nearly all the other contractors around Longmont (I know, because my wife is the HOA treasurer). Javier keeps his commitments by not promising what he cannot deliver. I respect that a great deal. After a job is finished you'd never know anyone or his equipment had been on your property. Except for the fine above-ground flora and products!

I’ve known Javier for a long time, but only just recently used his professional services. He is an honest, hardworking, caring new father and I was not surprised to see that translated to his work! He helped remove some stumps and clear tall grass and debris in just an hour, saving me days of trouble.

Javier was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Did a great job with my sprinklers and explained everything he was doing as he did it really well. Will definitely be going back to him the next time I need work done on my lawn!

This is a family owned business that I thoroughly enjoy supporting. They do great work, are friendly, responsive and reasonably priced. I have worked with Flores Landviews since moving to Old Town Longmont 4 years ago. I own a few rental properties and Flores Landviews helps fill in the gaps where I need help from lawn and sprinkler installation and care, planting new beds, yard maintenance, blowing out sprinkler systems, and water feature maintenance. I have also worked with them for complete yard installations on at least 2 properties in Boulder. They are good at helping to create the yard you want within a budget. I highly recommend them

Five years! We have a large yard with a garden and many plants and fruit trees. At first they took care of our irrigation.
We were so happy with their service and knowledge of the care needed for our very complicated yard we hired them to take care of all our landscaping. Flores Landviews are always available if there is an issue and Javier has always called me back ASAP!!!

This was a very good experience with Flores Landscapes. They rebuilt my deck & were able to reuse the boards. The staff listened to my concerns & worked with me for a great finished outcome.

I hired Flores Landview for a simple sprinkler system backflow valve replacement, along with a bit of PVC pipe that I had already dug out by 2 ft. Despite sending photos, they showed up without the correct diameter piping, so project was delayed from the start. The installation created a leak in an upstream Sharkbite connector. To remove one piece of siding, a bit of plywood, replace the Sharkbite (with a pressfit) and replace about 1 foot of copper pipe, Javier charged me $2000, in addition to the original $500 for the backflow valve. So $2500 total, and they were afraid to solder the original leak because it was a foot into an easy to reach crawlspace/soffit. At one point, there were 4 people present for this fairly easy job, 2 of whom were literally doing nothing, and one who looked like a young apprentice/helper. I have asked repeatedly for a breakdown of that $2000, but Javier seems to have ghosted me. Furthermore, Javier looked at my brand new Rainbird sprinkler controller, which was installed 6 weeks ago, and told me it was 'really old' and should be replaced ASAP. Is this incompetence or theft? I feel like I've been ripped off and do not recommend Flores Landview. (Cross posting to Big Elk Construction because that's where Javier asked me to post)

RESPONSE to Javier's response: I'm not disputing the work, even though it was your guy who caused the leak. My issue is that you charged $2500 for that little bit of work, a number you pulled out of thin air, and then refused to reply when I asked for a breakdown of that insane price. Plus, you tried to cheat me with the 'Your sprinkler controller is really, really old" lie. You took advantage of me during an emergency - unprofessional and unethical.

One of the best Landscaping companys in colorado all year round work brand new trucks and equiment very well staffed and very profesional work, i would defenetly recomend greenman to any one.

Justin over at Green Man is a great guy and cares about how his business is ran. I had a tiny issue, which was dealt with in a kind manner. Much respect for him, and how he handled the situation! Give these guys a call :)

Javier and his team did an AMAZING job with our backyard. They cleaned up the side path to our yard, re-did the upper patio with pavers, and made our main outdoor space much more functional with turf installation and new pavers for the seating area. They also installed a safety fence to keep our small kids from falling over a 3 foot retaining wall. Everything was done on time, professionally, and on budget. Javier and team actually finished a few days ahead of the original estimate, and it would have been done a full week early had it not been for some unexpected bad weather days. Furthermore Javier was always available to answer questions and provide updates.

The final product looks better than we ever hoped, and in 2 weeks we've already used our backyard more than we'd ever used it since moving in 2 years ago.

10/10 we'll come back to JVN for any future landscaping needs.
