I recently had a troublesome issue with a leaky backflow preventer valve and a severe hammering when the sprinklers finished cycling. I am so glad I called Ward’s. It was the first time I used them and they will be my go-to from here on out. Terrific customer service and Mike, the technician, was absolutely amazing at troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Highly recommend their service!

Ward's has serviced our HOA property for at least 10 years. They continue to help maintain the HOA property to always look good. This year we have had a number of issues with our irrigation system and they have been very responsive and helpful in getting our system up and running. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

My yard is beautiful, I had Wards Lawn Service put in a sprinkle system and landscapes my corner lot. They also planted two trees that are doing very well. They even bloomed this spring. I live in the Tramanto housing division, and Mark worked closely with me to determine how best to install a new lilac bush where an existing spirea bush was planted. With his help and that of his crew, we were able to install the new plant and move the spirea a few feet away! Mark has always been very responsive to any concerns I've had since this installation (especially with this heat) and I am hopeful the new lilac bush will survive and thrive! Thanks, Mark!

The people who answered my initial phone call were able to set up an appointment with the proper people for my needs. The Ward's representative who came to check my problem was able to identify the issue, and schedule a time and crew to fix it. The crew who fixed my lawn problem, got the work done in the time frame they promised me. The price was right, the service was great, and the people were very responsive. First, the office staff at Ward's was great to work with - I was a new customer and because I called early in the season they were able to fit me in, which I appreciated. We needed some irrigation repairs and the two people they sent out were on time, professional, and communicated throughout the process. Ive used Wards for various things over the years but mostly sprinkler blowouts. I just really like the customer service, they are super friendly every time I call, very accommodating if I have scheduling issues, and then the service people who come out are always super nice and willing to answer the millions of questions I ask because I'm a first time home owner and want to learn as much as I can. There are many customer service elements that Wards goes above and beyond with that many other companies have allowed to fall to the wayside over the years.

Wards is extremely efficient and do excellent work on yards. They helped solve a sprinkler issue and are well worth the money. i will use them again in the future.

I have known the quality of Ward's for a number of years as they managed and maintained the large gated development I reside in. However, new residents, several years ago, sadly opted to change them. When I recently required help for a number of issues on my property, and recalling the incredible high quality of their employees and equipment, I hired them. They installed a rather complex pathway design, the length of the side of my house, and it was a work of art when they completed it. Subsequently, I required additional help on my fall clean-up, and I contacted them again. Their crews are personal, arrive promptly and do an absolutely wonderful job. Good workers that people in the upper age bracket require are hard to find. But Ward's is at hand and fortunately, for all landscaping needs large or small, they are available. You might have to wait a bit as they work through their schedules but it is well worth it. As I do not know the names of all the men employed, I know Nic Queen is their manager and he is amazing to work with. He reflects the quality of the business office and is as good as his word. (As a side note, I rarely have time for extensive reviews but this company deserved my applause.)

We've used Wards for a couple of projects and were happy with them. Nic did a great job explaining our options and made helpful recommendations. The staff that did the work were professional, friendly, worked hard, and knew their stuff. Our projects involved laying moss rock, mulch, stones and boulders. Our jobs were done well and on time at a reasonable price. This is a good landscaping company!
