LID has been extremely efficient and timely with their services. We had some outdoor ground lights that had stopped working and they not only fixed those, but made adjustments to our sprinkler system, also.
We are happy that we signed on with them so far and don't see any reason that won't continue.

The Museum of Boulder has used LID for our landscaping maintenance for a few years now and with Michael Hickerson as the Team Leader this has been the best year yet! He is very responsive, quick to act on requests and his landscaping team goes above and beyond to make our very visible little corner on Broadway and Pine look it's best!

If you want a company (specifically their sales guy Ryan Campbell) that will show up immediately to give you an estimate and collect their deposit, promise you a 6-8 week lead time for a design, promise weekly updates, then ignore you for 3 months until you call and fire them asking for a refund (that after 3 weeks I still haven't received after being told it would arrive in 2 weeks), this might be the company for you. Hoped to finish our landscaping project this summer/fall but due to empty promise dates and horrible customer service we will be left with a muddy backyard for the winter. As a business owner myself, I hate writing these reviews and reached out several times and even talked to management hoping some sort of resolution would be offered but here I am 3 weeks later still waiting for my deposit check that I was told would be here in 2 weeks. I know people that have had good experiences with them and was referred by my neighbor but my experience is less than 1 star.
****** UPDATE******* The manager (Scott) who authorized my refund "forgot" to submit the refund request. Seriously, can't make this up. Your reply is funny too, I never defined a time line, simply asked when I would get updates as your contract states I would get them weekly and I NEVER GOT ONE. Being told 6-8 weeks and then questioning it 12 weeks later after zero communication doesn't equal you not fitting my time line, it equals bad communication and customer service. If you guys ever took ownership and simply apologized for wasting 3 months of my time and issued my refund instead of "forgetting to request it to accounting" I never would have written this.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our completed backyard landscape project done by LID. They listened to what we wanted, presented us with many options and helped us decide on the best plan for our needs.
I was so pleased to be able to pick out the boulders at the quarry as well as choose a tree from the tree farm.
Their crew worked so hard and everything was finished within the time frame we had hoped.
Our finished backyard with a bubbling boulder and beautiful lighting feels like an extension of our home. It will only become more beautiful with time.

My father and I recently switched our lawn services to Solid Grounds and we have never been more pleased. We are also doing landscaping with them. We have found Solid grounds to be amazing with communication and responsiveness. Their services have been thorough, and already from the spring clean up our places look great. For landscaping design, they worked extensively to create a plan that works for us and for our dry Colorado weather. Everyone in the company is incredibly nice. The crew even chat with my dad when they come out! I highly recommend giving them a try!

Absolutely terrible company to work with. Not very helpful, and the owner gets angry if you question why your plants are dying and your invoices are padded. Run the other way and find a different landscaping company to work with. Dishonest and terrible quality of work. Would give zero stars if I could.

I count on Solid Grounds to do snow removal for me and my neighborhood. I also use them for heavy landscaping jobs. They never disappoint and their personnel is tops.

I can't say enough great things about this company. The crews that maintain our property year round are always efficient and professional.
