Cameron was very helpful when our heat pump started making crazy noises. He explained everything in detail and thoroughly checked all the components. He even went so far as to double check the rest of our system to make sure it was optimized. I've had nothing but positive experiences with welzig and highly recommend them!

Cameron was extremely nice. Very informative. Answered all questions with enthusiasm and was not pushy in regards to trying to sell me things. He mentioned different scenarios, different product but wasn’t pushy in making me feel like I HAD to buy it. This, will make me come back to this company and I will request for Cameron to come out.

One thing though, I was quoted a lesser price from the office but then after it was all done, the office charged me an additional charge. The company I worked with before, that was bought by Welzig, did not charge me the out of area fee. I should have been told about this at the beginning.

Cameron saved the day! He was professional, explained all that was required in layman's terms and went above and beyond to get our furnace properly diagnosed and actually working more effectively than previous. You can’t always “youtube” your way around these things and we truly thank Cameron for being available! Thank you!

We are very pleased with Cameron, the technician from Welzig heating. He was very professional and a hard worker. He performed the servicing on our furnace to our satisfaction.. He gave us several options for some additional work we needed done. No pressure and a very nice guy!

We had a new furnace installed about 4 weeks ago because the old furnace died right before I had to go on a trip. The install team was wonderful, curteous and professional and got done at least an hour sooner than anticipated. When I got back from my trip I was having difficulty figuring out how to keep the temperature from being erratic so my Property Mgr, called and got me on the schedule to have someone come out to trouble shoot it for me. Their lead installer, James, out to check it out and he was wonderful, he was professional yet friendly, he discovered the issue immediately (my bad, I put the sensor too close to heating duct) then went over all the controls of the thermostat with me and also double checked the furnace install to show me some key points for maintaining the unit so I have a better understanding of the whole process and unit. So glad my Property Mgr choose these guys to do the job!

Johnathan responded to our appointment for Welzig. i would say we are very fortunate to have him working with us. He has a very professional, cooperative approach. he was able to quickly diagnose and a resolve our issue with the humidifier. Thank you Johnathan.

Needed a new furnace. My original HVAC provider CMS had joined the Welzig company just a few months before. Did not know how this fusion would work out for customers. I was overall pleasantly surprised. The furnace installation was performed by a very experienced and courteous technician (all installers receive monthly continuing education to keep up with changes in the HVAC realm). An initial administrative mistake was immediately corrected to my fullest satisfaction. Special ThankYou goes to the efforts of manager Cassy.

Travis Colley at Welzig was soooooo nice and knowledgeable! He helped me understand my furnace system and how to maintain it to ensure optimal performance. He was patient with my questions and performed all his work with expert care. Thanks, Travis! :)

Saul and Johnny were fantastic. They managed to get the new boiler into my crawl space that was barely bigger than the unit & also got the old tired one out.

The job was timely and they finished up earlier than expected. Very professional and skilled.

Travis was so kind providing a routine maintenance check on our heater. He was offered great suggestions while understanding concerns for costs. He was also very understanding of all that was going on with our dad being so sick and was very supportive.

Logan work Welzig Heating & Air was great. He explained everything he was doing to the furnace and checked for many things including carbon dioxide and the flow. He was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Logan conducted a service call to check out out furnace system. He was prompt, explained our system and its operation clearly and concisely. Logan answered all our questions and recommended things we could do with filters and the attached humidifier. Very pleased with the work Logan did for us and have been happy with the service Welzig provided for us.

Zach came out the same day we called and got our RTUs diagnosed and fixed quickly. He identified the issues, explained what was going on in plain terms, and had our heat back up and running without delay. Solid work, responsive service, and exactly what you hope for when you have a building down in cold weather. We appreciate the quick turnaround and would absolutely call Zach again.

It was a pleasure to have Welzig Heating & Air service my Furnace/ AC/ Humidifier. Travis explained the system with clarity. I feel confident in offering this recommendation because of my experiences interacting with Welzig from the get go and their reliability in following through. Their prices are reasonable and their annual membership fee of $19/ month will ensure 4 visits a year that will keep worries at bay.
It is a good feeling to work with people who clearly enjoy their work.

Dave G from Welzig performed thorough testing to sort out some less than optimal static pressure readings my HVAC system was reporting. He explained the testing results from multiple steps and helped educated me on what the results where telling him about the return and supply air. We discussed options for improvement and came up with a very cost effective solution. Very appreciate of Dave's experience and communication. I will definitely continue to use Welzig based on this experience.

Zach G did an excellent job on my annual boiler tune up. He was thorough and answered all my questions. He did a major repair on the unit last spring and it has been working flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend Zach and Welzig.

My detailed 1 star review got deleted???? Anyway, here are photos of my two units AFTER Welzig's visit. They speak for themselves, they did nothing. UPDATE - Welzig called me back first thing Monday morning, apologized "this is not how we do business", gave me a full refund and had someone come and double check everything on the units was OK. I had already cleaned the ones outside myself, but they did all they could to make things right.

Today I had the pleasure of finding out my furnace was ready to be replaced. It was not one of the highlights of my year, but working with Cameron Ryan from Welzig was! He was courteous and thorough. He identified multiple failures of my systems components, and explained all of the options I had to repair them. He was transparent and not pushy. I now know why my system has failed and what I can do to fix it. I really appreciate his service and integrity, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a service tech for their heating and air needs.
