My first meeting was with Travis which went very well. He was informative and answered all my concerns. Next was Casey who was punctual and on time. He also answered my questions to my satisfaction. Now I am having my new furnace installed tomorrow a.m. I am so appreciative to both of them. Next was Cassie who followed up with me on the appointment in a timely manner. Again I appreciated the promptness for all involved. I am looking forward to my new furnace and a relationship with Welzig Heating in the future.

Our repair expert James was very knowledgable and friendly. He was also very helpful, honest, and kind. Fortunately, we had what turned out to be a very simple problem and he resolved it for us quickly. We were without heat, and Welzig responded very promptly, we only had to wait about 3 hours for service after placing the initial call. We are very grateful to Welzig and highly recommend them.

Easy to deal with, easy to schedule, prices were clear, and everything happened as they said it would. James, the technician, was a delight. He was on time, and polite, and friendly, and clearly loves his work. He communicated clearly so
I could follow along with what needed to happen. I felt completely safe with a guy I had never met before in my house.
(And they have great coupons.)

We had an issue with our mini-split heater not working well. Scheduling with Welzig was easy, they send a reminder email and a text right before the technician arrives. The technician, Zach, was super friendly and professional and had our heater unit fixed in no time. He explained the issue and provided a quote for the repair before starting. We will definitely use Welzig again in the future.

I had a great experience with Zach Grant when you came to do my annual boiler system inspection. He was thorough, attentive and explained everything he did thoroughly. He answered a lot of additional questions I had on the system concerning how best to inspect and maintain it throughout the year myself. Zach did a major repair to the system last spring that completely fixed all the problems I was having. My boiler has operated perfectly since he fixed it. I would definitely recommend him and Welzig.

We had Colorado's Finest install a heat pump, and a new AC unit in our home. They were friendly, efficient, easy to talk to, and did a great job making everything look great when they were done.

We just had Colorado’s Finest install a new furnace. They did an outstanding job! The “they” is actually Jordan. I competed the job across three Longmont heating & air-conditioning firms. Two well-known outfits tried to sell me expensive equipment that I did not need. They also attempted to sell the idea that a complex “sizing” analysis was required as well as the need for two technician to perform this big installation. (I presume to justify their costs.) As a heat transfer engineer, I have a good idea of what is really required. Jordan, came in and quickly assessed what I needed and explained he could do this job by himself in 6 hours. After, double checking his calculations, I told him his low bid won the job. 48 hours later, I have a new furnace that was professionally installed and the house was left clean. So, if you feel more comfortable spending a lot of money on equipment that you don’t need and is expensive to maintain, go with someone else. As for me, I am VERY happy with Jordan and Colorado’s Finest.

I got referred to Colorado's Finest by a friend who had a great experience and we called them when our (super old) air conditioning unit went out this summer - not only did he give a quote for fixing, but he presented a few replacement options with no pressure. We ended up getting financing for a new unit that has been amazing so far. When our furnace went out during a trip out of state, Jordan came by to meet with our dog sitter right away to determine a possible fix. We've been more than impressed with their responsiveness, excellent pricing, and above-and-beyond great service!

Scheduling was a breeze and timely. They arrived on time, were very fast, helpful, and informative on what they were doing. I learned some good information as a new homeowner. Price did not break my humble bank. Definitely feel comfortable calling for any future maintenance/issues. 👍

We had Jordan with Colorado’s Finest HVAC install two new heat pumps and air handlers in our house. The project was supposed to take two days and ended up taking two weeks. The delays and excuses were the result of having to order or get new parts. It was awful having no working AC or heat while they were working. I was told that they could integrate the heat pumps with the existing boiler system, but later was told that they couldn’t. A couple months later when we tried to turn on the heat pumps to heat the house they did not work. We had Jordan come out again to fix the problem and he said that it was an installation problem. He said he got the heat fixed. The air handler does not stop blowing cold air even when I turned the system off. I called and tried to get him to come out to fix it the same day and they refused to fix it until the next morning when it was due to be 42 degrees.

I cannot recommend Colorado’s Finest HVAC. They are unable to install new systems correctly or on time. The workmanship is sloppy and the customer service is poor. The excuses reflect the level of incompetence they still don’t work.

The guys listen to my concerns, and then they did the service. Very professional, down to earth and honest. A million times better then the 'other company". Colorado's Finest has my business from here on out. And my friends and family are now switching too. Thank you Jordan.

My furnace quit working so I first called a different service company who quoted me 5 days until they could make a service call - not acceptable.
I called Colorado's Finest and they were able to get out the same day, worked on our heating system, and got it running. There was a glitch later that day when a different part failed and Jordan came right back and replaced the failed part. Excellent service, I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic service from Jordan! He installed my AC efficiently and professionally. I'll be using him for all my heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended!

Colorado's Finest was able to get out to me quickly to repair my broken AC in the middle of summer. They did a great job communicating, Jordan, the tech, arrived when he said he would and was able to repair the unit quickly. I had family coming to stay with me, and they made sure they were able to fit me in before they arrived. Jordan took the time to go over what had failed in the AC, and give me some maintenance pointers. I had a terrible experience with a "Top rated" company previously, and Colorado's Finest was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be using them for all maintenance and repairs for my furnace and AC moving forward. Thank you!

Very pleased with Colorado's Finest, they just came out for an inspection, and were real about the results. The AC wasn't dead, and while it's on it's way out, they made it very clear that it would probably be "fine", just inefficient. They offered several quote options for replacements, and were extremely accommodating with my questions and options.

I plan on using them to do the replacement, as well as likely the furnace when that goes, very happy with the service.

Colorado's Finest fixed my furnace and didn't rest until they had replaced the motor, including going back to the supplier after the first motor failed out of the box. I will happily work with them again!

I called the company that installed my air conditioner, they didn’t have emergency services. But when I called, Colorado Finest Heating and Air Conditioning. Kelly was so pleasant to me. She understood I need it to be done asap due to my autoimmune condition. Jordan came out Sunday! Prompt, knew right away what was wrong. He was so pleasant to work with. This company has all of my HVAC business from here on out! Thank you soo much!!

I had a blower go out on my furnace and called more than a dozen companies just to find a company willing to give me an estimate over the phone after one company came out and gave a wildly overpriced quote. These guys were not only willing to give me an estimate, but it was 4x less than the competitor. They came out the next day, replaced the motor, and got the system working again within a few hours. Christian did a great job and was very communicative throughout! Very professional and honest people, and they'll definitely have our business for any future needs.

I am extremely happy I found Colorado's Finest Heating and A/C. My air conditioning system stopped working and I called multiple local Boulder companies, all of which could not come diagnose my issue for a week. They all offered "after hours" service for a significant more amount of money. After reading such amazing reviews on Colorado's Finest, I gave them a call. Jordan was able to come and diagnose my system the same day. Unfortunately my A/C unit needed to be replaced. I received a bid from Colorado's Finest and also called other companies to get a "ballpark" figure on replacing the unit. All of the other companies came in higher and also had lower quality products compared to the Champion brand Colorado's Finest installs. I called and scheduled my service with these guys and they were out within 48 hours to install my unit. Jordan and his crew were honest, polite, cleaned everything up very well and had great communication. After residing in Boulder county for over a decade and using other companies in the past, I am very glad I found these guys and will continue to use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs going forward.

Jordan at Colorado’s Finest was great to work with! My husband and I are selling our condo and needed an appointment to service our furnace and AC quick, and Jordan got us on the calendar quick and did a great job. They even added on another service at the last minute. I highly recommend working with them!
