Service representative was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. He represented the company very well in evaluating the situation and being honest in advising the system was in great shape and not really requiring service at this time. It was nice to meet a service rep and a company that truly provided awesome customer service. Will continue to use them on future needs.

Colorado’s Finest came out on the weekend during the artic blast when no one else could. And got our furnace up and running. Nice and fair people. Will definitely be who I call first if we have other problems

Jordan graciously came 'up the hill' to Estes to install my furnace, which I was doing proactively before winter. I left the time open to him, since I was out of the way. The furnace is in and works great! Jordan worked with me over the phone to select a furnace, asked appropriate and relevant questions. I had a comparable local bid, but went with Colorado's Finest because two coworkers in Longmont had really been satisfied. Now there are 3! I highly recommend this group and will definitely refer and utilize their services in the future.

I booked an appointment with Colorado's Finest Heating and Air Conditioning to have them replace the thermostat in the house we just bought.

Jordan showed up within the window of time they gave me when I scheduled the appointment. He even called ahead of time to let me know when, specifically, he anticipated being there. He was extremely helpful.

He explained why he recommended this thermostat over something like Nest, supported his position, and convinced me that we were purchasing the best option. Installation was completed quickly. However, our AC was still not working, so he took a look at that as well. It turns out that it was a very simple fix, and he did that for us as well.

I encouraged him to charge me an additional fee for helping with our AC, and he refused.

This was a terrific experience. I was very impressed. From Jordan's professional conduct to the unit he installed to the speed of service-- everything about my experience with Colorado's Finest Heating and AC was top notch.

Moved to Longmont in late summer 2023 and so far have used Colorado's Finest three times to tune up our furnace, flush our water heater, and to straighten our sprinkler backflow preventer outside. Each time, Jordan has been our technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable and I trust what he says. Kelly at the office is also friendly and helpful. Scheduling has been easy, and each time Colorado's Finest has arrived promptly, with a courtesy call that they are on their way. Their prices seem very reasonable. I really like this company, and will be using them to service our AC as well this year. Highly recommended!

Jordan came to my rescue once again when I lost power in my garage and my sprinkler system. He checked out the problem and came back the next day with the needed materials. Works fine now! Also replaced a thermostat at no extra charge. When I bought my house 2 1/2 years ago Jordan replaced my air conditioner and water heater and made sure everything else was in good shape. I call Colorado's Finest everytime I have an issue, and Kelly and Jordan are always quick to respond. Thank goodness for Colorado's Finest!

Colorado's Finest Heating & Air is easy to deal with and the staff is friendly &
professional. It's simple to make appointments, they have quick responses & text backup and most importantly - no special hoops to jump through like other companies who have ridiculous pre approvals & other nonsense just to come look at an A/C unit. The technician who came out was super polite and because there was nothing wrong, they didn't even charge me for the quick visit. Will use them again if a need arises and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience! We were in a terrible position sitting at home in 90 degrees thanks to our AC unit going out. We called about 30 different businesses and nobody could help us. Jordan made it out the following morning after our call and had everything fixed in less than an hour. He also helped us understand a few maintenance items that we hadn’t thought of before. He even leveled the unit for us. Very kind and we are so grateful!!! Highly recommend

I recently moved into the Boulder area and wanted to replace our outdated A/C system. I had called around to get a few quotes and availability for a multi-zone mini split A/C system for our new home. After receiving some rather high quotes for our install from multiple companies I decided to contract Colorado’s Finest as they not only had quite competitive pricing they were also able to schedule the job quickly! Job was completed efficiently in one day and the work was very well done. Excellent service and warranty coverage. I would definitely recommend going through this company!

Kelly and Jordan are great to work with! They have installed HVAC systems at two houses for us. They are responsive, patient, and willing to go through the various options in detail regarding price, performance, etc. It feels like they care about their customers as people rather than as numbers on a spreadsheet. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!

Jordan and his crews are fantastic! He has always quickly responded when I had a plumbing or heating problem. He’s knowledgeable and his pricing is quite competitive. I’ve had “Colorado’s Finest” install 2 furnaces, replace my air conditioners , my kitchen sink and upgrade my water heater to a tankless version. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Colorado’s Finest replaced my furnace about 2 years ago. Jordan came to my house the same day I called, explained and showed me what the issues were and why the furnace needed to be replaced. The furnace was replaced within 24 hours. Because of the great service I received, I did not hesitate to call them more recently when my air conditioner started acting up. Again, Jordan arrived to assess the problem and explained the issue. He came back the next day, which was a Saturday, to replace the unit. Given the sweltering heat this summer, I am very grateful that they are so customer focused and responsive.

Jordan replaced a poorly installed split AC system several years ago. He and Kelly trouble shot all concerns and AC is now running smoothly. I’ve also hired Jordan for his electrical and plumbing handyman skills for smaller jobs too. I highly recommend Colorado’s Finest for multiple needs. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy!!!

When we smelled gas while using our oven we called Colorado’s Finest. Jordan arrived promptly and informed us that it was not a gas problem but, rather an appliance problem. He gave us the name of an Appliance repair company that he trusts. He did not charge us for his visit and advice. The Appliance repair technician said the cost of the item needed to repair the gas oven would be $700. We decided to purchase a new electric Induction oven. We called Colorado’s Finest to find out if they could run a new 240 line for the new stove. Again, Jordan replied promptly, came over and did a quick assessment of our situation and sent us a very reasonable quote within the next hour. Kelly was able to schedule Jordan or the day before the new stove is to be delivered to install the electric line and cap off the gas line. We will only be without a stove for less than a day, but we will never be without Colorado’s Finest. Kelly and Jordan make us feel like we are family. Colorado’s Finest is Prompt, Friendly, and Efficient. When they say free estimate, it’s truly free. They provide expert service at an extremely fair price. Have A Happy Day:)

Colorado's Finest installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. We worked with Jordan and Kelly and the customer service was amazing! The installation was completed quickly and smoothly. Jordan also went above and beyond in helping fix an unrelated plumbing issue we had. It's obvious he actually cares about his customers and will go the extra mile.
