KJ Thomas Mechanical's maintenance plan is what any homeowner would want for their HVAC system upkeep (and safety) - timely and dependable - a service you can trust. Before 2023, Ryan, the maintenance staff who did this Spring's (A/C) service; Brad who did the Fall service (heating); and Daisha, who now is on the team, are/were courteous, knowledgable, and communicated well (note: I teach professional communication skills in corporate and medical settings). HVAC maintenance may seem a simply matter, yet after working with others with different standards on a series of house projects, KJ Thomas provides consistently solid service and timely and courteous communication.

KJ Thomas Mechanical just came out to fix my air conditioning unit. I am so pleased. Daisha, the technician, was polite and professional. She discovered the issue right away and plans to come back out with the part on the weekend because she knows it is going to be HOT. I called KJ Thomas Mechanical when my AC suddenly stopped working on a holiday weekend. They worked me in right away. Daisha was very thorough and explained everything she was going to check and why. She diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part ordered right away. I will definitely use them again.

Tech came made some adjustments and it looked good for about 7 hours. Then no heat and furnace is showing error code e2.2 Recycles exceeded. Of course its 9pm and get voice mail when i call the shop.

Karl came and was able to fix the issues. They did a great job and home is warm again. Thank you.

I t contracted with Karl. I went with Karl over 4 other estimates I got because Karl was extremely honest and helpful and his price was good (he told me work I "didn't" need to have done! Refreshing!) I had 2 new AC units, 2 new furnaces, and a water heater replaced (all were over 15 years old). The installers, Augie and Daisha, were fantastic (and put up with my barking dogs beyond doing a great job). Would definitely recommend them, would use them again.

He is professional, takes the time to help you understand the situation, educates you on your choices, and follows through till the job is complete.

Technician, Tate, came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Although it can not be repaired quickly for various reasons, I felt very confident in and reassured by Tate. He was kind to stay a bit longer and explain just how the system works and answered all my questions in a professional manner.

Work completed and I could not be more pleased. Really. These guys (Augie, Cooper and Tate) worked efficiently and quietly, and really knew what they were doing. They were also very unobstrusive and polite and cleaned up everything. When they left, I wouldn't have known they had even been here except that I now have air conditioning and am not worried about a failing furnace in the winter time. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Auggie and the crew were wonderful! They explained things very well. were friendly and very efficient. We are loving our mini split and would recommend KJ Thomas Mechanical to anyone! Their pricing was more than fair and they did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it!

KJ Thomas Mechanical installed a heat pump and furnace for me last summer. Tate and his team did a great job and Tate has been very responsive in addressing a few miscellaneous warranty tweaks since then. He always makes himself available within 24 hours or less and resolves the issue.

Erik was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the work he did on cleaning our furnace and recommending the proper equipment to keep our house air cleaner and better for us.
