Furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning. My Guy was recommended by our neighbor - they weren't kidding, My Guy was fabulous! The technician David was professional, courteous, and thorough. Furnace is back up and running! Yay!

Raiden was here today from My Guys Heating & Air. He provided excellent service & advice for us. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in setting our thermostat and making suggestions regarding the filtration system.

We needed a new furnace unfortunately but the knowledge and service of the team today gave us such confidence that we made the right choice. Park, Ivan and Carlos were so great to work with, so friendly and really took time to explain and go over everything in detail. We have used My Guy Heating and Air for a long time and have always been impressed with every person that comes out. They hire the best and care about their employees who always brag about what great people they are to work for. We wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Bryan was amazing. Very informative and polite. Came in did what he had to do in a timely manner and letting me know what was being done in the process. 100% recommend this company they have a wonderful working crew has i have been with them for a few years now.

Raiden came out way sooner that I thought and got right to work. He stayed until he figured out the issue and gave me my options in a way I can understand them. Very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend my guys!

David and Ivan with My Guy Heating and Air came to my house today to do the 6 month maintenance service on the heat pump system that was recently installed. They were very knowledgeable with the unit and answered every question I had.
I highly recommend calling My Guy for a replacement install or a repair on an existing one.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and honest. He listened well to my concerns and did exactly what I needed. He was able to get it up and running within minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew how things worked and what to expect and did a deeper dive which was even more helpful. Highly recommend using the company. Raiden did a great job. Super thorough and gave a great explanation of my system. Took the time to call and verify that some things were still under warranty. Solid experience overall.

I had My Guy Heating and Air come to my home for maintenance and cleaning for my furnace. Bob from My Guy was on time, very professional and explained everything about my furnace in detail. I would recommend My Guy for any heating or AC problem.

Joel , Bryan and were very nice and helpful however this job was made more difficult than it needed to be. The techs showed up to flip the zone valves that were placed upside down by me and another guy. There was limited room to work with the pipes so the had to rebuild a section of it. Where they ran into issues was that they drained the upstairs zone but not the downstairs. So when they tried to soder the new zone valve on they couldn’t get the pipe to temp with the flux and therefore it wouldn’t soder. I told these guys they needed to purge the system completely and they said they would get it. They spent the entire day and couldn’t do it and decided they would be back first thing in the morning and left me with some space heaters. They came in at around 11am the next day after I had to call off work for them and they finally emptied the pipes after still trying to soder the pipes again. It took them until the afternoon the next day to soder one pipe. .

A week an a half after they left completing my job. I had a very bad leak in my bathroom. It was near my sink below the spot they were working on. They sent out their tech Bob who came in and looked around, we turned on the water and saw the leak. From the moment he saw that , he said that it was a domestic pipe and he denied all responsibility. MYGUYS techs told me if another leak was sprung near the same area that they would come take a look. Without even being able to see where the leak was coming from he said it wasn’t their fault and they couldn’t have caused it. He argued with me about it for 15 minutes until I told him that I will speak to their managers about the issue. He said they would call me and they never did. I ended up investigating myself and knocked a hole in my closet and saw that yeah it was a domestic pipe however it was near the copper pipes and studs they were working on. If you shake them enough from upstairs it would come into contact and possibly knocked the coupler to the domestic drain loose. Easy fix for me to make which I did. However what makes me angry is how the tech and the company tried so hard to avoid following up on basic decency to see if maybe they could have caused the leak and instead made me do it. They never called , text or sent an email to me to check up. I asked a few other companies their thoughts and they mentioned they should have verified it wasn’t caused by them spending an entire two days heating the pipes and moving them to see if they may have caused damage elsewhere. But it’s fixed and it only took me 30 minutes to do so. I just wish these guys would have some sort of integrity to at least check up on clients to make sure their work is satisfactory, especially considering it was a 4300$ job for them to complete. Not worth the hassle.

Last week both Joel & Raiden performed a maintenance check on our furnace. They were informative and friendly. We love My Guy Heating & Air and are incredibly grateful for them too!

Bob worked to resolve a longstanding problem, made all the warranty calls and submitted the paperwork for the parts. He didn’t stop investigating the problem until it was solved but the company only charged us for part of the time he was here. We were very appreciative of his thoroughness to get to the root of the problem and pursue the warranty for the parts.

David and Ivan came out to do a 6 month check on a system they installed in September. They were thorough, explained what they were doing and answered all our questions.

My furnace wasn’t putting out heat and I took the troubleshooting as far as I could go. A friend recommended Park from My Guy and I am so glad she did! He was able to come out same day and diagnose the issue, which thankfully was an easy fix. It is an older unit, way past its prime, but there was no pressure or upsell, just helpful information and tips to help it work better (like using a different filter). He cleaned things out and even replaced some corroded pipe that was leaking carbon monoxide into my house. Awesome experience and definitely will be using Park when my furnace needs to be replaced. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Bob and Eric came through and dove into my complex boiler and in-floor hearing system with me. Super appreciative that they were more than willing to help me understand the systems in my home and come up with an incremental plan to fix things within my budget over time.

Bryan didban excellent Job at servicing my furnace, very professional with a willingess to expalin the issues and solutions as well as teach me something about air filters i did not know. He did not try and push extra services onto me but explained what may be needed and provide me a quote so i could decide. Have had My Guy Heating and air at my place before and they have treated me with respect. Definitely recommend them, particularly Bryan for furnace service.

I can’t thank Bob enough for coming out and doing my HVAC check. He is so thro and makes sure not only I understood what was going on but made sure everything was working properly working. I wanted to highly recommend Bob with My Guy. He serviced our home in Boulder Heights and did an exceptional job. He was very thorough and informative. We will definitely use him again!

My Guy Heating and Air did a fantastic job. Park, Ivan, and Carlos were very polite, courteous, detailed and professional. They made it a point to not track in mud and snow when they needed to work in the house after being in the crawl space. When the system was in they took the time I needed to learn how to use the new system even though it was late. I was given paperwork with instructions and warranties. Park was very informative and made sure I understood that I could call if I needed anymore instuction or had questions.

It would not be right not to mention the help and professionalism of Joel and Josh as well. They worked hard to set me up with all I needed.

Diana Is fabulous also. She made sure that the electrician and inspector were scheduled at a time that really worked forme. She also made sure that rebate paperwork was sent in timely.
