David Samanns was my tech and he was excellent. He did a very thorough inspection of my furnace and unfortunately there were problems. The video clearly illustrated a serious problem. The home is new to me and previous maintenance was lacking. I hav confidence in his diagnosis

The whole team at My Guy creates an excellent experience. While I have older appliances, they do not push me into buying new things. They understand the costs and have opportunities to finance, but still don’t rush me into a decision. They’ve provided options, and at all times are encouraging but understanding of my decisions.

Jake was thorough, efficient, and explained every action clearly. His work was great. I was only disappointed with the pricing for a blower cleaning of $390, especially after checking with another company’s offer to clean at $150. The canned food we donated will help the community.

Great company and people to work with. Got the quote and work completed in the same week. 1 day installation with no complaints. Team went above and beyond to do a couple of extra things to ensure my system will last for years. Will use these guys for years to come!!!

My guy heating and air contacted me for a FREE Full furnace inspection one month ago. David came out and inspected the furnace and said everything was fine. He asked me to leave a Google review, which I did, And was happy to do. He made a few recommendations for a few years down the road. He said he would email me those recommendations, which were not Yet necessary. Last week we went to turn on the furnace for the season and it was not working. We called my guy heating an air Since the weather was supposed to be very cold this weekend and we have a new baby in the house. They Were the last ones to touch the furnace Just a month ago. They refused to come out that day, And stated if they did come out, they would be charging us to do so and charging for any parts and or service. This is very clearly fraud and extortion As David had made notes in the system that There were issues on the furnace that he did not state to me when he inspected. They stated that they sent the email to me with the recommendations. I did not open it since he stated he would be sending me an email with the recommendations for down the road. Clearly this was how they planned on getting their reviews up for The heating season, And forcing people to come back to get their furnace repairs when their furnaces were previously working. This is extortion and illegal. They will be sued. Home owners BEWARE OF THIS SLEEZY COMPANY! Just cost us to hire a different company!

Raiden did an excellent job for me today servicing my furnace and he was very professional and thorough in his explanation. I used this company to replace my air conditioner 5 months ago and it went very smooth.

Fantastic service, prices, and communication. Made my family feel safe and comfortable. Well taken care of.
Spent a considerable amount of time to diagnosis our problems. In the end we needed a full system replacement (which was verified by two other companies so they were not just trying to upsale).
Their pricing was great and products they offered had excellent reviews.
Install was scheduled quickly. Techs Park, Ivan, and Reid respectfully introduced themselves and did just a wonderful job while explaining everything and treating our house with care.
Overall very satisfied with nothing whatsoever to complain about. Thanks so much!

My guy heating and air always comes through! Called them for an issue with my heater and they were able to get me on the schedule and repaired within an hour of my call. Jake and Bob were very knowledgeable and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

I have excellent experiences with My Guy Heating and Air.

Eric was the technician who came out to check my AC and furnace on 9/4/25 and had detailed explanations of all recommendations that he made sure I understood. He also sent an email with the repair estimates that included photos he had taken.

Eric was really transparent when I asked if replacing the AC made more sense. Once I decided I was interested in a replacement for my AC, he put me in contact with Josh the same day.

Josh was able to give me quotes and review them the same day. His attention to detail made it easy to choose which products made the most sense for me.

Today, 9/9/25, Park and Reid came out for the install. They were professional, efficient, and took their time to walk me through everything after they finished. They made sure my thermostat was adjusted to the new 2-stage system and emailed pictures of everything they did with my invoice.

On top of all that- everyone who came to my house was great with my cats! In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. But as a pet owner, I know that little detail can be an issue when having people come in and out of your home!

Bryan did absolutely great work for me as has been my experience with My Guy in the past. Everyone has always been professional and very thorough which I’ve always appreciated. They walk you through everything and take the time to help you understand what’s going on. I appreciate how professional the entire team has been and most recently Bryan’s help!

I have been using My Guy since Leonard started his business. I love the personal attention and detail to the service that I receive. Their pricing is the best that I have found. I have had multiple furnaces and air conditioners installed by them. Bob and David were excellent.

Eric was our "My Guy" and he was fantastic! He was polite, patient and competent. He explained everything well with out getting into to much detail. He fixed our heater fast which we needed being a brewpub heading into the weekend. Very good experience.

Second review. The AC went down again and Eric came out within hours of the call on a Friday when we had a big party scheduled on Saturday and got it running and cooled down on a Friday night. Excellent service, problem solving and courteous. This guy is phenomenal! My Guy does it again!!

Eric and Raidon came out and fixed our main room heater. Everything is working well now. Quality work and polite!

Bryan came out to do maintenance and was so quick! Done in under half an hour! Polite and kind, straight to business and incredibly efficient! 10/10, cannot recommend enough!

We got a phone call with a twenty minute heads up. Discussed everything that was found and Brian gave us the pros and cons of waiting vs getting the extra maintenance done now. Great experience and will use again.

Bryan was awesome. I had an emergency situation on a Friday, of course. And they were able to send Bryan…. who was incredibly thorough and informative. And instead of replacing the whole unit ~$15k, He was able to take it all apart, find the several issues, test things, replace a part and it was way under $1000.

I signed up for the membership bc my heating/cooling are getting older and could use some TLC, for someone like me, it was a great choice.
And because he was able to come so early today, it meant that I don’t have to leave my house bc it was so hot (I am disabled and very heat sensitive).

Edit: Bc I got the membership, David came out to check my furnace, which hadn't been looked at in the 7 years I've been here. I thought it would be a 20 minute quick visit w/the membership, but instead he spent *2* hours. In addition to fine tuning a few things, he was finding some low Carbon Monoxide readings .....and checked multiple ways to verify. We are going to keep an eye on that.

I am very grateful for these 2 guys having such integrity and expertise, helping me out.
