My Guy Heating and Air provided outstanding service during the diagnosis and replacement of our furnace. Park, Ivan, and Carlos were prompt, polite, and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain everything they were doing in a clear and thorough way, making sure I understood what to expect. Their attention to detail really stood out — they even took my garbage out after adding only a small amount to it, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture! That level of consideration says a LOT about the kind of people they are. And I can’t forget the first tech who came to diagnose our issues, Joel, and Josh who put together options for us to review. The entire team was awesome.

I’ve just had the privilege once again, of having My Guy hvac, come and install a new furnace and a/c at my new residence. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of work that My Guy has always provided, along with exceptional employees -today I had Park and Daniel, who did the install. Both Park and Daniel were FANTASTIC… hardworking, kind, knowledgeable and very patient -answering every question I had. Their work ethic is top notch and a true reflection of My Guy Heating and Air! Also, I would be remiss if I did not mention other key employees (unsung hero’s) Diana and office staff, and of course Leonard! Absolutely the best care every time!!!! THANK YOU My Guy!

David is THE guy! We won a free system inspection through a raffle (yes please!) however it still felt like a very thorough inspection with several worthwhile recommendations to consider. David was very well versed and knowledgeable about the system! Highly recommended!

Bob was great to work with. I had met him before when he worked at a competitor whom I used to get service from,(and whom he used to work with ) and he remembered me and my house. We reconnected quickly. He gave me great service and worked with me on pricing as a new customer. Glad to have his high caliber expertise again.

John and his team installed a new Rheem AC this week and did a terrific job. They arrived early in the day and worked all day until about 4pm after running into a few snags. They were pleasant to have around, very good at communicating and I would recommend them highly. Thanks John! Appreciated them removing our old unit as well.
