Stone responded rapidly and assessed our situation. The installation was professional and completed in one day. The technicians were pleasant and had an excellent work ethic, hard to find today. They were very knowledgeable about equipment available to fit our needs. A couple simple options were laid out for us but there was no unnecessary upgrades offered and there was no sales pressure. We appreciated their honesty and outstanding attitude and have no reservations recommending Stone Heating and Air Conditioning.

John and his team installed ductless mini splits in all three of our bedrooms and our downstairs living room. They were great in communication and getting our top of the line Mitsubishi systems as quickly as possible. They worked quickly, efficiently and clean! We really appreciate them taking such good of care of us just in time before summer. They also were very affordable after comparing multiple company estimates and did not try to sell us on more than what we needed. 5 stars!

Needed a replacement furnace and AC and Stone did great work! John and his crew were courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable. The installation was affordable and done in a timely manner. I'm looking forward to working with Stone in the future for general service and maintenance on the equipment.

John and his crew were great from start to finish. The pricing was competitive, and he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. They installed a new furnace with humidifier and a central air conditioner. They stayed late to ensure the installation was entirely finished. John installed a smart thermostat we had ordered separately. We are very happy with Stone Heating and Air.

From the very first call with John Stone he was attentive to every question and concern I had about replacing my old air conditioner and furnace. John and his team were able to get me and my family a new a/c and furnace installed within 4 days of his consultation! I am very pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Stone Heating & Air.

Stone Heating and Air did an excellent job installing a new furnace and AC for my home. They gave us a very fair quote, and were quick to answer all of my questions related to next steps. During the quote process, I never felt like I was being scammed and they were very respectful to our needs. The new furnace and AC are very quiet, and my house is staying COLD during the July heat. Thank you!

Short version: Trustworthy and fair, hire them!
I first called when my AC unit died a sudden death in the middle of a summer heat wave, the quote for the work and new unit was a refreshing fair price and got completed in 24 hours.
That was in 2022 and I called today after my furnace seemed to be dying. John set an appointment for the next day and suggested I try a few things to resolve the issue. I followed his advice and found a simple solution I had not considered (duh) and the heat was back!
This company is trustworthy and fair, and has a customer for life. I happily and enthusiastically recommend Stone Heating & Air. -
Really great and attentive service! They had the best price quote for replacing my home's HVAC system and quickest availability to do the install. Thanks so much for a good experience.

TNT have been great. We had an issue with a outside sprinkler connection and with a sump pump. They were on time, got the job done quickly and respectful when they were inside our home. I am a realtor in the area and have referred them to my clients as well for HVAC and plumbing issues. I will continue to refer them in the future and they will definitely be our personal go to as well!

First things first I originally contacted Titus Electrical who referred TNT Home Services. Good call! I suspected that my 25 year old A/C unit was dying. Shakir was on time for the inspection and proposed several options for replacement. We chose a new unit which was installed two days later by Nikita and Valeri. The unit is operating perfectly and does not continually cycle like the old unit did. The new unit is operating perfectly and we should be comfortable in the hot days ahead with a lower utility bill. I would recommend using this business for your A/C needs. Thank you TNT. They were responsive and Victoria was a great coordinator during the process!

Called due to AC issues, (Wed), fan blowing but no cold air. They confirmed a time, we had 1 of our adult kids go to the house to wait since we were still coming home from work, they never showed up. Then after several hours they rescheduled for next day. Again, had one of the kids home, since we were unable to rearrange our work schedule to accommodate their reschedule (Thurs). Tech came over, told us that we needed to NOT program our thermostat, just set a temp and put it on "HOLD" indefinitely at the temp we wanted. He did that and also disconnected the "water overflow warning" wire, saying it was not needed in CO. We paid and even bought into their "membership service" option for the extra $$. ( supposed to get priority on calls and 2x yr. furnace and AC checks). Initially AC ran ok, then a few hours later started doing the same thing as before. Contacted T&T again the next day, (Fri.), was told they would call us back in 30 min. to set up service....NEVER HEARD FROM THEM...NOTHING AT ALL! All weekend the AC system, which is only 3 years old, was overheating-from trying to run on "HOLD" the entire time and again not cooling. I want to adjust this review to something positive, and am holding out hope that they come through this am..(Mon). I will wait and see and possibly revise this IF they do the right thing. REVISION...OR NOT....unfortunately cannot change or alter earlier review, they did not earn it. TNT did send out a technician on the Monday morning and the company tried to tell us the a/c system was not repairable, and quoted $7600.00 for a new system. We did not feel comfortable with that and went to another company for another opinion. They came out and did a FREE assessment and deemed our system repairable. Came in the next day, replaced the capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, and put in some "stop leak" into the coil. All for a few hundred dollars! It has been working perfectly for several weeks. So, ultimately I think TNT tried to take advantage and up-sell us ti the tune of $7600.00+ on something we never needed. SHAME ON YOU TNT!!

I was happy to use TNT Plumbing, a veteran owned company and one that recognizes first responders! I had them respond for a quote, and when it ended up being a different issue than what I thought, the technician called another technician (the expert in that area) in the company to figure out the issue. Scheduling quotes and the repair was very easy. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again in the future.

My water heater broke, I called around TNT was able to replace it in short order, at a fair price. The workmanship was solid, they replaced fixtures to make future work easier. Added catch liner should the replacement fail. Took steps to prevent damage to the house/stairs when removing/replacing the tanks. He found a water pressure issue, and had the city quickly resolve it. I'd feel comfortable recommending him to a friend.

I am so impressed with this company! What started out to be merely a service for my furnace turned out to be an installation of both furnace and air conditioning. I would like to thank Tucker and Chaz for all of their hard work in installing both of those things in my attic. Brandyn and Dylan were both very helpful in deciding what I needed to have replaced and what would fit within my budget. The financing availability was key not to mention that I was given a discount because I am a nurse. Any company that recognizes 1st responders will always get my vote! One of the things that stood out especially for me was that all of the guys doing the service sincerely liked working for TNT and we’re always upbeat and professional even when hauling an entire furnace out of the ceiling!! I look forward to working with this company in the future to maintain my new heating\air conditioning system. I highly recommend this company

From the minute I placed my call to TNT Plumbing Heating & Cooling, it was an incredibly positive experience. Kind, courteous, professional people every step of the way - From the first call - to the alert that the service tech was on his way to fix our plumbing issues - to the quality of work which was done in a very expeditious and thorough manner. He showed me where the problem was and walked me through the end results. I am SO impressed with TNY Plumbing Heating & Cooling! And they hired America's Heroes Too: Veterans and First Responders. Well Done! Happy Happy Customer. Thank You!

I was very impressed with TNT. I found them through a Yelp request, they were the first ones to reach out to me, was able to get me scheduled for a free estimate the next day. The window of time they gave me worked but barely and I asked if they could make it closer to the beginning of the time window and they were able to make it happen. Larry did a great job explaining what would need to happen and gave us a good quote (we shopped around based on his information). I was able to call and schedule the work to be done the next morning and it was an actual time, not just a window. I'm guessing we had a fairly simple job but I really appreciated the promptness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

From the initial visit to the installation you can tell these guys care about the customers they serve. Honest to a fault and dedicated to their craft, I will use TNT every time I need home services. They are awesome to work with.

Ron was absolutely fantastic! He listened to what our problem was, what we did and then went right to work. He took time to explain what he was doing and provided costs at start, and during repair. He even taught us about what happened and how to take steps to keep problem from returning!
He was honest and straightforward every step of the way. Fair price for quality work done. Definitely recommend Ron and TNT Plumbing for the job. We now have a plumber for any situation we encounter. Thank You Ron and TNT Plumbing! -
I decided to take advantage of the mailer coupon for a discounted inspection of my furnace/AC system this week, as gas prices are really high and I figured I want to make sure my furnace is running as efficiently as possible.
The technician tried to convince me that my inducer draft motor was bad and "guarantees" it is about to fail. His analysis was based on his clamp-on ammeter and said it was supposed to measure 120 volts. I didn't make him aware that I have both electronics technician and electrical engineering degrees. So I questioned his measurements and how he was trying to measure voltage from the clamp around the wire, but he was so fast-talking and convincing that I let it go for the time being. I did say "you're supposed to be measuring current right now", after which he switched the meter to current and tried convincing me that the reading was still bad, which didn't check against the amperage rating on the motor's sticker.
Long story short I did some research on how to fully test this motor and used my own meter later and everything checks out fine. The estimate for replacement of this motor was $1500. One can purchase the entire inducer draft motor assembly online for ~$250. I figured I'd buy one just in case, because I understand it's game over for heat if that goes out.
I had used TNT a couple of years ago to relocate my AC line set and they did a fine job with that. After this week's experience however with these preventative visits, I am convinced they try to find something wrong and the estimate was totally unreasonable in my opinion. The technician also kept trying to sell me on becoming a "member" and that would save me around $230 off the $1500 estimate.
No thanks, I'll do it myself and the money spent on the inspection I count as well spent as to knowing which HVAC companies around here are honest and dishonest, because it's hard to find a good one. I have used four different ones at this house and can recommend the one who is honest and helpful, but it isn't TNT. -
I am not sure how I am supposed to feel about my plumbing repair. I went from a toilet that was leaking to a toilet that does not leak but is on stilts instead of flush to the floor and it was not a cheap repair.
