No other company reached out and tried to help me like they did and they are very caring and helpful. Jason did a great job of correcting two big problems with the previous day’s installation of new washer and dryer. He was there the next day and recognized what the installers had done wrong, and fixed the problems, explaining everything. A real professional.

Cody was friendly, courteous, and highly professional throughout the heat system checkup. He clearly explained his findings and offered thoughtful advice on both related and unrelated home comfort concerns. His expertise and approachable manner made the visit smooth and informative. I’d gladly work with him again anytime.

We called Mountain Valley originally to clean our ducts after another HVAC company mentioned they were covered in lint/dust. Because we were due for a new furnace (ours was >20 years old), I also had Mountain Valley quote us for a replacement. Not only did they schedule the quote the same day as our duct cleaning, but they quickly came 2 days later to do the furnace install for a very fair price. Their staff is friendly, cleans up after themselves, and I really appreciate how clearly they communicate. Would recommend!

Extremely professional. DJ was awesome, very personable, showed me what he was doing, treated our home with respect. They were able to get to our home in the mountains with no cell service without difficulty. I plan to keep using them to care for our mountain home and all its issues. Highly recommend!

Scott came to check on a noise I heard coming from my furnace. I did a thorough inspection and safety check including CO2 emission. I was confident all was safe and impressed by his expertise.

We called on a Monday morning, a staff member came out by the afternoon to look at our hot water heater and give us quotes. By the next morning a technician was removing and installing our new hot water heater. We are impressed and thankful for the level of service provided by Mountain Valley. Everyone we talked to was extremely professional, helpful, and prompt to get our issue taken care of. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Mountain Valley installed a new furnace, AC system and a tankless hot water system (October 2025) in our Estes Park home. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. Zach, Jessica, Nick, Chris, Franco, Neyzar, and Anthony all deserve to be recognized. Didn't get to meet Eric but talked on the phone and he was responsive and directed the crew if any anomalies came up. Drew and Kaden that did the electrical were equally professional. Thank you all!

Mountain Valley is excellent. They are always so quick to respond and come fix the problem. Yesterday, what I thought was a small plumbing issue turned out to be a very large one, and they worked with me on the price to get it fixed. Shoutout to Zach and Nathan for taking care of us.
