Technician, Josh B. is probably the most thorough, and knowledgeable Master service technician that has service our air conditioner, I also appreciated that he encouraged my being present so that he can explain his recommendations and all of the system details that he was testing. He is also very detailed, and considerate. I highly recommend TNT home services for all maintenance of air conditioning, plumbing and furnace tuneups.
Their pricing and costs are reasonable, and I look forward to have TNT maintenance done on all of our systems. They are responsive and awesome to work with. Highly recommended!

This company is only interested in high-margin contracts. They do not do service calls. If you call them for a service call, such as rooting, they will tell you "Our schedulers are all busy and will call you back" and they'll farm the job out to random contractors. Doesn't seem like a great operation, TBH.

TNT came out to do a furnace tune up and they were great! Josh was right on time, super friendly and really knew what he was doing. He answered all of the many questions I had. Understanding why it makes sense to have my filter swapped out more often really helped me know how to extend the life of my equipment. TNT Home Services really have a lot of to offer so definitely give them a call today for all of your home needs!

We had an issue at our home this morning, with our sink not draining water. We were referred to TNT by a friend and they were at our home within 90 minutes.

Eric Buchholtz arrived and was first class the entire way. He was quick to work, took in the entire situation, and made some recommendations on how we could move forward. After making our decision, Eric went to work. He encountered some difficulties, as we had some issues from a bad habit of our home's previous owner. Eric said we might need a separate approach, which would require him returning the next day. However, he persisted and broke through the significant obstruction.

I highly recommend TNT. They are extremely professional, very responsive, and highly thorough.

I’ve used them three times now and in all instances (HVAC, Water Heater, and Plumbing) they have prioritized my repairs to deliver a timely and professional result. From the front end to the back end they deliver value added support on all fronts. It is people like this that make working with plumbers a successful and enjoyable experience. I can’t say enough about the incredible service and expertise of TNT!! We had them out to install a whole house humidifier for us. Harold, the technician, was super friendly and vey knowledgeable! He also did excellent work!! Savannah, the office manager, was incredibly prompt and thorough when I reached out to schedule an appointment! This is the second time I’ve used TNT, and their service and workmanship were excellent both times! They will be my go-to for all of my Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling needs!

TNT came to the rescue when I believe most plumbers would not have touched this job.

The plumber who arrived (who was also an IT specialist during his Uniformed Service), provided an expert evaluation, demonstrated depth of knowledge of the challenges/materials/risks, stepped up with the ability to improvise solutions. The fix has held solid and is a testament to an expert job well done.

I left the above review several years ago. I recently called TNT about some furnace problems. They responded extremely quickly. Harold came out and spent time not only diagnosing the issues but explaining them and our options. Harold is outstanding as are the other TNT employees we have met. He was very professional, friendly and patient. Very worth noting - he loves working for TNT and it showed!

Overall very pleased with the service received. Had the technician for a quote over on Tuesday, installers on Wednesday, and icy cold house on Thursday! Install went excellent, and the technician installing the furnace outlet checked with me multiple times during the install. I am very satisfied with how well the outside outlet came out, after upgrading from an 80% to 96% furnace. Look forward to maintaining my new unit.

Eric w/ TNT Home Services was excellent! He came out immediately, and he was able to find a leak very quickly that was hidden in a wall and created by a brad nail from trim being installed. This could have been a complete disaster, but Eric was FAST with his skills and repairs. Such a kind person!

I only have the maintenance agreement done with TNT. My house is only 6 years old, had them cleaned the furnace this past Jan of 2023. Other than that, the AC inspection took about 10 min and shown no issues.
The Plumbing inspection found that I need a new food disposal (which I agree) and there is not a backflow valve for for my main.
Both labor quote was so high that I passed on their quote.
I have referred them to a friend for AC repair/install and the feedback is good, other than the price part.
I think they are professional and does good work if you have enough budget.

I've used TNT twice now. Once for a hot water heater install, another for furnace maintenance. Their technicians showed up on time and did excellent work. They were very professional and polite, and took time to explain in detail the services provided.(Shout out to Samuel and Michael! )I will definitely continue to use TNT for any future projects.
UPDATE 12/14/23....Just used t n t for another furnace repair, and it was the same level of excellence that I have come to expect from these guys. Thanks TNT!

Alex G. was my tech and he was absolutely awesome! He showed up right on time and was very friendly and extremely helpful and honest. He was able to put in a shut off valve for me while I am dealing with my home warranty program about getting my water heater replaced. He did an amazing and very clean and thorough job, definitely shows that he is passionate about what he does and cares about his customers. I will 100% be calling back when my claim goes through for TNT to do the install. Once again, thank you Alex! Brent Burger was the sole reason why I did business with TNT Plumbing.
Initially, his colleague wanted to way overcharge me for a job, and the invoice they gave me was super vague and not transparent. And eventually TNT knocked several hundred dollars off to try and entice me to sign. The guy almost had me sign for the work without telling me what the signature was for first too. It felt like high pressure sales and like the price was negotiable somehow.
I had someone else do the work because of this, but only called TNT back because Brent was super friendly when he came with the other guy and I needed finishing touches done.
I'm so glad they sent Brent and not the other guy this last time. Brent is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and the ultimate reason why I did business with TNT at all.
If this company knows what's good for them, they'll keep Brent. I'd say they also maybe need to improve on being more transparent with their invoicing and pricing, hourly, etc... But it's good to know if you research a fair price for the work you want done they're willing to negotiate. Also offered a military discount.

Our water heater has a slow leak, so we called TNT to come take a look at it. After a quick glance, the technician told me the water heater needed replaced. He went over pricing with me, and I asked him to send everything to me in an e-mail so I could look it over. He was very pushy about me committing to a new water heater right then and there, with several comments about how this "deal" and that "deal" were only available RIGHT NOW and if I waited until later the deal wouldn't be available and it would be more expensive. I asked him to still just e-mail me over all the info because I was not able to commit at that very moment (after all, this was a ~$4,000 purchase. I needed some time to think and discuss with my partner). Once he realized I would not be buying anything from him that day, his attitude soured pretty quick. I understand that these people want to sell their products and are just trying to make a living, so I don't fault him for trying to sell me a new water heater. However, once I made it clear that I needed some time to think, he should have respected that. His attitude and pushiness definitely lost my business.

I will also add that we had a different company come look at it a few days later, and that technician actually spent time inspecting the water heater, took off a panel to get a closer look, handed me a flashlight to let me look myself, explained how everything worked, etc. All TNT did was take a quick glance before declaring that it needed replaced.
And the other company happily offered a quote and told me to get back to him once I decided if I wanted to move forward. Not pushy at all.

What I DID like about TNT is that before the technician arrived, they sent a text message with a photo of the technician. As a women who was home alone and letting a stranger into her house, I really appreciated this.

From the beginning to the end the experience with TNT was excellent. Craig did an excellent job estimating the job, providing a very competitive quote, and answering all my questions. The installers Adam and Carlos also did an outstanding job in the installation process. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed and functioning perfectly. They were very gracious in answering my questions and teaching me the best maintenance practices. They were on time, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company and give them 5 stars. Doug

After 2 weeks, I have still not received a call back from Dan, Tyler or Angela at TNT. In fact, I have not even received an invoice for work performed (or not performed). Sadly, I had to dispute their charges through my credit card. I would like to offer a better rating but this is the first time that I to give a "0".  Because of its excellent past ratings I decided to give TNT a try for a frozen pipe.  Boy am I sorry I did.  TNT confirmed my appointment between 8 - 10 AM.  I received a message that my technician was on his way at 8:25 AM.  I had to call the TNT dispatcher back twice to get why their technician was so late after being on his way at 8:25 AM.  Their TNT technician finally arrived at AFTER 10 AM.  Next, I showed the technician exactly where the pipe was leaking in the basement.  Since there was drywall, he said it would cost $530 just to cut into the drywall and nothing more.  I took out my portable saw out and cut around the leak for the TNT technician in four minutes.  The small split in my 1/2 inch copper pipe was immediately evident.  He gave me a price of $990 just to replace a 3 inch piece of copper with additional charges for any additional work at all.  After being late, not being updated on his lateness and outrageous pricing; I told the TNT technician to forget the work and charge me the $79 Water Line Repair Diagnostic advertised on their website that was agreed to at the time of my booking.  He refused to leave my house until I paid his $210 diagnostic charge.  TNT is a total rip off, and I fully expect their management to take care of its customers they advertise on their website ... "Behind all of the work we do is an unmatched level of honesty and integrity."

Scott came to fix my furnace/thermostat and was a pleasure to work with! He was very professional, thorough, and took time to share details of the troubleshooting process and final diagnosis for approval. He cleaned up after himself, making sure the work areas were all back to normal upon completion. I would recommend him and Mountain Valley to anyone in need of HVAC service.

They were quick, on time and did a great job. I particularly liked his approach of explaining everything to me when we were inspecting the furnace. I would definitely recommend them.

I found him to be knowledgeable, credible, and honest, Not to mention very friendly. He even helped me find my missing car keys!
Superior work, could not be happier.

Check up went well. The communication from dispatch and tech (Cody) was on point so I could get stuff done while waiting for Cody to arrive. I asked for texts upon arrival since my two year old would be napping. I received multiple texts from Cody and dispatch letting me know not only when he was leaving the previous appointment but also expected time to my house and he texted when he arrived. Cody was awesome. He was efficient and friendly (while not making me feel rushed), gave me pointers on what he saw during the inspection to help the life of my furnace and health of my family. I would definitely recommend Mountian Valley plumbing and heating again. I will also request Cody for future visits if possible!
