Amazing experience having a new water heater installed by the Mountain Valley Plumbing team. I was really impressed by the professionalism of John & his team. They did a great job of presenting an upfront price and explaining why I needed an expansion tank.

Scott was so knowledgeable and very nice to work with. After calling Mountain Valley to ask for service, they arrived within a few hours and diagnosed the problem. Scott explained what was wrong with our furnace, it was the blower motor that was was failing and giving off a burning odor. Scott made some calls and the suppy house had one in stock. Scott had to pick it up the next morning and he called me to keep me informed of his progress and estimated time of arrival. After replacing the motor, he adjusted the furnace for maximum heating and made sure it was in top shape when he left.

Nathan did an excellent job servicing my tankless water heater. He showed me the sediment from the flush, helped clean out the wasp nest in my vent and tested my water and water pressure. He also helped me with my low water pressure! Loved the texts for arrival times too.

Mountain valley has earned our trust. They've become our go-to choice for plumbing because they stand behind their work. From dispatch to the technicians (this last visit was Jason and Anthony) they provide PROMPT, polite, knowledgeable help. We have a 110 yr old house, and so it can be very challenging to fix. Jason started with having to replace a damaged trim kit in the shower. Due to unforeseen issues in the wall, it required a ton of work to replace far more than just the fixtures in the shower. He said he would work until it was fixed correctly. They allowed him to work through the weekend without charging us more than the original estimate! Unbelievable help in my experience. They sent Anthony all the way back to Denver this AM to tweak a couple things (Jason went home at 8PM saturday). Thank You!

Alex Rangel was so helpful! He was patient and answered all of my questions. He efficiently and skillfully completed the repair. The office team made sure I was scheduled quickly. Very grateful!

Our service tech, Fernando, was great! He did a thorough diagnostic, found the problem and fixed it. All during the Bronco game! We’re happy to have found the company and won’t hesitate to pass their name along to friends.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Both technicians (Gabe & Fernando) were awesome! Had them out to check our A/C system last week and all is in good working order. Was installing a mini-split in our master bedroom and had another company cancel on us the day before they were supposed to complete the install, Mountain Valley to the rescue, they scheduled us to get our system installed just 5 days after the inspection. Well, the install went perfect and now our master bedroom that is located over our garage able to stay cool over the hot summer without having to keep the downstairs like a meat locker. Very happy with their prompt, friendly and exceptionally professional staff! Easy to endorse a company that knows how to take care of their customers!

I will keep it short. We wanted a furnace tuneup, because it's been three years since anyone's looked at it, so we shopped around a bit and chose MVPH. The technician, Scott was organized, patient, answered all my questions, and wasn't pushy. I had a pleasant experience with this company, and would recommend them based on my interactions.

Scott is awesome! He did a fantastic job getting us ready for winter months. Love his attention to every little detail and more. Mountain Valley’s club membership is worth every penny! The entire team is always professional, attentive, and follow up is prompt. We love the personal attention they give their customers!

Outstanding service from Nathan & Nick today at our home in Thornton! They were on time and professional, quick and efficient, and took the time to explain how everything works. Really appreciated Zach too who came out yesterday and was able to get us set up & scheduled so fast! The team at Mountain Valley were wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them!

Scott Edwards was great! Showed up on time to our home in Erie, educated me on our system, and recommended services that we should do. He was very polite and would recommend him to anyone.

I wasn't home when Alex showed up to do a simple job, but my wife was. He charged over $800.00 to replace the cartridge in our bathtub faucet. I looked up the part on Amazon and it was under $30.00 including the tool and accessories to install it! If I were home that would've NEVER happened!!!!

I think he saw a vulnerable senior woman home alone and ripped us off!!

Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating was able to get me on the schedule right away- no waiting for weeks. This was important to me because this was something I needed to get done for the sale of my home. They were very communicative with regard to when the technician would get there and what was going on.

Scott (the technician) was great. He did the requested tune-up, and showed me his results and made his recommendations to me so that I could see what he was talking about. I opted to have my furnace cleaned by him, and he took pictures during the process that I was able to share with the new homeowners to show the work was done.

I would recommend Mountain Valley to anyone looking for a hassle free, professional service.

Mountain Valley came to my house in Aurora to detect and fix a leak somewhere between the bathrooms on 2nd floor of house to basement. Jerry Hearn was extremely knowledgeable and tracked the leak to main floor bathroom behind the vanity mirror. Was thrilled as we were that here was no mold at all. Even though the T was in a very tight space, he was able to fix it and there’s no more leak! I highly recommend Mountain Valley and Jerry Hearn! He was so determined to find it, easy to work with, expertly repaired it and even cleaned everything back up respecting us and our home. Huge ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ !

I had a copper pipe that had begun to leak in my basement and was very concerned about the pipe bursting. I had called a couple plumbing companies but was not comfortable with the proposed solutions or price. Based on positive reviews I had read about Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating, I gave them a call yesterday. They were able to get someone out to me this morning and got the issue resolved!! I was very pleased with the two techs that showed up. They were very professional and competent. They also got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Alex was friendly and explained the service he was providing. He performed regular maintenance on our tankless water heater and adjusted the temp setting. We also asked about modifications to the system that would deliver hot water more quickly to the parts of our house furthest from the water heater and he researched it and provided an estimate.

We had a clog in our shower drain so we texted mountain valley for an appointment. Anthony was incredibly helpful today. From the start he was professional and courteous. He introduced himself and handed me a sheet which walked through his agenda and what I can expect as the customer. He utilized my membership privileges for a drain cleaning and recommended a product to help with the longevity of the drains. Our issue is resolved and I cannot thank Anthony enough.

Had 2 new toilets installed by Alex who was, as usual, fabulous. He has worked with me for the past two years to totally upgrade and update ALL the plumbing in my 1981 fixer-upper. He is intelligent, great attention to detail and great to work with. I’m 76 years old and have worked with many plumbers. He is absolutely the best and he can do anything a homeowner might need!!!!

Avoid this company, they will try and take advantage of you by charging triple what it should cost. I needed a $50 gas regulator installed on supply line to a furnace. Was quoted over $600. It’s unfortunate to see these companies being bought up by bigger ones and then trying to sell you annual service plan and over charge for work. Do yourself a favor and look for a local honest plumber.

Update:
Pricing was not transparent. When I asked the plumber for a breakdown he told me he did not know how much the parts and labor would cost. That seemed strange because he could tell me the job was going to cost $607. No shortcuts were being requested, I had clearly pointed out where the gas shutoff was so that work could be done safely.

I was able to get a honest plumber out to do the work for $415 which is a 30% savings over what Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating quoted. I was not looking for a "low price" I was looking for a fair price which Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating could not provide.

For fair and honest pricing call Phillips Plumbing Solutions. Hope this review is helpful to anyone out there needing plumbing work done on their home.

Cody A is a top notch technician and did an excellent job explaining system maintenances for my home, preventative measures and showing me the status of each piece of my heating system! I really appreciated his honestly and non sales approach.
