Great Company! Great service tech’s, and wonderful office help! Many thanks to Chris & Ashley for fixing our heat pump!!!!

Our AC was blowing air but it wasn't cold. Scott came out (on time!) and diagnosed the issue and gave me several options. He was personable, honest, and professional. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me at all. In the end we decided on a specific solution and he finished it quickly. All in all a very good experience.

I recently had these guys come out and give me an estimate to install AC in my house. Being that my house is older with no duct work on the top floor, my options were limited. They took the time to discuss my options, listen to my concerns, and tried to come up with the most cost effective plan.

I got the quote back very quick, and the quote was very reasonable for the amount of work and the amount of equipment they had to install.

The morning they showed up, they sent out 2 guys who were extremely friendly and flat out got it done! I was impressed with how quick and thorough they were.

I'd definitely recommend them, and use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

Excellence all the way around. Everyone was extremely professional -- knowledgeable, helpful, knew what they were doing, bid it accurately, did what they said when they said they would and charged what they estimated. We had an old boiler replaced in a home in Boulder and the inspector said is was a first rate job with absolutely no issues. This is my second experience with Jack and his crew and I'm very pleased to know I can count on them.

They sold and installed 2 A/C units for my mom in 2021. Both units developed coolant leaks and were completely drained. After scheduling service I got a call back telling me they no longer service my area. I do not recommend.

Highland Heating and Air has been doing semi-annual maintenance on our furnace and AC for the past 14 years. The service is prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. Chris performed another comprehensive exam, and offered full explanations of everything he did. Love this company!

I had a new electric heat pump installed last year. There were a few hiccups with the thermostat initially but they were very responsive in coming out to get it worked out under warranty. I've had great customer service from them in setting up repair and maintenance appointments and from each of the different technicians on each visit. They also recently added plumbers to their roster and I had a great plumbing inspection from Casey who also ended up fixing a few small things while he was here. He was very friendly and well informed.

I received great service from Travis Marion for a furnace that had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went out of his way to get the parts quickly so he could finish the job. Much appreciated!

Travis came and game me a very good immediate/recommended/ideal quote. After going with the ideal he changed like a million things in our system and it feels like is going to last perfectly for a while. Thank you for great service.

Mez was the HVAC Specialist who promptly came to our home. He was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly to me and was eager to show each part of the system and tell what is leaking or needing to be replaced. He also noticed a problem with our HWH. Thank you Mez for noticing!

Isaac and Vincent were incredible! They were patient, they checked everything out thoroughly. They answered all my questions, they listened to what I had been experiencing with my boiler and gave me suggestions on what I might do in the future.

Had furnaces serviced by Andrew. He was very thorough, and even took pictures to show the condition of the components. When he finished the job, he walked us through everything he did. It is so hard to find companies and individuals that do quality work. Andrew and Blue Valley absolutely provide quality service.

Gerardo, Ervey, Tom and team did a great job installing a Mitsubishi heat pump, mini split and air handler. Shawn has been excellent on the service side, and Cameron was great during the planning phase.

Blue Valley has installed all geothermal systems and serviced my ranch in Boulder for the past five years. Isaac Collins-Nakayama was just here last week after an Xcel power outage shut down our system. He did a great job and got us back up and running in less than an hour. Great people, great service!!!

The teams in all departments are skilled punctual, courteous and patient. Highly recommended.

Chris Hysmith was excellent at diagnosing the problem with our smart thermostat and repairing it. Super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Also a shout out to Andrew Martinez, who came out to perform a 1-year after install inspection and tune up on our new AC/heat pump system. Great to work with both of these guys.

Just wanted to share our appreciation for Mez! He was very helpful and clear about the issues with the furnace he came to check when we were staying at an Airbnb that had a heating problem. His clear explanation of the issues he saw and recommendations to remedy (which weren’t immediately actioned by the host) helped us make the decision to stay elsewhere. We were grateful for his communication with us.

Please note that this review is for Isaac who works for Blue Valley and is their boiler person. Our boiler wasn't heating one of our zones. When he came to determine the issue, several unexpected issues arose. He handled them in a professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating way. The repairs required a few visits and we would say he went above and beyond in how he handled everything.

I just had a great experience with James and Tony. My boiler was having issues and Tony was very knowledgeable in the boiler side but James was super knowledgeable in the plumbing side of it and together they truly made a great team. They educated me and my husband on exactly what the problems were and diagnosed it all. They were also the nicest guys ever just so friendly and great at what they do. I can not recommend them enough.
