M&M offered a reasonably prompt appointment to service our furnace which stopped working. Brien came and tried several simpler fixes before concluding that the more expensive controller would need to be replaced. He was very efficient and communicated super well about technical things and also the pricing. The new part arrived with M&M quickly enough that Brien could come back first thing on the second business day after and install and test. This was our first service from M&M, we were completely satisfied and would definitely call them again for future needs.

TJ was great, really helpful and communicative. I didn’t have any work done though, so I can’t comment on that part. Also, he was supposed to send me an estimate which I haven’t received… Wonder if he might have gotten my email address wrong or something.

Tony Gomez from MandM Heating worked on our outlets last week. We have never had a more knowledgeable and competent technician help us. And he gave us very good advice about various projects that we might undertake in the near future.

Had Brien G. Come out and take a look at out older heating unit. After about 30 min of looking at it he knew exactly what we needed. Affordable and great service! Will definitely be getting our future work done with M and M!

First time using M and M and it was a great experience. My technician was Joey and he was able to quickly talk through the issue with me (doorbell transformer install that is connected to my furnace shut-off switch), I let him know what we needed and he was able to resolve the issue very quickly. Super happy with the service and will call again in the future for any electrical needs that may come up.

M&M assisted with replacement of existing water heater and diagnosis of kitchen sink drain problem. Jim was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining options on water heater placement and how to address drain problems. Excellent service.

Scheduling went well, told them about coupon i had, and they honored it. They kept in contact thru email to verify the appt, and clarified when the tech Brien would come in the time window.
Brien was efficient and knowledgable, pointed out issue with humidifier and a code, described things with pictures.

TJ was awesome. I was traveling and we had a water leak at home. He was literally 5 minutes away. He was able to get the water shut off and also made sure no water was getting to the refrigerator by taking off the feed line. I can thank him enough for helping us out and preventing further damage.

Replacing old appliances is always worrisome and we experienced some complications with a water line for our refrigerator. Blake from M and M came out the same day we called, diagnosed and resolved the issue, and put our minds at ease. He was professional, courteous, and personable-qualities that are appreciated when going through a stressful plumbing situation. Chase from M and M came out and quickly figured out the problem with our leaking shower faucet. We were extra fortunate because he knew that the faucet company - Delta - gave lifetime warranties whether we had the records or not. He got them on the phone, and they determined the model and a replacement is on the way! A small visit and diagnostic fee vs thousands of dollars. Chase was the ultimate professional and this is the second time we've been very happy with M and M (sump pump first time). Glad that in our first year in our new home that we don't have to worry about searching for a plumber or HVAC etc.

My technician, TJ was wonderful. He came out assessed the issue quickly and thoroughly and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and resolution of my issue. I recommend M and M for their quick, honest and skilled service team.

Jaimie from M&M was out this morning to do my annual furnace tuneup and maintenance and checked out everything. He explained what he had done, made some suggestions and was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Showed up on time and performed the work in a timely and thorough fashion. I also want to give some praise to the lady in the office who initially helped me with my appointment. Also very friendly and helpful. I so appreciate this local company and highly recommend them.

M&M responded quickly and professionally. Took care of my install the same day I called about my water heater leaking. Based upon this experience I would use them for other services.

TJ was fantastic. We booked a frostfree spigot replacement and replacement of bathroom hot water shutoff for 1 of our rentals. TJ Arrived on-time and proceeded as normal. Immediately we found that galvanized corrosion on the stubout could not be saved. TJ was able quickly open the wall and replace both supply cutoff valves with copper. TJ was professional and worked quickly to get everything done within a couple hours. Really appreciated his expertise.

I had an excellent experience with Kyle, the technician. He arrived a few minutes early for our appointment and he was very efficient and thorough. He explained what he was doing and looked at the furnace, filters, cooling system, and vents and showed me how to hook up to the thermostat wifi. I really appreciated his kindness and expertise. Excellent same day service for a 34 years old furnace that had failed around 2:00PM on Friday. Cody and his installation team found me a new Lennox furnace, removed my old furnace and had the new one installed and heating my home by 8:30PM that very same day. Exceptional Service M&M

The guys put a tankless water heater in one of my facilities. They were on time they were very communicative and they did a great job. The unit that they installed being nontraditional was being put in a traditional space and they had to figure out a way to make it integrate with the existing building systems, which they did perfect perfectly. I am very happy with the work they did. I’m impressed with their communication and their professional professionalism. We will definitely be hiring them to do more things in the future.
