We used M and M to replace and maintain our boiler and hot water heater. They have been easy to communicate with, very professional, and stand by their work. Highly recommended!

Chad was on-time, efficient, and friendly. He gave me an estimate for a whole house fan that was considerably lower than the competition, Thanks! Note: I had to call the company to get more details than the estimate provided, but he may not have written up the actual estimate.

Gabriel R, Jason, Chad, Aleks, and Rubin did an outstanding job. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They took pride in their work and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with their work. AJ also did a fantastic job explaining my options and answering all of my questions about the work I needed to be done.

I had heard good things about M & M and they are true! Very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, thorough. They know their stuff! I am very happy with my new heat pump/furnace/humidifier/surge protector. I also qualified for rebates and coupons!

We had M&M out on Tuesday for inspections and a gas flow adjustment on our two furnaces and it went well bringing them into spec for temperature difference and flow rate. The systems were likely not adjusted by the builder from their sea level settings. Sadly two days later one of the blower motors failed in spectacular fashion. M&M came back out for diagnostics in about 2 hours, had a new motor installed by the afternoon. Hard to overstate how much I appreciate their quick service especially as a couple of very cold nights were in the forecast.

We had been told by another HVAC company that our heat exchanger had a crack, so we called several companies to get estimates for a new HVAC system.

As soon as Wes from M & M arrived to provide a quote, he told me he was almost sure we didn’t have a crack in the exchanger, and didn’t want to charge me $20k for a HVAC system I didn’t need. He had a technician (Jaime) evaluate it free of charge. Jaime performed a thorough inspection and confirmed we do not have a crack. Their honesty and thoroughness saved us thousands.

I plan to call them in the future when/if our system needs service.

My Original One Star Review posted on12/9/2025: I waited about 2 months for a furnace tune-up which was supposed to happen later this week in early-mid December. Due to a shortage of technicians out ill, I was told they needed to reschedule. I understand that things like this happen, but when I was told the next available appointment was in February, I couldn't believe what i was hearing. What kind of customer service is this, or should I say lack of customer service? I will never do business with this company again or recommend it to friends, and hope others who read this will reconsider taking their business elsewhere.

Company response after reading my review above: Melissa, who is one of the family owners, reached out to me after reading my review and totally understood why I was so unhappy & upset with their customer service. She was very apologetic and wanted to rectify how I was treated by one of their employees. The company scheduled my furnace inspection for the same day I was expecting it prior to it being cancelled. Brien was sent out to do my service, and he did an excellent and thorough job with no cost to me. I thought that the company's response was genuine and more than generous. I was very grateful on how they handled my situation. I hope they use this as a training area for their customer service employees.

M and M has taken excellent care of our locations. Their team communicates clearly, responds quickly, and consistently completes repairs in a timely manner. We truly appreciate their support and reliability. A special thank-you to Derrik and Katie—we’re grateful for all that you do!

Juan and David were incredibly helpful and efficient from start to finish. They worked quickly, made sure everything was completed properly. After the job was done, they clearly explained what had been fixed and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated their professionalism and would highly recommend.

M and M is great. They had same day appointments. TJ was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. He didn't mind our big nosey dog. The price felt a little high, but the service level was worth it.

Everyone I’ve interacted with at M and M has been fantastic! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule appointments. Just had them out again for a furnace check up. The technician, Cody, was great. Highly recommend!

We had the team from M and M come out to replace a thermostat, then it was a serious clogged drain in the basement, followed by an electrical repair in our kitchen, and finally a garbage disposal replacement. Every time that we needed their services, they were total professionals. Not only did they do an excellent job with all of our issues, but they were honest and straightforward about all the steps that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that wants to feel confident that things were done right.

I had a new furnace installed and the guys were very friendly and seem to have done a good job. The only issue I might have is that they are very young so they can't have that much experience. The furnace is running well but it's only day one. Before I chose M & M to do the furnace Wes came out to give me a quote and I was very impressed with him. He didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need.
I would give Wes five stars.

I woke up in the middle of the night on a Sunday and the house seemed little chilly, it was cold outside (12 degrees) and the thermostat said it was 54 degrees ! my heater stopped working !! I called M&M and got someone , Jaime Rodriguez to be exact and he said he could be here within an hour and a half . when he got here he was very professional and knowledgable and had the heater up and running in no time at all !! As it was a after hours service call i was nervous to see the charges , i was pleasantly
surprised that it was very reasonable and i wasn't being charged for anything that wasnt necessary!! great service , reasonable

I needed to add grounding and some new outlets in my home. Chad, Tony, Gabe, Gabriel, and all were great. They went above the call of duty and still completed the job in the quoted time. Tony had some great suggestions for improvement but no one was trying to push an additional sale. Relaxed and comfortable as the client. Unobtrusive and kept all walls and floors intact. I would call these guys again for additional improvements at my home.

I called M&M for an issue with a running toilet. When Chase arrived he offered several options with detailed explanations. When he went into the crawl to shut off the main water, he went above and beyond and did a thorough look at all the piping under the house. Without pressuring me, he let me know some potential concerns and things we might want to have checked out (including our main water line). He called Abel to do a free water line inspection and he came out the next morning. Again, I was given thorough explanations of concerns without feeling pressured to do anything. Abel and crew ended up replacing our main water line a few days later. We are so pleased with the work and interactions we had with everyone involved. We are so happy we went with M&M and appreciate the knowledge and hard work they provided.

I called and Donna answered the phone and it was a great experience. She got my appointment and had TJ come to get me a quote. TJ showed up and we walked through the 3 bathrooms that needed work done. He explained things in a great way and let me know what his views were (what&why). 1 toilet replaced, 1 rebuilt and 1 flapper and chain. The quote was perfectly in my budget so I went ahead and approved the work. His customer service, professionalism, knowledgeable understanding of what needed to be done was outstanding!!!! Now i have to get use to the toilets not running all the time, the house is so quiet. Im all about customer service in my line of work and life. TJ knocked it out of the park! 10 being best on customer service and workmanship he was a 20+. I would highly recommend M and M to everyone. Bonus if you get TJ! Great work from everyone i talked to on the phone (all 3 ladies) and TJ. Can't say enough 🙌🙏💪👏👏

There’s no experience quite like having your furnace call it quits during winter, but because of companies like M & M Heating, cooling, and plumbing this problem was examined, addressed, and fixed all in 24 hrs! From the first inspection and diagnosis with Cody to meeting Tanner and Matt the next day with my new furnace for installation, all the customer service was top notch! They were all calm and respectful and very informative. I would highly recommend this company to any in Noco!

Jim, their master plumber, came out to look at the shower valve that needed replacement and write up a quote. He came across as knowledgeable and trustworthy and gave a much more reasonable estimate than other companies. He came on time and their company scheduling system worked well. Blake came out to do the shower valve replacement soon after and was also excellent. Glad to have a company that I can use again for any future issues.

I chose MandM for a large heating system replacement because they were always clear and responsive during the bidding process which made me feel comfortable and confident. The two day installation was efficient, they were respective, cleaned-up, explained everything and answered all my questions. My new high-efficiency combi-boiler is a piece of art and the company's price and warranty on parts and service were the best of 5 companies I met with. I unequivocally would recommend them and give a shout-out to Cody

I purchased a house with ancient HVAC and water heater systems that barely passed home inspection. I knew they would need replacement and hoped they would make it through the winter… But that didn't turn out to be the case.

M&M came recommended by several neighbors. When I called M&M to have a technician come and assess my system it turned out that the prior owner had also used them to run a new sewer line to the street a few years before - and they had all those records.

They came, offered several options, answered all my questions - and helped me think through plans/price options for future upgrades that would build on a new system over the next few years - solving more than the immediate problems of today.

At the same time, I was getting ready to add a TV room to my unfinished basement, but the electrical work I inherited in the basement was not up to code. Their electricians were able to come the same day as the HVAC crew, fixing everything and bringing it all up to snuff.

While they originally scheduled the work over two days, it's the end of the first day and everything is finished. So many trucks and guys showed up this morning that my neighbor actually called asking if everything was OK. There were eight or so guys in gray shirts running around working their butts off - and I think at one point there were four vans on the street. The neighbors thought I was having an emergency!!

Everyone that works for the company was super nice and incredibly professional.
