Zach Parriott with Blue Valley Heating and Cooling did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues with our NEW heat pump system. Several people had come out prior to this and never figured it out. Zach know this particular system very well and figured out the the system was defective and made arrangements for our system to be replaced. He oversaw that process as well and the system is FINALLY working fine. I will definitely requesting Zach for any future issues.

Brandon and Tony repaired my Geothermal unit today. We were notified an hour before they would be here that they were on their way. Both of them were polite and respectful. They repaired our Geothermal unit perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. I will continue to call them for all my geothermal needs. We highly recommend them!

I have been using Blue Valley for 8 yearsnin more than one home for repairs, regularly check up and mini- split purchase with install. Communication and service is amazing. Today I got a free plumbing inspection and a check up on my 17 year old furnace. Andrew Martinez was my tech today and he was knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough with his inspection. Blue Valley rocks, please give Andrew Martinez a raise!

Andrew Martinez from Blue Valley Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing did an excellent job during my yearly furnace maintenance and checkup. He was thorough, efficient, and very respectful in my home. He clearly explained what he found on my 13-year-old furnace, shared photos, and gave honest options with zero pressure. Highly recommend!

Installers Gabe and Mark were great. VERY communicative, kept me informed of everything they were doing. Craftsmanship was excellent. They had a problem with their contract electricians, but they handled the issue quickly and was resolved to my satisfaction. Both installers were very professional and a credit to Blue Valley Heating. PM Cameron also did a good job quoting the job and explaining all of the options and rebates. Great company to work with.

Replaced my old 1979 furnace with a new furnace heat pump system. Gerardo and Alex did a great job on the installation. I would definitely use Blue Valley again.

Updating this review. The thermostat stopped working the night after the installation. After contacting Blue Valley they sent Zach Perriot out to my house and he was able to diagnose the issue and apply fix in a short amount of time. He also supplied me with some helpful information on the new system which is greatly appreciated.

Andre from Blue Valley Energy was fantastic! He came out to check my AC and furnace after I thought my system had been broken for months—turns out, I had accidentally turned off the furnace switch without realizing it. Andre was incredibly friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and still made the service visit worthwhile by checking my AC unit, furnace, and connections to ensure everything was in top shape.

He took his time, was very thorough, and even offered helpful tips on proper maintenance and how often to get the system serviced. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be calling Blue Valley Energy again for any future HVAC needs!

I had a wonderful experience meeting Chris from Florida and realizing what an authentic and genuine professional was like on these matters! He was very knowledgeable and unassuming. I became a member and hopefully he'll come back to re-wire and/or get my humidifier back up and running!!

Scott and Paul did a great job. Willing to explain the process as they performed the job, pursued multiple options for solutions to our problem in order to find the one that fit best. Really thankful for their knowledge, skill and attitude in getting it done!

We had an excellent experience with Mez. Not only was he very thorough evaluating and troubleshooting our HVAC system, he was also great about explaining his findings and how the system works. He was truly exceptional!

Danny and his team did a Great job replacing out Hot Water Heater today. Paul and Scott did the actual job, they worked together very well and completed the work expediently. Paul showed me how to operate it after it was installed and Scott kept me informed along the way. They left the area in a neat clean condition and took all old parts with them. The did a great job and wasted no time.

We had a gas leak that required an HVAC company to assess (turns out it wasn't a gas leak) and Shawn from Blue Valley came out at 6pm that day and helped us get back up and running. He was thorough, communicative, and knowledgeable.

The service fee ($99) was super reasonable for same day and after normal hours...some of the other recommended services were very highly priced, but we were very clearly told these are recommended and you don't have to decided now.

Andrew Martinez performed an inspection and maintenance service on my furnace. He was very thorough in explaining his process and findings, complete with photos and a detailed analysis report, and he answered all of my questions. Blue Valley offers an array of specialized services and an elite team of highly skilled professionals. I would certainly recommend them!

I had a heat pump installed in May. Blue Valley was accommodating of our tight schedule, professional, and generally did a good job on the install. As winter rolled around and we switched to heating we noticed that two of the rooms were too hot. I contacted my sales rep Cameron about the problem. He was empathetic and he quickly got me in touch with the warranty team. Zach came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. I'm impressed with Zach's knowledge but his genuine concern to get my system functioning exactly as expected was even more reassuring. Overall I am happy with my heat pump from Blue Valley and I was very impressed with the way they dealt with a post install issue. Thanks team!

Very thankful that Blue Valley was able to come and fix our heat pump on Saturday morning. Things were getting a little chilly with a low of 0 and a high of about 15. Chris was great and had us up and running in a really short time. Thanks a lot Blue Valley and it is so nice to be toasty warm tonight!!

Travis Marion was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to evaluate my boiler/on -demand water heater and radiant heat system. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond the expected work. Travis was very thorough in inspecting the electrical, combustion and plumbing aspects of the systems. His estimate gave three levels of “need” “should” and “ideal” improvements.

Called about an active leak in our garage at 7pm. Joel an Paul were at my house by noon the next day, and had the leak found, repaired and done within 30 minutes, including cutting through the ceiling drywall and insulation. Both were friendly and helpful with any and all of our questions. Would definitely recommend services to friends

Joel and Paul did an install assessment for a tankless water system and were extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with their comprehensive review of the installation site. We are going to move forward with the project install.

Casey and his trainee were both very pleasant and professional while they were on-site looking over my equipment. They were perfectly acceptable in their work and handled the entire inspection with a great attitude.
