Geraldo, Alex, and Angel of Blue Valley did an absolutely fantastic job in installing my new HVAC system. They were professional, courteous, and hard working. Cameron also did a great job in explaining my new system and Olga did a great job in processing all the paperwork. I would recommend Blue Valley to anyone who needs a new system. I don’t often leave reviews until all the work is done but here goes. My furnace is 35+ years old and it failed to deliver warm air about a week ago. On a whim I called Blue Valley, a company I had not used before even though reviews are extremely mixed on Yelp, BBB, and Google (it seems that people either loved them or hated them). It seems as though the company has merged or been through several name changes (Blue Valley Energy/Blue Valley Heating and Cooling/Blue Valley Heating, Cooling and Plumbing etc etc) too which may be why some reviews seem outdated.
Although it was Saturday, Denise dispatched Chris who came out that afternoon and changed out a thermocouple and warm air was flowing as usual when he left. However, two days later, there was the same problem. I called again and Mez came out. He spent some time diagnosing the problem which seemed to be everything but honestly, I was not surprised. My blower had loose ball bearings. My gas exchanger was cracked and not exchanging the propane. My furnace was rusting on the inside and had a build up of carbonate. I feel like it was just the failing of every component once one goes. I’m sort of like me when I approached 60 years of age. Ha ha
Both Mez and Chris offered several solutions, and I agreed it was time for a new furnace on the second visit. Danny came out and assessed my house for a new furnace, keeping in mind that I would like it to be relocated to a more accessible location as I am nearing retirement age. No more climbing into or sliding through crawl spaces for me. He asked my preferences and did seem to be trying to keep my budget in mind. Danny gave me an estimate which I had my two (more knowledgeable DIY) neighbors look over. They agreed it seemed reasonable for what I was asking for but more importantly they asked if I trusted the company. I do know that I trusted Chris and Mez when they were repairing my problems and time will tell if I can trust Danny. I do get a solid feeling of genuine willingness (from everyone that I talked to in the company) to go the extra mile for me as a customer. I will update this review when the furnace has been installed and running for a week or so.

Mez was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He explained how the furnace works so we could make an informed decision regarding which option we choose to solve the problem.
Mez is also a cool human being. We had a great chat about our children and the various languages spoken in Nigeria. I enjoyed meeting him and could see that he was an honest person and wants to ensure customers are heard and understand their options.
Also, I texted with Alissa to set the appointment and she was pleasant and helpful. Great response time, too. It was barely an hour and she was already reaching out.
I definitely recommend Blue Valley. Based on my interactions with Alissa and Mez, this the kind of company I want to give my business. Call today and request Mez, you won’t be disappointed! In fact, tell him Jessica says hi. : )

Had the best experience this morning with Blue Valley H&C. Technician Tony Thomas came out to petform annual AC maintenance and was very professional, considerate and proficient in his skill, he arrived on time and was just so very nice. He checked the system and answered all my questions in regards to the filters, thermostat etc, he showed me the pictures and explained everything throughly to my understanding. It was a great pleasure to have such a trustworthy person take care of my system. I feel safe and warm, yay!.. Five stars for sure way to go Tony thanks so much 👏🏼

My furnace simple would not start, so I had Blue Valley out to analyze. They determined the inducer pre-firing blower failed electrically. Mez explained the system well and his recommendation for replacement along with associated electrical switches. After ordering in the parts Mez conducted the replacement and again provided a complete review to understand why the blower failed and showed the system restored. Mez was efficient, friendly, easy to understand and one of the best technicians I’ve experienced.

Cameron was excellent in explaining what I needed and the best route take. He didn't try to oversell and gave me every price break he could. The rest of the crew, Angel, Ervey, Shawn and Olga were very respectful. When the heat goes out and it's -13°, an 82 year old man appreciates their good, fast service. My furnace was replaced in a matter of hours. Thank you to everyone at Blue Valley, and I'm sorry if I forgot you name!

We had such a positive experience with Blue Valley and would definitely recommend them! From the walkthrough and estimate Cameron provided, to the install from Mason and Nathan, the service was top notch! Cameron took the time to answer all of our questions when we were deciding on which furnace and AC best fit our needs, and he made himself available even after he left our house to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and understood the whole process. Cameron also worked with my family members to provide flexible pricing and ensure that we had a great air purification system to help with some chronic health issues in our home. Mason and Nathan showed up first thing in the morning to get our new appliances installed and were efficient and thorough. They laid down drop cloths to keep our floors clean and minimized the mess of the install as much as possible. At the end of the day, they took extra time to walk us through our new system and made sure we knew how to use the new thermostat.

Olga in the office also helped us out a ton in what could've been a very overwhelming process. She walked us through our payment options and helped us make a decision that worked best for our household.

Overall, the entire Blue Valley team was great to work with! They were friendly, professional, and thoughtful. They also offered competitive pricing and great customer service. We appreciated that they squeezed our install into their tight holiday schedule when our current system was deemed unsafe to use (they even brought us space heaters to hold us over until they could get the install done). If you need a furnace or AC, we definitely recommend them!

Excellent quality and craftsmanship by Gerardo, Kasey and Alex in installing a new combi-boiler and whole house humidifier. They showed-up when they said they would, finished on time, and were neat, clean and respectful.

Our heat abruptly stopped working this morning so I called Blue Valley, who came highly recommended. They were able to set up a same day appointment with Chris. He came by on time, inspected the furnace, and was able to get the heat back on. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend giving Blue Valley a call for any heating or cooling needs!

Editing my review to include Danny as well! The day after I met with Chris, Danny promptly called me and walked me through the next steps. He was extremely helpful guiding me through options on the way forward. He provided honest feedback and quickly sent over several proposals. Furthermore, he guided me through the incentives and rebates offered by the state to get me the best deal possible on my new HVAC system. I couldn't be more pleased with their service thus far! Wonderful company and even better people.

Our HVAC system went out a couple months ago and we were desperate for a new affordable but high quality system. We contacted Blue Valley who came out immediately to diagnose the problem. They were patient while we acquired funding and applied for rebates. And once we had the funding, they scheduled us within a few days for install. Nathan was one of the workers on our install and was great! He and his team arrived on time and kept us updated throughout the process.

During the install, they noticed our water heater, which had been installed by Cooper Heating and Cooling in August 2025, was leaking. Since the installation was only about seven months old, this was surprising. We contacted Cooper to have someone come out and fix the issue, but they were unable to send a technician until the following Monday.

Blue Valley stepped in and immediately sent their plumbers over. Paul and Steven arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the section of pipe that was leaking within a couple hours so the HVAC workers could finish up their part. I wish we had used Blue Valley to initially install our water heater.

Every technician, project consultant, and installer we have worked with for the HVAC system has exceeded expectations. The company truly hires outstanding people and we will definitely use them again.

Casey was great! I had hodgepodged a temporary solution under my sink and he was able to quickly get it sorted. He was also very helpful in providing several suggestions on future considerations and preventive strategies for reducing chances of plumbing issues going forward.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Blue Valley Heating and Cooling! Danny, the project manager, was amazing to work with—he took the time to clearly explain pricing, materials, and scheduling, and really helped me choose the right heat pump for my budget. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I truly appreciated.

The installation crew showed up on time, were professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the entire process. They did a great job cleaning up afterward and were a pleasure to have in my home. They also took the time to answer any questions I had before leaving.

In my business of Real Estate, I am always looking for honest companies who treat people right, do great work and do what they say. Abel and Tony with M and M were all of this!! We had some issues with our tub draining and Abel knew immediately what to do and fixed it fast. I also had a ceiling fan that had the light flashing. Tony knew immediately the part that was causing the issue and had it fixed within 15-20 minutes! I appreciated their kindness work ethic, promptness and explanation of everything. First maintenance appt for the furnace in the house we bought this year. I have a service plan with M&M HVAC and electric. Cody G arrived on time and went through the furnace to make sure things were ok. He was thorough and explained how to use the humidifier that is part of our unit. Cody was knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend M&M and Cody G.

MM is fantastic! Abel made me feel like a valued customer, not like the other plumbing companies that made it feel like l was bothering them for gathering quotes. Needed new hot water heater. They came same day. Installed the next day. The technician Jim came 1st day. The installers had finished the job before me early. They called and asked if they could come early. Sure come on over. The installer were Danathan and Chase, Jim. They were very respectful, clean, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through everything. Checked my gas levels outside. Best install I have ever had. Kudos. Give them a pay raise.

Blake was a great plumber who was very thorough with his work. He worked on installing our water line to the fridge and installed hardware off the main water line to prevent future leaks. After he had completed, he made sure the water was flushed through all the systems to make sure it worked. Highly recommend him and M&M's services
