I was referred to Carroll Mechanical Services from an electrician I had used in the past. Although my issue turned out to be a minor blown fuse I felt that I received a full inspection for anything else that could go wrong. A cleaning of the fan and inspection of loose wires was a quick check, but it assured me that I was receiving top quality service.

Great company with skilled workers. I had to move an AC unit at my house and had several companies out to quote the job. Carroll was the only company not trying to quote a brand new furnace. Had a couple companies say moving the unit wasn’t possible.

Would refer to anyone.

These are the good guys. Not only did they give me a fair price, work around my schedule for installation, were mindful of my pets during the process, and cleaned up after themselves, they also rushed around to make sure I got all the paperwork I needed in the time frame that I needed it. Would use them again without hesitation.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Brien and his team. They replaced our furnace and did a great job. You'll like their prices, and they don't try to gouge you or sell you unnecessary upgrades.

Our heater kept overheating and they called me right back and came out the same day. Dominic was very nice and professional and did a great job. He even called back several hours later (on a Sunday!) to make sure it was still working.

My house didn’t even have time to get cold this January before I had a completely new system in and running when my old heater went out. I’m just an afternoon all my worries we’re gone and my family nice and cozy again. I’m so grateful to CMS! Don’t bother going through the regular hoops wasting your time with anyone else, just get it done fast and right the first time with CMS.

My husband and I will never use or recommend this company. We didn't have heat for 5 days. This company called us twice and canceled our appointment. Was told first they forgot to order the part,but promised they would be there the next day. The next day we were told they were not coming. We are so disappointed in this company. If thinking of using them I would reconsider using another business.

I had my furnace and A/C replaced in 2019 by CMS and they took great care of me. Their pricing is transparent and fair, they are not pushy, their products (mainly Carrier) are solid, and their crews are courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Excellent service provided by Carroll. We've tried previously several different local vendors with limited success. Carroll is prompt, knowledgeable, able to work with insurers, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We now trust them with all our heating/cooling repairs and/or installations.

Our very old water heater went out unexpectedly. I called Carroll Mechanical Services as well as another local company. Carroll's quote was $700 cheaper than the other guys, and that included coming out after hours on a Friday to perform the replacement. The installers were friendly, fast, and made no mess. Would definitely hire again.

Brian just installed a new air conditioner and furnace. The crew was outstanding, the work was excellent and the price was fair. Our townhome needed a new AC unit. While researching replacement options and costs, I ended up speaking with 5 different local companies. I kept getting mixed information - lots of upselling and misleading statements on what would work for our home. All in all, it was a frustrating process.

Of all the people I spoke to, Brien - by far - gave me the most peace of mind. Not only did he top everyone in terms of price, but he was very knowledgeable, and his attentiveness and customer service were second-to-none. I had a lot of questions because of the changes in industry standards (Jan. 2023), and he went above and beyond in answering them - even calling me at one point with a Carrier rep on the line to go over the details of the changes and units. He was true to his word - an aptly described "handshake" businessman - and just the fact that I was able to talk to the owner (rather than less-knowledgable employees at other places) was refreshing. I'd highly recommend his services over the bigger outfits in the Longmont area.

These guys installed a new furnace and AC in my place three years ago. It was a good experience and what I think is a fair price.

What really sets then apart is the service. We just had our board go bad in the AC and it feels like they worked day and night to get us up and running again. Critical for a 100 degree week in June.

Seriously-- people at my house 30 minutes after calling. Amazing service.

I like to support local, family-owned businesses. Carroll Mechanical, and the owner Brien, have been very easy to work with, and taken pains to make sure everything was done right. Installation of high-efficiency furnaces is complex. Make sure you find a good installer that has a lot of experience with the brand. These guys do. Highly recommended!

They were all very professional honest and affordable Fred the technician and both gentlemen he brought were great! They even cleaned up and hauled away all the unneeded equipment. Not to mention Janis and Nicole in the office are very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with and Brian the owner explained everything and made us very comfortable with the services they were providing!!! We will definitely be using them again for all our future needs!

First time I called, they gave me advice over the phone for a few simple things to check with my malfunctioning furnace. I got my heat going, and I made a mental note to remember them in the future. Next season I had more problems they fixed a blown fuse for a very reasonable price. Eventually I opted for a total furnace replacement. The install was tidy, the employees were guys you don't mind in your house, and Brien was very organized with rebate, warranty and permit paperwork. Satisfied customer, will be the first place I call in the future.

This week our 19 year old AC stopped working. We assumed it was done and would need to be replaced. The tech came out and checked it out. He could have easily told us we needed to buy a new unit, but instead fixed the small issue for much less. I very much appreciate that he could have taken advantage of us and didn’t. When this old system does need to be replaced, we will definitely have Carroll replace it. Thanks again!

Brien and his crew just replaced our 27-yo gas furnace with a Carrier 95%-efficiency furnace, and we couldn't be happier with their prompt, efficient, and highly-skilled performance.
