I was having an issue with our condensation pump and these guys were great. Very communicative, easy to schedule with, and they were very kind and explained everything to me. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Working with Groulx from start to finish has been seamless. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Nick was very informative and easy to talk with! He was very thorough and professional! Can’t wait to have them come out again in the spring for my air conditioning.

Technician Brian installed a new A/C system and did a very nice job, putting the outdoor unit out of the way so we don't hear it. It integrates fine with our existing controller and the house is a lot cooler now. The work was completed very quickly and Brian was wonderful to deal with.

I highly recommend Groulx for any maintenance or repair. We have several of our appliances installed by them. Mark has been great with all of our calls. He does a very thorough troubleshooting in anticipation of finding all hidden issues. Highly trustable.

Have been using Groulx Mechanical a number of years for HVAC... always professional and personable. Recently Nick came out same day for A/C that wasn't working in the high heat. Got it fixed quickly and spent time explaining a few "good-to-know" details. Recommend them highly!

I have and will continue to recommend Groulx to anyone! I was a bit surprised that the owner of the company came out to do our estimate, but it turned out great! Mark was both professional and personable! He did our estimate, chatted with us about similar personal hobbies and was just a really awesome guy! He gave us our estimate along with options. He discovered the motherboard on our furnace was gone and went out of his way to price that out for us with a place in Denver. When the price for that one piece came back high, he gave us recommendations on new furnaces. Once we decided, the work was done quickly and professionally. No messes were left and we have had NO problems ever since. We will definitely call Mark again for any other work!! Thanks!!

Mark and company came out and replaced our AC. They are always amazing, friendly, great customer service! They the only ones we call for all our HVAC issues.

Very impressed with Mark. He was straight to the point, explaining why my normal maintenance company may have misdiagnosed. He then offered to come back out to actually test the furnace to make sure everything was safe and operating as it should.

I will absolutely be in touch with him if/when we need a new unit.

Groulx installed 2 new AC systems + furnace + whole-house humidifier for our home and 2 new water heaters in 2022. Before the install, Mark serviced our old units (20-years old) and helped us keep them alive a little longer, giving us insight into when we would probably have to fully replace.

The installation process from selecting units through the installation process was great. Mark educated us and gave us informed choices to make. The installation cost was MUCH more reasonable than some of the other quotes we received.

Ana is excellent on the phone with scheduling whenever we had to call. We are now about a year past install, and Mark has provided excellent service after the sale, too! Mark has come out a couple times in the past year to tend to minor issues with our new systems and he didn't nickel and dime us - the follow-up visits were done at no cost to us since the units were new, which I really appreciated. I really appreciate the work Groulx did for us - they've earned us as customers for life.

Their service was excellent. They came within the hour of my call and they corrected my mistake in programming my thermostat and charged me absolutely NOTHING 😃👍

We were so pleased with Groulx's service in 2024 that we called them again this year after we moved and had to replace an AC system. Nick and Brian were professional, efficient, and pleasant. They cleaned up so well you couldn't tell we'd had workmen in.

We also had Brian in to do a furnace check and he discovered that our whole house humidifier wasn't hooked up. He got it working and showed us how to operate it.

They install quality equipment and price everything fairly.

(from 2024) Tech was courteous, informative, and gave good options when we requested a furnace check- up. We ended up replacing our 23-year-old furnace.

The day of the replacement we were notified when they were on their way. They arrived prepared and on time. The crew worked quickly & steadily, and when the installation was complete, they took time to test everything, clean up, and show me how to change the filter.

Highly recommend!

This is a locally owned small business. I was able to get an apt the next day where as other companies were weeks and months out. Mark checked everything, did a service and provided me with the most economical fix. The issue was fixed on the spot. Mark even educated me on what I needed to know about my system, and gave me advice for the future. Mark and his wife are professional, friendly and understanding. You couldn’t ask for a better team.

Groulx's team was awesome! Installation of a Mini-Split was done efficiently and we love the fact that we don't have to freeze our lower levels to push cold air to our bedroom over the garage now. Our bedroom is really "chill" and the system is super quiet! Groulx Mechanical ROCKS!!!

Brian came out, performed diagnostics, and did a wonderful clean of my A/C unit to ensure it was ready for summer use. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain what I as a homeowner should know about the unit. Brian was awesome to work with overall. Brian was absolutely the very best service man I’ve had! So professional, thorough and knowledgeable! Clearly understands every little “in and out” of furnace systems… and was happy to keep me informed about everything he was doing and why. And he solved a problem that I’d been told was very serious when it actually was a mildly clogged plastic tube (he blew on it to clean it out) and now the furnace works perfectly! He is definitely 10 out of 10!

Groulx Mechanical recently installed a new furnace and central air-conditioning in my home. Their work involved replacing my 33-year old furnace and installing (for the very first time) air-conditioning in my 54-year old home.

After receiving and evaluating four proposals from local HVAC companies, I chose Groulx Mechanical for several significant reasons. In their proposals, all of the companies except Groulx indicated they would have to cut holes in the drywall ceiling of my guest bedroom in order to feed the linesets from my furnace room to the outside A/C unit.

While scoping my project to prepare his proposal, Mark Groulx took the initiative and the time to remove sheet metal panels covering the ceiling in my furnace room so he could see "exactly what was going on up in there." He discovered that he could fish the linesets for the outside unit through the joists above the ceiling in my guest bedroom through a hole drilled into the outside wall of my home. This method eliminated the need to cut and repair holes in drywall, which saved me a lot of hassle, mess, and additional cost!

Also significant to me was Mark's eagerness and willingness to answer the myriad questions I had while evaluating the proposals. Mark responded to my phone calls and text messages almost immediately. He answered my questions in layperson's terms, and he never lost patience with me in the weeks it took me to decide which company to hire.

I am so glad that I chose Groulx Mechanical and highly recommend you hire them, too! The HVAC installation went smoothly. Mark and his team were focused, worked harmoniously together, and treated me, my home, and my dog with great respect.
