This is at least the fifth time I have enjoyed the service of Groulx Mechanical and once again, their service was terrific! I remodeled my entire house which included a new furnace, humidifier and air cleaner. That’s perfect! Today was a service call on the ac system. A simple remedy… flip the breaker!! But that’s not all! Mark went the extra mile and cleaned the outside ac unit, then turned the system on and voila!…. Cold air!!! I’m ecstatic!!! I will always call Groulx!!

WE had our entire AC unit repaired by GROULX mechanical and it works GREAT! their team is professional and courteous. The whole job was completed in one day. I would highly recommend them. Mark has followed up with us numerous times about the filter change, furnace etc. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service and the quality of work we have received.

I had Mark and the Groulx team install a new high efficiency furnace and and air conditioner. They did a superb job and cleaned up well after themselves. The cost of the equipment and installation was very affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I knew.

I have been using Groulx Mechanical for several years now. The owner, Mark, is a great guy. He works with the costumers directly and is very responsive. We had him replace an air conditioning unit in our house and replace a furnace and install a/c in our rental property. His prices are very fair and the work is always completed well and on time. He can also usually squeeze you in same-day for maintenance issues. I was happy to find a trust worthy and reasonably priced company and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs going forward.

Groulx is consistent, competent, and fairly priced. They have cleaned our ducts some several routine maintenance calls, replaced our furnace, and throughout has only been good experiences

Groulx mechanical is honest and professional. Every time they come for maintenance they never upsell us anything. They have been our go to for HVAC for over 10 years. We trust their work and have never come across any issues. I will use them over a big box company any day. They installed our new AC unit about 6 years ago and we have been extremely happy.
The prices are in line with quality and the personal attention from the office staff is superb. Being able to trust someone in the HVAC business is a relief.

Mark arrived on time and spared no moment looking into our old furnace situation. He took time explaining the trade offs of an 80% efficient vs 90% efficient furnaces as well as the companies they carry. The furnace quote was delivered within a few hours of the appointment.

I have been out of town and returned to 90 degrees and warm air coming from the air conditioning. I was already trying to figure out how I was going to sleep tonight. I called Brian at the end of his day but because he was close by he agreed to come over and check it out. I only needed coolant and he told me with good maintenance my 20 year old HVAC can last 5 more years! Such a kind person. I am happy to give him my business and recommend him!

I thought I would try one of those businesses that are advertised on TV everyday and recommended by good old boy "Tom Martino". First of all it was very hard to get them here. Well when I finally got them here he said it was to cold to work on and check out my A/C. It took 2 more weeks to get them back. He cleaned the unit outside and told I was going to need new motor for starters, then he said that it was leaking somewhere and that the fee to fill the system with a dye to find the leak was $1400. Then he said it was about $1000 to fix the leak if was even repairable. And then to charge the system with refrigerant was $400-$600 a pound. Basically it was going to cost approximately $4200.00. I said I would give it some thought.
Well I already knew what my answer was, NO, HELL NO.
I looked on Nextdoor and did some research and found Groulx Mechanical so I called and left a message on voicemail. Well within a few minutes
Mark returned my call and came to my home and I told him what Fixit24/7 told me. He took a quick look and said that he would come back on Wednesday to get it fixed. Well I had a Doctors ppointment at 10am. He had called at 8:30 and asked if he could come by early but I told him I had a Doctors appointment at 10am told him about my appointment at 10am and he said no worries. As soon as I was done at the doctor I left Mark a message and he called back immediately. We agreed to meet at my house asap. When I got home he pulled up and said he would get right to work on it. About 20-30 minutes later he told me that he was finished. 👌 That was fast. He recharged the system and put in a sealing agent, told me the motor was fine, that he didn't believe that there was a leak and everything looked good. And the price was $835. Perfect.
Groulx Mechanical is a small family business and an excellent business. Communication is excellent and that is the most important thing to me. Very honest, prompt, and not trying to sell me things that don't need replacing at ridiculously high prices.I also own my own business and never do I try to sell customers things they don't need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GROULX MECHANICAL. Treated me a customer and not an ATM machine.

We've had a great experience with Groulx! They really came through for us when our dryer vent clogged up. They were extremely prompt and came out immediately when we called them. They were very respectful and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would highly recommend them and we will use them in the future.

I had a furnace short cycling in the coldest week we had in Colorado. I asked around work and a coworker gave me Groulx' number. I emailed my issue and Robert got back with me within the hour. We set at appointment for the very next day (they made time even when they had 2 new installs that day). Robert was on time, professional, nice to my pups, cleaned my furnace and told me he would send me an estimate. I received the estimate that evening, approved the part that was needed and 2 days later, Mark installed it. Again, Mark was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and have told my coworkers the great experience I had with Groulx! I am very grateful to know I can rely on Groulx for any air or heating services.🐕

We have used Groulx for many years. They replaced our AC and furnace system at a great price, Great response time, Mark and the crew are very knowledgeable and helpful. Always respond to questions and concerns, and they actually answer the phone!

I can’t say enough good things. From diagnosis through installation Mark went above and beyond our expectations. Groulx Mechanical was recommended by someone we respect. We were not disappointed. All of our HVAC is living on borrowed time so I’m sure Groulx Mechanical will be here sooner than later.

Mark was so helpful and responsive and went above and beyond to help us when we found out that the previous owner of our new house withheld info about the damaged 5-year-old AC condenser. He tried to get it covered under warrantee and did everything he could to help us out.

He was able to come install a new one within a week and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Our AC kept flipping the breaker. Groulx came out and were great with thoughtfully troubleshooting the problem. Turns out it wasn’t the AC but an electrical problem and they helped me get an electrician out an hour later and we had AC again! Would definitely use them again!
