Richard did a great job installing my new water heater. He was very informative and respectful from start to finish. I got an appointment quickly and the work was done in less than a day. The job was quite complicated as you can see from the photo. He installed a new thermostatic valve and expansion tank. The water heater was heavy (225lbs empty) but with an assistant he was able to get it down my basement stairs no problem. The pipe welding was clean and has no leaks or burn marks. There were no hidden costs, the price I paid was the price he quoted at the start. I will certainly call Richard again the next time I need plumbing work.

Rick did an outstanding job fixing a leaking valve in our crawl space. He responded quickly to my request and replaced the old, corroded pipe so it now looks fantastic! No more leaks!! His price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

I had an intermittent drainage problem, that Richard managed to figure out and fix! He's knowledgeable, fair priced and tenacious in getting results. Its wonderful to find a business owner that truly cares about his customers and providing quality service.

We had a drain issue, where our pipes got clogged up and backed up / flooded into our laundry room and basement. Richard came out within the next day to help break up the blockage and appreciate that he explained why and what he was doing.

When the blockage happened again a few days later, he was kind enough to come out again at no additional charge to make sure we were taken care of.

Very honest, professional, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him for plumbing.

Called Home Pro as our water heater had reached its "end of life". Justun answered the call and went way out of his way to find and get a replacement that would be compatible. Went to another city to get it and got it installed. He is a very personable professional, did a good job at a reasonable cost for all he did. We would hire Home Pro again in a heartbeat.

I have a hotel in Estes park. We had a side arm on the boiler go out and they came out right away. They changed it out much faster than I ever expected and did a wonderful job. Jared was very helpful and explained the process so I could understand.

We turned off the water to our house and tried to repair an outdoor faucet. There was trouble with it due to age and we had no luck trying it ourselves. We called Home Pro because their listing stated open 24/7. Perfect. Justun came immediately and replaced it. WOW!!! Fast, efficient, friendly. Couldn't ask for better. The price was very reasonable.
