We recently had a flood in our basement and we were lucky enough to work with Rick and the Ace Hi team. Rick demonstrated remarkable efficiency in addressing the problem. He wasted no time in assessing the situation and devising an effective plan of action. His prompt response alleviated much of the stress we were experiencing due to the flooding. It was evident that Rick understood the urgency of the matter and took immediate action to mitigate further damage. Good company and GREAT workers. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I have worked with Ace Hi on three different projects in our home, and we've been very impressed with their work on each occasion. The technicians were excellent, and the work was completed in a timely fashion for a fair price. Dog friendly folks as well :)

Excellent and timely service. We had to have 2 toilets installed in our new townhome and asked Rick (one of the owners) to recommend units he himself would purchase. An appointment was scheduled and it took less than 2 hours—new toilets installed, no mess to the house at all—very clean, courteous, and professional. It's no wonder they've been a successful business for so long—they deliver what they say: professional service, fair pricing, and timely service. Highly recommended!

Needed a shower valve fix. Ace hi was here within an hour of me calling. Great service! Kyle was our technician and he was friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend Ace Hi! Don't go to the chain plumbers! Buy local!

Ace Hi provides excellent service and at a great rate. They stick to their timeline schedule and were very tidy in their clean up after the job. They have replaced and relocated an air conditioner and also fixed a huge sewer pipe issue for us. We will continue to use their services!

Rick is always so prompt and does great quality work! We called on a holiday weekend and he was there in 15 minutes and took care of the problem.
We needed them again today, and as usual Rick came over in a very timely manner and gave us all the help we needed. Great company!

I am very happy with Ace Hi. I have used them for my semi-annual services for heating and cooling, and they also installed my hot water tank. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant, professional and done their best to get everything right. The most recent call was for this year's cooling check and service. Michael came (he did last spring's as well) and he not only worked diligently, he was polite (took his shoes off after he'd been out to the condenser) but he explained everything he was doing as he did the work, so I knew the state of each part of the system. That sort of service matters to me - I can trust someone who proves they know what they are doing, and that means I can trust the company who employs him.

Couldn't be happier with their customer service. Last year we had a tankless water heater installed for our summer home, Ace Hi was reasonably priced and walked us through step by step for the rebate. Then earlier this month a neighbor said they may be hearing it more than they have in the past. Our daughter called Ace Hi and they sent someone out at no charge, understanding that this was more for our piece of mind than anything. Busy as they are, they sent a friendly gentleman out to check the water heater knowing that they would find nothing wrong. We are so happy we went with this local company, their caring shows!

This review is a few months late but wanted to say that Ace Hi did a great job with our plumbing problem, at a good price! Glad to have held out for them. The plumber, I forgot his name it's been awhile but he's from Indianapolis, was personable and let me hover around to learn what was going on!

We had our furnace go out on a Saturday morning and we called Ace Hi, they had someone out 20 minutes later! It turned out that our ignitor had stopped working and since it was a rare part that needed to be ordered in he couldn't fix it until Monday afternoon, but in the meanwhile they left us with several space heaters to keep the house warm while we waited for a few days which was wonderful. I recommend Ace Hi because they were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide us heat while waiting for our part to come in, and when it did they had it installed in under 10 minutes!

Ace Hi plumbing replaced a water heater in my home a few weeks ago. When we requested they come back to check how much hot water we were actually receiving, Rick came and not only checked it, but voluntarily fixed a problem with the shower as well. He took time from his day to help us out, all the while providing excellent customer service. We could not be happier with the results. I definitely recommend Ace Hi plumbing to anyone in need of prompt and professional plumbing services.

I have lived in Johnstown for eight years now and whenever I've needed repair work for our AC or any plumbing job I always call Ace Hi. The never disappoint in their service and always get the job done right. Most recently Curtis (one of their repair guys) was out to repair an issue and totally exceeded my expectations with his work.! I will continue to use Ace Hi in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs done right!

I just wanted to send thanks and praises for Nick and his colleague that replaced our toilets and fixed our shower. They were pleasant guys and did a wonderful job with 2 toilet replacements and fixing our shower. Nick had to install a panel through a closet and it looks fantastic.

I've personally had good experiences with Ace Hi but I regret recommending them to my family and won't be using or recommending them in the future. My parents wanted their boiler and forced air furnace checked. All they got were arguments from Ace Hi about how you can't have both hot water radiant heat and forced air. Well my parents do have both. Forced air was added when they did a remodel so that they could have air conditioning on the main and upper level. (The basement still uses hot water heat) Good customer service doesn't include treating your customers like idiots!!!!!!!!

First hired Ace Hi Plumbing Heating & Air in 2009 when hot water heater sprang a leak, since then they have been to my home for every repair needed. Lastly was repair of AC unit and install of a new furnace. The technicians they employ are knowledgeable and extremely courteous and nice to my pets,. Never bother to call any other company.

Just had Ace Hi Plumbing Heating and Air back due to a clogged drain in my basement.
They have added a new service. Prior to the tech showing up I rec'd an text with a picture and brief bio of the person who would be coming to my house. As a female senior living alone I really liked this.
Once again my issue was taken care of.
Great company to do business with.

This morning I saw some water on our bathroom floor, it took a minute but I realized it was coming from the hot water heater. We haven't had to call a plumber since we moved here so I called a neighbor who recommended Ace Hi. Tom showed up on time, answered all my questions, was very polite, and didn't take a lot of time. We will definitely recommend them and use them again. We are so thankful for their fast response and quick, affordable service.

I have called Ace Hi several times. Every time they responded right away (even at night), did more work than even asked for and came in under the estimate. Kyle, Rob and Rick were very professional and their kindness very appreciated. My first call to them was a simple problem, then a catastrophe and then a total re-pipe. Every time their work was exceptional. I will call them every time!

Hands down, the best plumber on the front range. I had a leaking sewer pipe and Rick at Ace Hi dropped everything and came right over. They diagnosed the problem and started working immediately. They took before and after photos, explained their work and even recommended preventative maintenance to avoid this in the future. Highly Recommended!

Ace High has been our plumber for more than 3 years and we love them. The have repaired my furnace and replaced some of my plumbing in my older home and done the job right the first time! All of their staff is courteous and professional. Don't waste your time with the other guys! This crew will take care of all of your needs in a timely manner!
