Ace Hi is a fantastic option for thorough work that’s done well. The owners are very kind and attentive and will make sure your problem gets taken care of. They went above and beyond to fix a persistent leak on my shower. Being a new home owner, this was very stressful to deal with but they took the time to fix my issue AND educate me on how to take care of my home. I will be suggesting anyone I know to come to Ace Hi as their first choice for plumbing or HVAC work!

Ace Hi replaced the water main on our house. They had the most up front and transparent pricing of the quotes we received. The price was reasonable compared to the competition without the pushy sales of some of their big corporate competitors. On the scheduled day, the crew showed up on time and did a great job. Highly recommended.

I needed a dryer vent installed. Very prompt response. Came out that day and gave an estimate. Arrived early a few days later for installation. Very professional. Obviously know what they are doing. Rick the owner is friendly, fun and very efficient. Total bill was $350 less than estimate because they finished early. Even did a toilet repair before leaving. I wish I had used them years before now. Absolutely outstanding service.

I have had Ace Hi to do plumbing and heating in my home for several years. They are always prompt, very courteous and fair priced. Had them replace my heating system last year and it was done in a day, their technician cleaned up after the job and it has worked perfect. The office was very professional and understanding my problem and was quick to solve it.

First time using Ace Hi. We had a gas line issue and had no heat for a day and night. Rick from Ace Hi came out immediately after calling on a Sunday morning, during a Bronco game no less, to fix our problem. Rick was very professional and quickly made his repair. Rick (owner) came out and worked on my boiler heating system. He did a complete and thorough job and had the job completed in a timely manner.
I have used Rick and Ace High for the past 10 years on several occasions, everything from small jobs to main water line replacement! He and his team have always done a great job, focusing on the quality of the job completed!

I have used Ace Hi on several occasion for 3 old, rustic cabins. Yesterday was the most recent: a second opinion on a major drain clog that another plumbing company worked on for 8 hours without resolution short of excavating outside the cabin. Mark came to give a second opinion and within an hour or so he had solved the problem - no excavation.

Mark, and another employee from the past, has always been kind, patient, truthful, and offers tips for best maintenance of old systems.

It's wonderful to have professionals that I trust. Mark, don't you EVER retire!!

Our water heater was not functioning normally. We put out information to a few different companies. Not only was Ace Hi the first to contact us, they turned out to be the only. From the appointment scheduling through the completion of service we were completely impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the company. Mark was able to diagnose and explain the issue quickly. I had to call and reschedule for a sooner time right after our initial appointment was made. I’ve used Ace Hi for a few years, sink issues. Recent drain clog became a major repair of rotted pipes under my basement, and 5 drains -all needing replacement. Ace Hi scheduled repair over 3 days, ahead of a big freeze and Christmas-on time, cement work coordinated, managed by Nick on site each day-protected furnace and hot water heater, furniture ,walls, etc from dust, amazing work, hustle and incredible value. Cleaned up everything-honest, awesome attitudes, excellent work. Thanks to a great crew and Shawn who explained everything -sent space heaters, protected carpets and kitchen floor-just the best.

Rick did a great job fixing a leak in our shower. He is very friendly and knowlegable. I've used Ace Hi several times and have never been disappointed. I would recommend him to anyone!

I absolutely LOVE Ace High, so much so that they are now saved in my contacts.

I called them at the beginning of summer (while I was on vacation) because my sewage backed up on my pet sitter 2x while I was gone.

They were so easy, and effortless to work with. They came right away (both times) and I have had them back multiple times since, for I needed a new sewage line and etc.

With all the work they have done this year for me, I have had the pleasure to meet almost their entire staff, and I couldn't be more grateful. They are good, honest, and down to earth.

My only complaint is that they didn't invite me to their holiday work party! But such is life!

I would recommend them over and over again.

Ace Hi went above and beyond!! We can not thank them enough! They were incredibly thorough in trying to trouble shoot our current tankless water heater. They had the parts, when it seemed like no one else in town had them. After much trial and error, it was determined that we needed a new machine. Their install was quick. Every staff member we talked to and worked with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. What a blessing they are!! We highly recommend them as a number 1 go to company.

Great service. Called over today and resolved the issue. Will use them for my next project.

We've had two amazing experiences with Ace Hi. First, our house had a water main leak that Ace Hi was able to fix by boring under our front yard and replacing our main line. This was done incredibly quickly and professionally, and even made sure we had running water in the house throughout the process. Very thoughtful!

Second, our kitchen sink suddenly stopped draining and Ace Hi was able to come out within 24 hours of us calling to fix the problem. Zach and Jonas were punctual, professional, cheerful, and thorough, ensuring the job was done properly.

The gentlemen we worked with at Ace Hi were wonderful! Kyle was very knowledgeable and got to work right away. He had our crawl space all fixed up in no time, as well as helped up tune up a toilet! A couple weeks later we had to call again for the same toilet issue on a lesser scale. Rick came by that time and he was just as professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have a slightly bigger issue than just the toilet turns out, but we trust them and will be sure to call back to get the job done once the weather warms up! I'd for sure recommend these guys!

I am incredibly impressed at the straightforward, prompt, and high quality work that was provided. I called after a leak in our water heater and within 2 hours a technician was at our house. Zach and his partner were incredibly professional, kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and make sure we knew what was happening before it happened. They also took the time to engage with our small children and explain what was happening to them as well. Overall our experience was much better than we could have hoped! I have been using Ace Hi Plumbing for 15 years now (and I will NOT go back to the “other guys”!)
Ace Hi are always very prompt, kind, considerate & respectful of my property. They are always helpful when discussing my options of service and choices of products for Installation.
Through the years they’ve:
replaced toilets (both those I’ve ordered through them AND those I’ve ordered myself for color choices etc.);
installed new water lines for a sprinkler system, and for a new refrigerator with water & ice maker;
Replaced a garbage disposal, hot water heater and faucets for my Kitchen and 2 Bathrooms;
They raised my shower head to make it easier for my tall sons to stay squeaky clean & smelling good 😂;
They’ve come running on VERY short notice when I had a broken pipe

And my most recent service was an unusual two step process. I was having my crawl space issues repaired, encapsulation done and had a sump pump installed. All the plumbing for my home ran through my crawl space. I had to have them come and cap everything off so the lines themselves could all be moved …. Then come back a week later and undo all they had done by running the New lines, uncap everything and get the water flowing again !
Through everything I’ve ever had done with them, I’ve never felt cheated or otherwise disrespected.
They seem to ALWAYS care that they’ve done a good job and that if I ever had any issues they’d take care of it quickly and to my satisfaction.
It boils down to this: I TRUST them.
I feel these are “The Good Guys” and would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done !!

I own several rentals in Estes Park and have used many plumbers over the past 20 years. Recently I had an emergency and could not get in touch with one of my usual plumbers. I called a friend and he recommended Ace Hi. And I am so thankful he did! Rick and Shawn are incredible! They have helped me in a pinch on two occasions now. Their communication is top-notch in setting up appointments and also in helping me understand the issues that I was dealing with. They are now 100% my go-to plumber! I just recommended them to a client this morning.
