Mark was excellent. We have had an issue with our a/c since we first installed it, and Mark was the only person who was able to get it running like normal. We will definitely use Ace Hi again!

I have been using Ace High for about 7 years. I have been very happy and pleased with their work. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Mark, who services our HVAC every year, is trustworthy and does a great job! Garrett and his co-worker installed two new faucets in our master bath recently. They were thorough and cleaned up to where it looked like no one had been there! They also just installed a new hot water heater for us and again did a great job! I HIGHLY recommend Ace High!

Ace Hi Plumbing aced it at our house! They are professional, prompt and knowledgable. Mike explained our options clearly and taught up how to change the filter, turn off the unit, etc. They even put down a protective walkway over the carpet and cleaned up beautifully! enough Ace Hi excels at prompt courteous customer service.

I highly recommend this company for pretty much anything in or outside the home that deals with plumbing, or HVAC. We had them out giving us an estimate for a few things in our house, but our biggest concern was our 20-year-old air conditioner which they replaced the next day with a much quieter american-made unit that is energy efficient. Nick and the owner Gary were considerate and helpful with their conversations over the phone and email.

We had the Ace High Plumbing team over for what we thought was an emergency. They finished the work for a very low cost in very short order. Great guys and company. We will be using them again..

Discovered that our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking behind the wall. We got quotes from a couple of plumbers and we chose Ace. The repair was a bit complicated because a previous remodel left the drain pipe threading through the back of a corner lazy susan cabinet with a narrow door opening. Adam (of Ace Hi) was able to make a minimal hole to the back of the cabinet to cut out the old pipe and install a new drain pipe in less than 2 hours. It cost less than 1/2 of what the highest quote was. Adam was very informative and showed that the old pipe had actually split where the other plumbers thought it was a bad joint at a 90 degree elbow.

Extremely pleased with the service from Ace Hi. I called in the morning expecting to schedule something later in the week, but they were able to fit me in that very afternoon. Garrett and his partner arrived on time, were professional and easy to talk to, and got straight to work.

We just had a gas line ran to our new gas dryer. The two guys that came out were professional and did a great job. Great price and will use again if we need work done. The owner should be very proud of these guys!!!

If you are looking for an honest plumber who is in the field the help people, KP Plumbing is who you're looking for. I hired them to come and clean my drains and, after looking my house over, was told that clogs were not my problem. Instead, a wrong part had been installed and was slowing my system down. So instead of just doing what I thought needed done and charging me hundreds of dollars, the problem was fixed for much less and done the right way.

We are doing a complete remodel of our master bath and needed Kirk to repair our toilet flange, install a shower pan and install a new shower fixture with new piping. Kirk was in and out in no time and offered suggestions on how to do these items and keep the total expenses down. When we get ready to remodel our kitchen Kirk will be here to help with that as well.

Absolutely, without question, the best plumbers in Loveland. I have remodeled 5 of my previous homes, so I have dealth with workmen, contractors, and I am a retired engineer. I had Kirk inspect a previous plumbing job. He told me it was up to local code and showed me how it could have been done cheaper and better. I had him give me an estimate for installing a washer and dryer in the basement. He showed me how he would do it and why. He was very knowledgeable about each of the aspects and code requirements and was very straightforward (no BS). I have now dealt with 5 plumber companies in Loveland whose policies and work were awful. KP Plumbing Is competent, conscientious, and very reasonably priced! K P Plumbing is excellent. They did a great job redoing all the obsolete pipes in the house. My house was built in 1920, and had old piping and lots of rust; debris was also a problem. He completed the work within the estimate, and also replaced the kitchen faucet, something that had been an ongoing problem. He and his crew, Jamison and Trevor, were professional, polite, careful to disturb us as little as possible, and cleaned up after themselves. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I had frozen water pipes at my trailer. Once they thawed I had a burst in the pipe. I called Kirk at KP Plumbing in the morning. By mid afternoon Jameson and another pleasant young man came out, crawled under and found out the break was at the meter, and told me that it would be the mobile home parks responsibility to fix. And they didn't charge me a fortune. I recommend KP to anyone looking for a plumber!!!
