Very professional, efficient and friendly. I called this morning and justin came out the same afternoon. He was able to find and fix the problem quickly! He was so quiet the kids all stayed asleep accross the hall! That is impressive! He re-caulked the faucet so it wouldn't leak, it looks great! We definitely recommend and will be using again!!!

I called around to a few of places at the top of the google search. Couldn’t get to me right away. I called Home Pros. Talked to Justun, I was surprised how fast they got out to me right after a huge snow storm with 2 feet of snow. Justun and Jarred were very friendly and professional. They fixed a few leaks and installed a water heater. And I saved money compared to the other quotes I received. Other companies wanted to charge me a high hourly rate. I liked that Home Pros gave me a number up front and completely fixed everything I needed done in the same day with smiles on their faces. I will recommend my family and friends to call them for sure.

Jared arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained everything as he complete the install and provided warranty info as well. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend Home Pro Plumbing and Heating in Loveland to anyone looking for great plumbing services.

Had a hose bib crack in the middle of the night on a Saturday. Sunday morning - Valentine's Day just to make it more inconvenient - I woke up to carpet soaked through in my basement. I called Home Pro Plumbing at 8am on a Sunday. They got to the house by 9am and everything was sorted and fixed by 11am!

They did a great job. They were incredible friendly and professional. I felt like I really understood what was happening throughout the process and they even showed me the cracked pipe after they were all done. Some plumbers will just tell you what they have to do (and charge accordingly), but Home Pro is transparent and will show you so you know what they are charging for.

Last, but definitely not least, the entire repair was almost HALF what I paid to have the hose bib in the front replaced when it burst a few years back. They were incredibly honest and explained that it ended up being a pretty easy repair and although normally it would probably be more, they didn't have to do as much as they expected and there was no reason to charge me extra if they didn't have to do the extra work.

I just had the pleasure of getting help from Ian today as he fixed a hole in the drainage pipe from my bathtub! The pipe extended through the wall into the water heater room, and the hole was draining the water on to the floor, making a mess because the floor drain was clogged. He fixed it right up, and was so polite and kind while he was here interacting with me. I definitely would recommend Ian, and Home Pro for any of your plumbing needs!

Very nice and professional. My water heater was starting to make noise and eventually about to go out. It was the original water heater that came with the house so it was about 23 years old. Justun was quick to get me an appointment and Jared and his son installed the new water heater and took the old. I’m very pleased with their service and HIGHLY recommend them!!

These guys are fantastic! We had them over to install water line in our kitchen for a new fridge. They’re incredibly responsive for booking, priced very fairly, and to do quick, reliable work.

So not only did Justin, from Home Pro Plumbing and Heating come out to replace my water heater. he also noticed a leak in my sprinkler system and took car of that while he was at it! Ian and his co worker were so great! Super nice guys. They got a call night before and was my house the next day at 10 am to install my new water heater. Really appericated it guys!

As water started collecting around the dishwasher, I grew concerned. Their team checked the connections and replaced a faulty hose. The leak stopped immediately.

Let's celebrate Loveland Plumbing and their "jetter." After two attempts to unclog my drain with other services, Loveland Plumbing came to my rescue! They provided pleasant and competent service, for which I am extremely appreciative. My story's lesson is to call them first.

My kitchen sink clogged and needed to be fixed twice, by a different plumber. When I called Loveland Plumbing again, they suggested using a camera to check the line. They came out to inspect my line and the Dirty Arm right in front of the P-Trap that same day, and they found a piece of metal blocking the drain! Simple solution; the original plumber should have figured it out with little difficulty. My new plumber has arrived!

Our sewer line was acting up and the sewer line replacement went smoother than expected. The technician was sharp and kept us in the loop the whole time. Would recommend them any day.
