It is hard to find a company with customer service and knowledge. I have used these guys for a couple years for my boiler repairs and then replacement. There honest, and straight forward. I always feel like they have my back.

Colter did an excellent job replacing an old leaking bathroom faucet and a leak under our kitchen sink. He informed us, of what had to be done as he worked! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Would be happy to have him do more work for us in the future. 😊

My 4 year old furnace was making noise when the blower shut down. After inspection, the furnace was found to have defective parts. Parts were ordered and the repairs were installed and completed within one hour. My furnace is now very quiet when running.

Alec was extremely responsive , he had a extremely knowledgeable, experienced plumber named Matt to my project right away to diagnose my plumbing issue . He came up with a plan right away , explaining code and answering all of my other questions . Colter came to do the work . He arrived on time , extremely friendly and was also very knowledgeable. Our water heater went out, with a very wet furnace room. My husband called Rock Solid and they were here early afternoon to replace it.
We have used them before for the main water line coming into our house! Man that was a nightmare! They are wonderful folks!

My shower drain was clogged so I called a few local plumbers and I chose Rock Solid. Alec was very prompt in returning my phone call and listened to my concern (after one place said I needed my main sewer line done). I appreciated Alec's honesty and knowledge. I also appreciate their pricing. They did not charge a fee to come out and then another fee to fix it - it was a flat fee, which was nice because I was able to get all by shower and sink drains cleaned out since it was based on time. The two gentlemen (Damien and Brody) that came to do the job were also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Awww - my shower drain was unplugged and works great. Thank you!

The tech was very helpful informative and pleasant. My furnace pilot light went out and he got here quickly and took care of the problem. I would and have recommended recommend Rock Solid Plumbing.

We were in a panic because we cracked the pipe leading to our toilet while trying to move it for a flooring install. Rock Solid came out quickly, fixed the stop for us and all in time for the floor install so we never missed a beat! They were respectful, knowledgeable and the pricing was more than fair.

Highly recommend! Found a leak under my mobile home, saw that Rock Solid Plumbing was highly recommended on the Lovelanders Facebook page so I called and they got me scheduled for an appointment for the next day since that same day didn't work with our schedule, the young man(sorry I forgot his name) was running late and even before my scheduled time I got a call letting me know he would be a little late(super appreciative of the phone call!) He showed up and went right to work crawling under my cold, dark, spiderweb infested😁 mobile home and found the issue and quickly fixed it so now the spiders under there will have to find somewhere else to bathe😂. Thank you so much for being a high quality quick to respond trustworthy company with very reasonable rates and awesome friendly employees!!
