I had the pleasure of working with David Nelson and was very pleased with his service. He was prompt, to the point, and clear on the project. We needed a few minor outdoor leaks fixed and he was in and out in under two hours. David did a great job and we will definitely be calling them back put if needed in the future.

I recently purchased a property and need to get a scope of the sewer since I don’t trust home inspectors. They had me on the schedule same day and were very communicative. Rob there awesome sewer specialist gave me great options on how to fix my sewer line since it had been way over due for a cleaning

Had a water leak in the basement. I called and they came out as soon as possible. Also recommended a contractor to fix the ceiling damage. After that we found out it was time to replace our 27 year old furnace and AC. The service people were excellent in their work and friendly. Blake had to come back a couple of times to finish the AC due to the weather. Office called to kept me updated on the schedule. All is working great. I also joined their membership for yearly checkups.

Bryan was great and super helpful - the problem was the pricing. Quoted $1400 to snake a drain which is absolutely absurd. Went to Home Depot instead and rented a snake for $80 and took 20 minutes of my time to snake and the problem was solved. Would not recommend JT Plumbing in the future simply for pricing.

I own a facilities management company. I deal with a lot of various issues from day to day. However, JT plumbing was very detailed an all they did. Everyone I dealt with was professional and had clear communication every step of the way on what turned into a very large project. I recommend JT plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Our garbage disposal broke and so we gave JT Plumbing a call. Trey came out when they said he would, and he was extremely professional and kind. My husband had a lot of questions and concerns, and Trey answered all of them thoroughly and professionally. The job got done quickly, and within the budget we were hoping. We greatly appreciate the service we had with JT Plumbing and can highly recommend their services.

Spoke with Alex on the phone and had Bryan come out to replace my water heater. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Alex was friendly and informative over the phone, and Bryan was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job with the installation. The whole process was smooth, and the customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

JT Plumbing Heating & Air is my go-to company for plumbing issues. They always arrive on time, explain the problem clearly, and provide solutions that fit my budget. Reliable and trustworthy every single time.

I had several plumbing issues around the house, including a leaky faucet and low water pressure. The plumber worked carefully and solved everything in one visit. Very reliable and easy to work with.

Great job once again. Trey did a great job! My irrigation vacuum breaker settled and pinched the irrigation supply line. Trey replaced the bent copper pipe that ran into the basement. Would definitely hire them again. JT is not the cheapest in town, however, when you add prompt service and quality workmanship to the equation I think the price is a great value.

Beware! We called JT plumbing to come look at a water heater that they installed(still under warranty) a couple years ago(also not a great experience) and a sink that had low hot water pressure. The tech gets here and says that the rubber grommets that are melting in top of the hot water heater are normal and it isn’t a concern. Ok, that’s fine. I take him to the other sink and I turn on the faucet to show him. He then turns the knob for both the hot and cold water and says that we just need to replace the faucet.
From the time the tech entered our front door till now was maybe 10 minutes. So there is really nothing they needed to do.
When we called to book the appointment we were told it would be $89 to have them come out and take a look. So that’s what I expected him to say we owed. Nope, he told us it was going to be $375! My husband had the tech call his supervisor. The supervisor told him that it cost $375 to just come and knock on our door! That is laughable. After a heated talk with this “supervisor” we ended up paying the $89.
I think one of the most disappointing things is that this is a veteran owned company and they treat other veterans this way. We will never use them again and will tell everyone else that we can to steer clear of them as well.

About 30 minutes after posting my review I received a call from Alex with JT plumbing and he tried to bribe me to take down my negative review. In return for taking down my review they would send me a check for the $89 fee that I was charged. I declined the bribe because I wanted people to know who they are hiring and it honesty felt so sleazy.

He did also inform me that they are not a veteran owned business but they do provide a veteran discount.

JT Plumbing Heating & Air saved me a lot of stress when I had a sudden pipe burst. They responded fast, fixed the issue, and even gave me tips to protect my pipes in the future. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Alex was so helpful, polite, and did whatever it took to get my Sump Pump and water heater dialed in. I couldn’t appreciate the customer service, the quick response, the repair! From too top to bottom it was a homerun. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again JT Plumbing Heating & Air!!!

Just had a service call through JT from Trey. He was very prompt, friendly and compressive in answering questions. Had my sink fixed up very quickly, and had a lot of helpful tips for preventing the problem in the future. Would recommend highly for anyone's plumbing needs.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Alex was super friendly when he called to set up the installation. Robert did a thorough job during the planning walk-through and answered all our questions. David and Leah were fantastic during the install — professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

I really appreciated the communication throughout: we received a photo and info about the team members coming to our home, plus a courtesy call with their ETA.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend JT Plumbing Heating & Air!
