Service window stated to be from 8 am-12 pm on a disposal. Serviceman shows at 12 pm. Work doesn’t get completed until 2:45 PM. Almost 7 hours of time waiting.

Very expensive -$820 for a garbage disposal, with the least expensive one being about only $75-100 less.

Overpriced and the customer’s time doesn’t appear to be valued. Admittedly learned a very unfortunate lesson. This was something that had to be done in a specific window of time so I didn’t have flexibility to look elsewhere- guess I just called the wrong company and paid for that mistake.

Dale V. was the technician who took care of our furnace. He explained what the service call would entail. After over an hour, Dale explained the work that he did and what additional steps could help my allergies. Dale was knowledgeable, efficient, and very clear. I urge you to consider this company for any of your plumbing and furnace/air conditioner needs!

I had an emergency leak under my sink and called JT Plumbing Heating & Air. They responded quickly and fixed the issue without any hassle. Their pricing was fair and the service was top-notch.

An extremely excellent company with very considerate services. The staff provide meticulous service for every task. This is the first time I have experienced a different kind of experience. Looking forward to contacting again next time.

It was a difficult task as we live in a mobile home, but he was so patient worked hard work diligent kept us informed every step of the way I would highly recommend this young man to do anything I needed? 5/5 stars, if there were more I'd give more. Professional crew, open and honest communication, and clean reliable work. Pricing was extremely fair. Could barely tell where they dug after cleanup. Levi, Jaden, and Jonathan were great!

Incredibly responsive and efficient. When our water heater suddenly broke, they were able to replace it the same day! Everyone I've worked with at JT has been so helpful, kind, and good at explaining issues and how things work. They made sure I understood the issue and the options.

Levi and Brian did an amazing job. Had the main drain to septic tank collapse and needed replaced. Original estimate was for a two day job. They started around 9:30 AM and were done and left by 3:30 same day. Never stopped for lunch just wanted to get it done and our drain working. Travis was very reasonable with pricing. Second time I have used JT Plumbing both times I was more than pleased with the response time and quality of work.

Hands down one the best companies to deal with! We had a family emergency that needed to be taken care of on top of our Hot water heater needing to be replaced.
